1121 Contenitori e accessori per il cosmetico
Steba S.r.l. è nata per offrire anche alle piccole imprese e al commercio una gamma completa di contenitori e accessori per il packaging cosmetico.
La gamma di vasetti di plastica è molto vasta e comprende sia vasetti a doppia parete realizzati in SAN, con capacità da 5 a 250 ml, sia vasetti mono parete in PP, con capacità da 100 a 1.000 ml.
Numerose, inoltre, le linee di flaconi di plastica. I contenitori, di varie capacità, sono realizzati in PE o PET trasparente e possono essere corredati di chiusure a vite, con relativi riduttori, capsule flip-top, pompe nebulizzatrici, dispenser.
Steba è in grado di fornire diversi modelli di flaconi di vetro sia trasparente sia satinato, che coprono tutte le tipologie di contenitore: dal flaconcino per smalto accessoriato di pennello e capsula, ai flaconi per profumo con relative capsule, pompe nebulizzatrici o per prodotti semi-fluidi. I flaconi di vetro hanno capacità dai 4 ai 165 ml e sono disponibili con varie chiusure. Per quanto riguarda gli accessori, infine, le linee standard comprendono pompe nebulizzatrici per prodotti spray e pompe per prodotti fluidi e semi-fluidi; dispenser in vari modelli e dosaggi; trigger spray per il settore detergenza, sia per nebulizzare che per schiuma.

Containers and accessories
for cosmetics
Steba S.r.l. was set up to offer the most complete service also to small businesses in terms of containers and accessories for the packaging of cosmetics. The ranged of plastic jars offered by Steba is vast and includes both double-wall jars made from SAN, holding 5 to 250 ml, and single-wall PP jars, holding 100 to 1,000 ml.
There is a multitude of different plastic flacon lines on offer. These containers, with different volumes, are produced from PE or transparent PET and can be fitted with screw-tops and relevant reductions, flip-tops, spray pumps and dispensers.
Steba can supply different models of glass flacons, in both transparent and glazed glass, covering all types of container: from tiny bottles for nail varnish plus brush and cap, to perfume bottles plus top and spray pumps or for semi-fluid products. These glass bottles can hold anything from 4 to 165 ml and come with various types of closure.
At last, Steba offers a wide range of accessories. The standard lines include spray pumps for spray products and pumps for fluid and semi-fluid products; dispensers in various models and dose size; trigger sprays for the detergents sector, both spray and foam types.

1122 Impianto completo per birra in PET
Holsten-Brauerei AG (D) ha compiuto un importante investimento in un nuovo impianto per l’imbottigliamento in PET di birra e bevande a base di birra.
La linea completa, con una produttività di 36.000 bottiglie/h di PET da 0,5 l (circa 500.000 hl/anno) è stata fornita “chiavi in mano” da Krones AG.
Le bottiglie di PET sono prodotte in linea dalla soffiatrice Contiform S24 e portate su trasportatori ad aria (tipo AirCo) fino alla riempitrice Mecafill VKP-PET, specifica per il PET. Successivamente, un’etichettatrice Contiroll applica alle bottiglie le etichette avvolgenti da bobina, mentre per la preparazione finale delle confezioni con tray e avvolgimento con film retraibile viene utilizzata la confezionatrice Variopac. Come palettizzatore, infine, è stato scelto il Robot 3A.
Krones AG ha curato anche lo sviluppo completo della forma della bottiglia (nella foto).

A complete line for PET beer bottles
Holsten-Brauerei AG (D) has invested heavily in a new PET bottling plant for beer and beer-based drinks. The complete line offers output of 36,000 half-litre PET bottles/h (roughly 500,000 hl/year) and is supplied as a "turnkey" system by Krones AG.
The PET bottles are produced in line by the Contiform S24 blowing machine. They are then carried on air conveyors (AirCo) to the Mecafill VKP-PET filling station, specifically designed for PET. The next step is the labeling: a Contiroll unit applies the roll-fed wrap-around labels to the bottles. Next, the trays are prepared and then wrapped with a heatshrink film on the Variopac packing machine. Finally, a Robot 3A is used to palletise the bottles.
Krones AG is also responsible for all aspects of the shape of the bottle (see photo).

1123 Linea automatica di alimentazione pallet
Cismac (Sassuolo, MO) ha progettato e sviluppato una linea automatica di alimentazione pallet, composta da disincastratore, alimentatore e da un sistema di trasporto a rulli. Il disincastratore Lift 2 R.C.700/1200 (coperto da brevetto) preleva e divide i pallet accatastati, ruotandoli e posizionandoli a uno a uno sulle rulliere; grazie all’elevata flessibilità, può essere agevolmente inserito in diverse linee di confezionamento. Caratterizzato da un ingombro particolarmente ridotto (solo 1,50 m contro i 3/6 m generalmente occupati dagli impianti sul mercato) e da elevata velocità, opera su pallet con dimensioni variabili da 700x700 mm a 1200x1000 mm. Lift 2 R.C.700/1200 può essere inoltre abbinato all’alimentatore modello Universal A.700/1200, preceduto, a sua volta, da un sistema di trasporto a rulli che permette di stoccare i pezzi in più file, rendendoli immediatamente disponibili per i diversi turni di lavoro.

Automatic pallet feeding line
Cismac (Sassuolo, Modena) has designed and developed an automatic pallet feeding line consisting of a separator, feeder and a roller transport system.
The Lift 2 R.C.700/1200 separator (patented) picks up and divides stacked pallets, turning and placing them one by one on the rollers; thanks to their high flexibility, they can be easily added to different packing lines. Particularly compact (just 1.50 m compared to the 3-6 m generally needed for other systems on the market today) and ultra-fast, the machine can handle pallets of varying sizes, from 700x700 mm to 1200x1000 mm.
The Lift 2 R.C.700/1200 can also be used together with the Universal A.700/1200 feeder, with a roller system fitted up-line of this for stacking of the items in several rows, making them immediately available for the different work shifts.

1124 Inverter integrato
Perfetta integrazione tra motore e inverter, algoritmo potente, struttura robusta con protezione IP66 e controllo versatile, ampia gamma di bus di campo e interfaccia pratica e flessibile. Questi i punti di forza del nuovo inverter integrato LMD, costruito da Bonfiglioli Riduttori (Lippo di Calderara di Reno, BO), in grado di rispondere alle più severe esigenze applicative.
Le caratteristiche hardware principali prevedono un ingresso analogico 0-10V, tre (+1) ingresso digitale (programmabile multifunzione), un’uscita relay (programmabile multifunzione), PID integrato.
L’inverter LMD è offerto con diverse protezioni: sovratemperatura inverter, cortocircuito in uscita, contatti a massa, sovratensione, sovracorrente.
La gamma di potenza varia da 0,37 a 3 kW.

These the strongpoints of the new LMD integrated inverter, built by Bonfiglioli Riduttori (Lippo di Calderara di Reno, BO), capable of responding to the most severe applicative needs.
The main hardware characteristics provide for an 0-10V analogical input, three (+1) digital inputs (programmable mulitifunction), a relay output (programmable multifunction) as well as integrated PID.
The LMD inverter is offered with different protection: over-temperature inverter, output short circuits, as well as earth-, overvoltage-, superboosting contacts.
The power range varies from 0.37 to 3 kW.

1125 Sensori laser miniaturizzati
Wenglor ha arricchito la propria gamma di sensori laser, barriere laser con catarifrangente e barriere unidirezionali con custodia miniaturizzata da 32x16x12 mm. Il punto luce di questi sensori è ben visibile anche a lunga distanza e ne permette una facile regolazione e messa in funzione.
• La barriera laser con catarifrangente si distingue per il raggio di luce molto sottile, con un diametro <3 mm, che permette il tasteggio veloce di piccoli oggetti fino a una portata di 4 m, con una frequenza di commutazione di 2 kHz.
• La barriera laser unidirezionale, che ha una portata di 10 m e una frequenza di commutazione di 5 kHz, può riconoscere con esattezza pezzi molto piccoli fino a 2,5 mm e spigoli.
• I sensori laser con catarifrangente e soppressione del fondo si contraddistinguono per la portata fino a 120 mm, e il diametro del punto luce di solo 1 mm su tutto il campo di regolazione.

Miniature laser sensors
Wenglor has enriched its range of laser sensors, laser barriers with reflectors and one-way barriers with a miniature case measuring 32x16x12 mm. These sensors' light beam can be seen at great distance, allowing for easy adjustment and start-up.
• The laser barrier with reflectors features a particularly fine light beam (diameter <3 mm) allowing for fast detection of small objects at distances of up to 4 m and at a switching rate of 2 kHz.
• The one-way laser barrier, which has a range of 10 m and switching rate of 5 kHz, can accurately recognise very small items, up to 2.5 mm, and edges.
• The company's laser sensors with reflectors and background suppression stand out for their great range (up to 120 mm) and the fine diameter of the light beam (just 1 mm) right across the scale.
