1131 Etichettatrice rotativa mista
Nuova BRB presenta Mega Combo, un’etichettatrice rotativa mista, a colla a freddo e autoadesiva, dotata di servomotori e fotocellule su ogni piattello per l’orientamento dell’etichetta rispetto alla capsula. Mega Combo è in grado di applicare etichette sia autoadesive sia di carta con colla tradizionale per etichetta di corpo, controetichetta e collarone. Inoltre, la macchina adotta il sistema di movimentazione dei piattelli con servomotori che svolgono una duplice funzione: orientare le etichette secondo lo spot sul collarone spumante, e programmare i gradi di rotazione dei piattelli per un perfetto posizionamento della bottiglia nel punto di applicazione dell’etichetta. A tutto vantaggio della precisione, a prescindere dal tipo e dalla forma del contenitore.

Mixed rotary labeling machine
Nuova BRB presents its Mega Combo, a mixed rotary labeling machine (cold glue and self-adhesives), fitted with servomotors and photoelectric cells on each plate to ensure perfect label positioning on the capsule.
The Mega Combo can apply both self-adhesive and conventional gummed paper labels (body, back and neck labels). What's more, this machine adopts a plate movement system with dual-purpose servomotors: these adjust the position of the label to suit the spot on the spumante neck and also let one program the degrees of rotation needed for perfect positioning of the bottle at the label application point. Thus guaranteeing better precision, regardless of the type or shape of the container concerned.

1132 Vibratori
Realizzati da Somai S.r.l., i vibratori della serie VEP Industria sono adatti per uso “continuo” nelle più diverse applicazioni e per molteplici ambienti. Le caratteristiche salienti di questi motovibratori sono: certificazione europea CE, alto rapporto potenza/forza centrifuga, isolamento classe F, cuscinetti calcolati per funzionamento di norma superiore alle 10.000 ore. Alimentazione:
multitensione 220.240/380 415V a 50 Hz; su richiesta da 24 a 500 Volt 50 o 60 Hz; tramite convertitore a frequenza e tensione variabile. Sino alla potenza di 500 kg di FC a 3000 RPM si possono fornire in versione da 115 a 240 Volt, 50 o 60 Hz.

Vibrators
The vibrators of the VEP Industria series, produced by Somai S.r.l., are suited for continuos usage in the most varied applications in most working environments. The salient characteristics of these motovibrators are: EC European certification, high power/centrifugal force ratio, class F insulation, bearings calculated for standard functioning of over 10,000 hours. Power: multitension 220.240/380 415V to 50 Hz; on request from 24 to 500 Volt 50 or 60 Hz; by way of frequency converter and variable tension. Up to a power of 500 kg of FC at 3000 RPM the system can be supplied from 115 to 240 Volts at 50 or 60 Hz.

P.E. Etichettatrici di Porto Mantovano (MN) è presente alla prossima edizione del Simei con la gamma completa delle proprie macchine. Di particolare rilievo l’etichettatrice combinata a colla e autoadesiva con moduli di etichettatura intercambiabili e piattelli portabottiglie con “camme elettronica” programmabile per meglio gestire la movimentazione delle bottiglie. L’etichettatrice rotativa Rollmatic (foto) per etichette in plastica da bobina viene presentata con il cambio rapido formato per ridurre la tempistica di cambio bottiglia e cambio etichetta.
Infine, per le alte velocità con etichette in carta a colla, la società propone l’etichettatrice rotativa Executive con caricatore automatico a lunga autonomia.

Labeling machines
P.E. Etichettatrici from Porto Mantovano (Mantua) will be showing at the forthcoming edition of Simei with its full range of machines. Worth special mention is the combined glue/self-adhesive labeling machine with interchangeable labeling modules and bottle plates with "electronic" cams that can be programmed for better control of the movement of the bottles. The Rollmatic rotary roll-fed labeling machine (see photo) for plastic bottles will feature the fast change-over that lets one cut the time needed to change the bottle and label types.
Finally, the company will also show the rotary Executive labeling machine for high speed gummed paper with a highly autonomous automatic infeed device.

1134 Flow-pack orizzontali
Le confezionatrici orizzontali flow-pack serie Simply della Tecnopack Equipment (LI) uniscono caratteristiche di robustezza e affidabilità, vantando inoltre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Realizzate secondo le direttive CE, possono utilizzare varie tipologie di film: PP, PP perforato, cellophane, coestrusi, accoppiati vari, termosaldanti o saldanti a freddo. Possono essere fornite in versione destra o sinistra, con contapezzi, perforatore a fustella, fotocellula per centratura stampa, doppio portabobina, nastro di carico a tapparelle, preriscaldo, stampatore a caldo, spruzzo alcool e soffiatore laterale. La velocità produttiva varia da 100 a 200 confezioni/minuto in entrambe le versioni Simply e Simply Super.

Horizontal flow-packs
The Simply series of horizontal flow-pack packaging machines from Tecnopack Equipment (LI) combine the characteristics of robustness and reliability, and also provide an excellent quality/price ratio. Manufactured according to EC directives, they can use several types of film: PP, perforated PP, cellophane, co-extruded, various laminates, heat-welded or cold welded. They can be supplied in left or right versions, with counters, die-cut perforators, photo-cell for centring print, twin reel-holders, rolling-shutter-type feed belt, pre-heater, hot printer, alcohol spray and lateral blower. Production speed ranges from 100 to 200 packs per minute in both the Simply and Simply Super versions.

1135 Sensori di vibrazione
Masautomazione propone la nuova linea dei sensori di vibrazione con uscita 4-20 mA direttamente proporzionale al valore della vibrazione espressa in g o della velocità in mm/sec. Facilmente collegabili ad un PLC consentono un monitoraggio continuo del livello della vibrazione e sono forniti con protezione IP 67 e ampia gamma di temperatura operativa da -25 °C a +100 °C. Possono essere forniti anche esecuzioni antideflagranti e completamente sommergibili con protezione IP 68.
Questi sensori vengono sempre più utilizzati per la manutenzione preventiva di macchine ed impianti dove il superamento del livello consentito della vibrazione è indice preciso d’allarme, che consente di fermare la macchina e controllarne lo stato d’usura, un uso o un montaggio non corretto, prevenendo danni irreparabili.
Anche il nuovo sensore "Defender" è stato posto in produzione di recente da Monitran. Dotato di un display a cristalli liquidi, dà un’indicazione locale dello stato delle vibrazioni della macchina su cui è montato. Alimentato a batteria della durata di 5 anni è completamente autonomo ed è posto in funzione dall’operatore con un colpo laterale dell’asse del visualizzatore. È sufficiente montarlo in qualsiasi posizione su una macchina tramite un perno filettato e senza alcun collegamento elettrico o stesura di cavi (fornendo all’operatore dati costanti sullo stato di salute della macchina. Molto utile laddove ci siano impianti ad aria compressa, soggetti a forti vibrazioni che possono comprometterne il funzionamento corretto.

Vibrational sensors
Masautomazione proposes the new line of vibrational sensors with 4-20 mA output directly proportional to the vibration value expressed in speed of mm/sec is already enjoying success on the international market. Easy to connect up to a PLC they enable a continuous monitoring of the vibration level and are supplied with IP 67 protection and a broad range of working temperatures from -25 °C a +100 °C. Also available in the explosion/flame-proof version and completely submergible with IP 68 protection.
These sensors are evermore used for the preventive maintenance of machines and systems where exceeding of the allowed level of vibrations is indication of alarm, enabling the machines to be stopped and the degree of wear, incorrect use and assembly to be checked, preventing irreparable damage. Monitran has also recently started producing its new “Defender” sensor. Fitted with a liquid crystal display, it gives a local indication as to the state of vibration on the machine on which it has been assembled. Battery run (5 years duration) it is completely independent and is started up by the operator by a simple stroke on the viewer. It can be assembled in any position on a machine using a threaded pin and without any electric connection or laying down of cables, supplying the operator with constant data as to the state of health of the machine. Very useful on compressed air systems that are subject to strong vibrations that might compromise the correct running of the same.
