1126 Lettori di codici a barre
La famiglia “6000” (lettori di codici a barre a postazione fissa industriali) è stata recentemente ampliata da Datalogic con l’introduzione dei modelli DS6400 e DS6500, due lettori laser ad alte prestazioni.
Come già il lettore DS6300, anche DS6400 e DS6500 sono in grado di offrire una soluzione modulare in termini di prestazioni di lettura, interconnessione, facilità d’uso e manutenzione. Entrambi i lettori si distinguono per la flessibilità d’impiego grazie all’innovativo progetto meccanico basato sulla funzionalità Step-a-Head™, che permette di installare il lettore sempre nella posizione ideale, semplicemente ruotando la testa ottica o la base decoder.
DS6400 è caratterizzato dal sistema di focalizzazione dinamica FlashTM; basato su un motore completamente controllato via software, questo sistema di messa a fuoco fornisce un ampio range di lettura e può leggere codici a barre ad alta risoluzione anche ad elevate distanze di lettura. DS6500 utilizza invece la tecnologia Datalogic Astra™, che permette di commutare elettronicamente i diodi laser in funzione della distanza tra codice a barre e scanner.

Barcode readers
The “6000” family (fixed position industrial barcode readers) has recently been extended by Datalogic with the introduction of its new models, the DS6400 and DS6500, two high-performance laser readers. Just like the DS6300 scanner, also the DS6400 and DS6500 offer a modular solution in terms of reading performance, interconnections, ease of use and maintenance. Both these readers feature excellent flexibility thanks to the innovative mechanical design based on Step-a-Head™ functioning that always lets one install the reader in the ideal position by simply turning the optic head or the decoder base.
The DS6400 has a dynamic FlashTM focussing system; based on a motor that's 100% computer controlled, this focussing system offers a wide reading range and can read a high resolution bar codes even at great reading distances. The DS6500, meanwhile, uses Datalogic Astra™ technology, allowing for electronic switching of the laser diodes to suit the distance between the bar code and the scanner.

Stitching machine for sacks
C.P.S. (Funo di Argelato, BO) is the sole agent for Italy for Fischbein stitching machines for sacks, compatible with all sizes of sack and suitable for paper, jute and other materials in common use. Among the listed products, the model JD-8 for small and medium production runs sews open-mouth sacks from 3 to 5 kg, but can also be adapted for weights from 25 to 50 kg and is fitted with a telescopic motorised column which expands operating ability to containers of several sizes. C.P.S. also markets a wide range of accessories and components: Pneumapp (a pneumatic system for tensioning frames in the milling industry), products for sieving and sifting, original Swiss Sefar “Nytal” fabrics, consumables (reels of film for manual and automatic machines, rolls of crepe paper) level indicators for solid materials and genuine Fischbein spare parts.

1128 Sensori di contrasto e di linea
Datasensor ha recentemente introdotto sul mercato i sensori di contrasto TLµ µ-0xx 0xx, TLµ µ-1xx e TL80 che, grazie all’introduzione di nuovi fotoelementi, offrono un’emissione potenziata di oltre il 50% e sensibilmente più visibile, agevolando così l’allineamento e permettendo una maggior esaltazione dei contrasti di colore o di scala di grigio.
Datasensor ha anche lanciato il sensore di linea a retroriflessione S65-Z, arricchendo la gamma di prodotti dedicati alla misura e ispezione, che già comprende i sensori di distanza e le barriere di misura e rilevazione.
Indicato in varie applicazioni nel campo dell’automazione industriale in cui sia necessario catturare o controllare con precisione la posizione dei bordi e del centro di oggetti, o di misurarne la larghezza, il sensore S65-Z ha un formato estremamente compatto (50x50x25 mm) che ne facilita l’installazione in spazi ridotti, ed è estremamente semplice da utilizzare grazie a un display a 4 digit che, oltre a visualizzare il valore della misura, guida l’utente nella configurazione.
Altre caratteristiche: distanza operativa 200 mm, campo di misura 150 mm, elaborazione a 10 bit con risoluzione 0,1 mm, minimo oggetto rilevabile 0,9 mm, teach-in dei valori limite della misura per l'attivazione dell'uscita digitale.

Line and contrast sensors
Datasensor has recently introduced its contrast sensors TLµ µ-0xx 0xx, TLµ µ-1xx and TL80 that thanks to the introduction of new photoelements, offer over 50% greater emission and are considerably more visible, thus facilitating alignment and permitting greater color and grey scale contrast.
Datasensor has also launched its S65-Z retroreflection line, enhancing its range of measure and inspection products, that already include its remote sensors and the measure and sensing barriers.
Recommended for various applications in the field of industrial automation in which one needs to capture or control the positioning of the edges or the centre of objects with precision, or to measure their breadth, the S65-Z sensor has a compact shape (50x50x25 mm) that facilitates installation in small spaces, and is extremely simple to use thanks to 4 digit display that, as well as showing measurements, guides the user in the configuration.
Other characteristics: working distance 200 mm, measurement field 150 mm, 10 bit processing with 0.1 mm, min object that can be sensed 0.9 mm, teach-in of measure limits for activating digital output.

1129 Monitoraggio del riempimento
Per far fronte alla crescente esigenza di monitorare il processo di riempimento al fine di ottimizzare la produzione, diminuire i tempi di fermo macchina, agevolare operazioni di manutenzione, elevare lo standard della qualità complessiva, FT System ha realizzato il sistema di controllo CL2000, che consente di registrare tutte le bottiglie dall'ingresso riempitrice al controllo livello e tappo posto a valle: per ogni bottiglia viene individuato il corrispondente rubinetto di riempimento e testa del tappatore. Un completo software di elaborazione dati consente di analizzare tutte le statistiche di produzione, calcolare e visualizzare curve gaussiane riferite sia al totale della produzione che a ciascun rubinetto e testa tappatore.

Filling monitor
In order to satisfy the growing need for monitoring the filling process in order to optimize production, reduce machine downtime, ease maintenance operations, as well as raise the overall quality standards, FT System has created its CL2000 control system that enables the registering of all bottles from filler infeed to level and cap controls downstream, with location of the corresponding filling tap and capping head for each bottle.
A complete data processing software enables the analysis of all production statistics, including the calculation and display gaussian curves referring both to the production total and to each tap and capper head.

1130 Confezionamento di torte e plumcakes
Schib Packaging S.r.l. ha realizzato un impianto automatico per il confezionamento tipo flow pack di prodotti da forno provenienti a ranghi dalla linea di produzione. Prelevati con sistema “pick and place” all’uscita della linea di processo tramite un modulo di distribuzione, i prodotti, sono poi smistati al caricatore elettronico in linea per la successiva fasatura e l’inserimento sulla confezionatrice orizzontale. L’impianto, configurato con una o più macchine confezionatrici, è gestito da uno speciale software in grado di ottimizzarne prestazioni e rendimento complessivo.

Packing for cakes and tea-cakes
Schib Packaging S.r.l. has designed an automatic plant for flow packing of bakery products coming in rows from the production line.
The products are picked up at the delivery of the process line via a “pick and place” system and distribution module. They are then sorted and sent to the electronic in-line feeder that times their delivery and insertion in the horizontal packing machine. This system, which can be set up with one or more packing machines, is run by a special software to optimise performance and overall output.
