Tra le novità Datasensor (Monte San Pietro, BO) la serie S65, nel formato compatto 50x50 mm, offre i più innovativi sensori di contrasto, colore, linea, tasteggio a soppressione di sfondo e per oggetti trasparenti. Tutti i modelli della serie S65-V hanno un display a 4 digit che fornisce tutti i valori di rilevazione e permette una rapida e corretta impostazione del sensore, senza la necessità di collegare strumenti di misura esterni. Tra i dispositivi per la sicurezza la nuova serie SF2 rappresenta una barriera di tipo 2 per la protezione mano degli operatori. Particolarmente compatta ed economica completa la gamma Datasensor per la sicurezza, che già comprende dispositivi di tipo 2 e di tipo 4 con funzione di muting integrata. Tra le barriere di rilevazione e misura si segnalano la nuova serie DS1 (linea base indicata per applicazioni standard di rilevazione e misura), e la serie DS2 (la linea configurabile per applicazioni di misura oggetti con possibilità di interfaccia seriale).

Photoelectric sensors
Among the new products by Datasensor (Monte San Pietro, BO) the S65 series in the compact 50x50 mm format offers innovation and versatility with contrast, color, line, background suppression and retroreflex for transparent objects. All models of the S65-V series feature a 4 digit display that supplies all detection values, and allows a rapid and correct sensor setting, without the need to connect external measurement instruments. The new SF2 series is a novelty in the safety device range. Compact and cost-effective, the SF2 is a type 2 safety light curtain for hand protection. Datasensor also offers type 2 and type 4 safety range devices with the muting function integrated. In the area of detection and measurement devices, the new DS1 series is the basic option and it is particularly suitable to standard detection and measurement applications. The concern also produces the DS2 series (configurable for object measurement applications offering serial interface possibility).

Co.Pack (Pozzuolo Martesana, MI) ha arricchito il proprio parco macchine grazie all’introduzione della nuova compattatrice per ciprie e ombretti mod. Pack 100 PSR - CE, presentata in anteprima al Cosmoprof di Bologna.
La macchina è caratterizzata da: posizionamento del cilindro pressa digitale, con altezza di posizionamento stampo impostabile direttamente dal display di comando; barriere fotoelettriche antinfortunistiche per agevolare le operazioni in fase di raccolta del prodotto stampato; svolgitela per stampo a sviluppo variabile; nuovo gruppo di caricamento polvere, con notevole riduzione della perdita di prodotto in fase di caricamento; funzione avanzata di posizionamento stampo per la produzione di cialde a tasselli.

Compactor for powders and eye-shadow
Co.Pack (Pozzuolo Martesana, MI) has further enhanced its machine yard thanks to the introduction of its new compactor for powders and eye-shadow mod. Pack 100 PSR - CE, presented at Cosmoprof, Bologna. The machine features: digital positioning of the pressing cylinder with a positioning height of the mold programmable directly from the control display; safety protections photoelectric barriers in order to facilitate operations during the picking-up phase of the pressed product; variable cloth unwinder for mold; new powder loading group allowing a drastic reduction of powder loss during the loading phase; advanced function of mold positioning for the production of waffles with inserts.

344 Confezionatrici orizzontali flow pack
Delfin realizza macchine per l’imballaggio destinate a diverse esigenze produttive. La confezionatrice orizzontale flow pack “Sirio 600 S” utilizza una bobina piana (proveniente dal basso), un sistema di trasporto in entrata a nastro e tappeto per alimenti (brevettato) ed è caratterizzata, come tutte le confezionatrici dell’azienda di Malo (VI), da costruzione a sbalzo, con tutta la meccanica sul retro. Il prodotto viene trasportato senza alcun contatto e sfregamento su parti metalliche; ciò permette di caricare e confezionare diverse tipologie di prodotti, anche di dimensioni diverse, nonché di realizzare confezioni contenenti più unità, anche di formati differenti (multipacco). La flow pack orizzontale “Orion 600”, si caratterizza per versatilità, affidabilità e velocità fino a 200 battute/min. La messa in fase, per passare da un prodotto all'altro, risulta particolarmente semplice, anche con grandi differenze dimensionali.

Horizontal flowpacker
Delfin creates packaging machines for different production needs. The Sirio 600 S horizontal flowpacker uses a flat reel (from below), an infeed transport belt system and patented food belt; and like all the packaging machines made by the Malo-based company (VI), features a cantilevered structure, with all the mechanics at the back. The product is transported without contact and rubbing on the metal parts: this enables one to load and pack different types of products, also of different sizes, as well as create packs containing more than one unit, also in different formats (multipack). The Orion 600 horizontal flowpacker features versatility and is reliable and speedy up to 200 strokes/min. The phasing from one product to another is particularly simple, also with large differences in size.

345 Trattamento dei residui industriali
Kongskilde, da oltre 50 anni sul mercato mondiale e specializzata nella produzione di sistemi per il trattamento dei residui della produzione industriale (dal trattamento dei rifili al trasporto pneumatico degli scarti di lavorazione), fornisce un servizio completo alla clientela per l’analisi del problema e la sua soluzione per ridurre i costi di riciclaggio. Kongskilde presenta la gamma di sistemi di taglio in linea Multicutter, nonché il nuovo concetto ITF, estremamente utile per tutti i costruttori di macchine che producono scarti di lavorazione. L’azienda milanese ha inoltre messo a punto la nuova linea di filtri DS, caratterizzati da semplicità costruttiva e facilità di installazione, grazie al concetto “plug and play” con il tele-controllo monitorato dell’installazione e del funzionamento direttamente dagli uffici tecnici di Kongskilde.

Process waste handling
Kongskilde, for over 50 years on the world market and specialised in the production of systems for process waste handling (from processing offcuts and trimmings to the pneumatic transportation of processing waste), provides a full service for its customers for analysing the problems and providing solutions for reducing recycling costs. The Milanese concern will be presenting a range of in line cutting systems called Multicutter, as well as the new concept ITF, extremely useful for all machine builders that produce processing waste.
The concern has furthermore devised a new line of DS filters, featuring simple construction and easy installation, thanks to the “plug and play” concept with monitored remote control of installation and functioning direct from the Kongskilde technical offices.
Their piping and special components line for pneumatic transport constitutes another new company feature.

346 Pressa oleodinamica
Duplomatic Oleodinamica di Legnano (MI) ha realizzato, in collaborazione con la ditta S.T.A.Mac. di Marostica (VI), la pressa OSP 2000 4C-SP, a quattro colonne e con portata massima di 2000 t, costituita da due pompe a pistoni, a potenza costante e variazione di cilindrata proporzionale, azionate ciascuna da un motore da 110 kW. Questo tipo di controllo conferisce elevata flessibilità di programmazione, abbinata a uno sfruttamento razionale della potenza a disposizione. Si possono programmare velocità e forze diverse nelle varie fasi di ciclo. Il piano mobile è azionato da due cilindri a doppio effetto con funzione di avvicinamento rapido, risalita e incremento della sezione di spinta durante la pressata. Il blocco principale impiega sia valvole distributrici monitorate sia elementi logici per il controllo delle diverse fasi di ciclo: discesa rapida regolabile, selezione di pressata a diverse velocità, decompressione controllata e risalita. Velocità di avvicinamento: 300 mm/s, velocità di pressata regolabile da 9 a 40 mm/s, velocità di risalita 350 mm/s, forza di pressatura 20.000 kN.

Oleodynamic press
Duplomatic Oleodinamica of Legnano (MI) has created, in cooperation with S.T.A.Mac. of Marostica (VI), the OSP 2000 4C-SP four column press with max loadbearing of 2000 t, made up of two piston pumps, constant power and proportional cylinder variation, each operated by a 110 kW motor. This type of control enables highly flexible programming, combined with a rational exploitation of power. Different speeds and force can be programmed in the various phases of the cycle. The mobile surface is operated by two double effect cylinders with rapid close-in function, upward return movement and increase in thrust section during pressing operation. The main block uses both monitored distributor valves as well as logical elements for controlling the different cycle phases: adjustable rapid descent, different speed pressing operation selection, controlled decompression and return upward movement. Close in speed: 300 mm/s, press speed adjustable from 9 to 40 mm/s, return upward speed 350 mm/s, pressing force 20,000 kN.

Cognex detiene un gran numero di brevetti nel campo della visione industriale, e propone soluzioni il cui plus è la qualità del software di visione sviluppato dalla stessa azienda.
Ecco qualche suggestione: i sensori di visione In-Sight™ non necessitano di programmazione, possono essere collegati fra loro e sono utilizzati per applicazioni comuni e specifiche (come la lettura di codici matriciali 2D), facilmente regolabili grazie all’interfaccia di foglio elettronico; i sistemi Checkpoint® sono ideali per le applicazioni multi-telecamera, colore e alta risoluzione; infine, le reti di telecamere SmartView™ rappresentano sistemi lineari ad alta risoluzione e ad alta velocità che permettono l’ispezione dei materiali prodotti in flusso continuo, come plastica, carta, non-tessuto e metallo.

Industrial vision systems
Cognex has to its name a great number of patents in the industrial vision field, and offers solutions that have the advantage of a vision software developed in the selfsame company.
Here are some suggestions: the In-Sight™ vision sensors do not need programming, can be connected up together and are used for common and specific uses (like the reading of 2D matrix codes), easily adjustable thanks to the electronic sheet indicator; the Checkpoint® systems are ideal for multicamera and high color resolution applications; finally, the SmartView™ camera networks are linear high resolution, high speed systems, that enable the inspection of material made in continuous flow, such as plastic, paper non-tissue and metal.

348 Palettizzazione e confezionamento
Logimec, divisione macchine e sistemi per l’imballaggio della ditta 2 A, progetta e costruisce robot, palettizzatori automatici e linee di confezionamento per materiali palettizzati (reggiatrici, incappucciatrici, avvolgitrici e forni per termoretrazione ad aria calda), fornisce inoltre sistemi di trasporto automatici quali navette laser-guidate o magneto-guidate e magazzini automatici, con gestione in radio frequenza.
Il nuovo palettizzatore cartesiano di tipo a portale raggiunge 12 cicli/min, con un peso sull’organo di presa di 25 kg; il forno di termoretrazione ad aria calda, con doppi bruciatori dotati di relative camere di combustione, produce 120 pallet/h.
Il servizio al cliente dell’azienda di Maranello (MO) comprende lo studio personalizzato del progetto, l'installazione, l’avviamento e il collaudo dell’impianto e l'istruzione del personale addetto al suo utilizzo.

Palletising and packaging
Logimec, the packaging machine and system division of the 2 A company, designs and constructs robots, automatic palletisers and packaging lines for palletised materials (binding machines, cover fitting machines, wrapping machines and ovens for shrink-wrapping with hot air), it also supplies automatic transport systems, such as laser guided or magneto-guided shuttle cars, automatic warehouses with radio frequency management systems.
The new Cartesian portal type palletiser is capable of running at a rate of 12 cycles per minute and features a pick-up implement that can lift a weight of 25 kg; the new hot air shrink-wrapping oven with two sets of burners and the relevant combustion chambers that produces 120 pallets/h.
The Maranello (MO)-based concerns’ customer support services include the development of a customised project, the installation, starting and final testing of the system and training for personnel in charge.

349 Posizionatore a carrelli concatenati
Bett Sistemi ha messo a punto il nuovo posizionatore a carrelli concatenati per cambio formato della linea Robolift. Si tratta di un sistema innovativo (European Patent Pending) che consente di cambiare il formato nelle linee di confezionamento con un considerevole risparmio di tempo rispetto alle attuali procedure manuali necessarie, sia manualmente, sia attraverso una specifica motorizzazione, gestito da un inverter o da un PC.
Nato per risolvere i problemi di cambio formato nelle fardellatrici, è destinato anche all’incanalamento prodotti sulle incassettatrici, decassettatrici, fustellatrici, incartonatrici, wrap-a-round, robot e confezionatrici di vassoi e pacchi bottiglie.
Tra le altre proposte dell’azienda di Correggio (RE): le protezioni antinfortunistiche realizzate con i componenti della linea Roboframe Pack, per i settori packaging e automazione; Roboframe Food, la linea di componenti per protezioni antinfortunistiche per l’imbottigliamento e i nastri trasportatori standard a tappeto modulari ß-FLEX B045.

The linked carriage positioner
Bett Sistemi has devised its new new linked carriage positioner for format changes in the Robolift line. It is an absolutely innovative system (European Patent Pending) which allows system managers to change the format in packaging lines and leads to considerable time saving in comparison with today’s systems, whether they are hand operated, run by means of a special motorization, controlled by an inverter or a PC.
While the new Bett Sistemi positioner was designed to resolve the format change problems of bundling machines, it is also suited to other fields of use: the channelling of products on boxing machines, deboxing machines, die-cutting machines, cartoning machines, wrap-arounds, robots and bottle-packers and tray-wrappers.
Among the other proposals of the Correggio-based concern (RE): the accident prevention devices manufactured together with the Roboframe Pack line components, with aluminium extrusion and thermoplastic joints, are specially designed for the packaging and automation sector; Roboframe Food, the line of accident prevention components, produced to meet the needs of the bottling sector; and ß -FLEX B045, the standard modular conveyor belts.
