367 Macchina sleeveratrice
Le sleeveratrici della Nortan sono caratterizzate da una grande precisione, velocità e affidabilità di posa, unite a facilità di programmazione. Le macchine dell’azienda veronese (modelli 50-80-120) sono dotate di un distributore automatico che taglia dal tubolare di PVC l’anello di garanzia, piuttosto che l’etichetta di corpo o il corpo intero, per poi applicarli e sigillarli su vasetto, flacone o bottiglia tramite una testa termica o due leister. Le sleeveratrici sono completate con un dispositivo elettronico per variare la lunghezza dell’anello e sono movimentate da motoriduttore con inverter. Conformi alle norme CE, presentano un telaio completamente rivestito d’acciaio inox, quadro elettrico e protezioni antinfortunistiche anch’esse d’acciaio inox. La velocità produttiva varia da un minimo di 3.000 a un massimo di 12.000 bott/h.

Sleever machine
Nortan’s sleever machines stand out for their great precision, speed and reliability of application, together with easy programming. The machines from this Verona-based firm (models 50-80-120) have an automatic distributor that cuts guarantee rings from the tubular PVC, rather than a body or wraparound label, and then applies and seals these to jars, flacons and bottles using a thermal head or two Leister devices. The sleever machines are completed with an electronic device that varies the length of the ring and are driven by a ratiomotor plus inverter. Compliant with CE standards, they have a 100% stainless steel lined frame and control box and stainless steel safety protections. Output speeds vary from min 3,000 to max 12,000 bott/h.

368 Pompe peristaltiche
A Simei Omac ha presentato per la prima volta la propria linea di pompe peristaltiche, composta di più serie differenziate per applicazione. Le AMP sono realizzate in 4 modelli con portata massima di 1040 l/h (alla pressione max di 4 m). Caratterizzate da un’altezza di aspirazione fino a 8 m e da una varietà di motorizzazioni possibili, vengono usate, per esempio, per inchiostri, resine, smalti, pitture, prodotti alimentari. I tre modelli della serie RBT e i due della serie FMP, ideali anche per fluidi delicati e differenziati per potenza, presentano invece un’altezza di aspirazione fino a 9 m e una pressione fino a 15 bar. Possono lavorare anche a secco senza danni, sono silenziose e facili da pulire e di semplice manutenzione, inoltre sono resistenti all’abrasione e corrosione. Vengono utilizzate nell’industria alimentare, chimica, del trattamento delle acque, ecc. per operazioni di travaso, dosaggio, svuotamento fusti e alimentazione filtri.

Peristaltic pumps
Omac presented for the first time its line of peristaltic pumps coming in several specific series for different applications at Simei. The AMP series consists of four 4 models with a max flow rate of 1040 l/h (max pressure 4 m). Featuring max height of suction of 8 m and a variety of drives, these are used for inks, resins, enamels, paints and food products, to name but a few. The three models in the RBT series and the two in the FMP series, also ideal for delicate fluids and different power rates, have max 9 m height of suction and pressure up to 15 bar. These pumps can also work when dry without the risk of damage, are silent and easy to clean and service, as well as being abrasion and corrosion resistant. They are used in the food, chemicals, water purification industries among others, for transfer, dosing, drum emptying and filter feeding purposes.

369 Sistema di lubrificazione centralizzata
Quicklub della Lincoln (distribuito in esclusiva in Italia da Palservice) è stato progettato per rispondere alle esigenze più severe in materia di lubrificazione di macchine singole o in linea. La lubrificazione viene realizzata in intervalli predefiniti di tempo e in quantità dosate con precisione, con una pressione massima di 350 bar. Il sistema si caratterizza per la pompa di plastica rinforzata con fibre di carbone, leggera, robusta e resistente alla corrosione; inoltre è dotato di motore con grado di protezione IP6K9K contro il deterioramento e l’umidità. La concezione monoblocco del sistema evita ogni possibilità di perdite dai dosatori che possono essere collegati in maniera semplice tramite raccordi esterni. Quicklub è controllato da PLC o circuito integrato.

Centralised lubrication system
The Quicklub from Lincoln (exclusively distributed in Italy by Palservice) is designed to meet the most stringent of needs in the field of lubrication (single machines or in-line). Lubrication occurs at set intervals and in precision dosed quantities at max 350 bar pressure. The system features a carbon fibre reinforced plastic pump that’s light, strong and corrosion resistant; there’s also a motor with an IP6K9K safety factor against deterioration and humidity. The monoblock conception of the system avoids all risk of leakage from the metering units, simply connected using external fittings. The Quicklub is controlled by either PLC or integrated circuit.

370 Etichettatrice per etichette autoadesive
Rotas si occupa dal 1966 di applicazione di etichette autoadesive in vari settori, lavorando al servizio diretto dei clienti o tramite le agenzie di pubblicità. La sua macchina etichettatrice Rototac, che fra l’altro si caratterizza per le dimensioni estremamente contenute, è stata progettata per risolvere le problematiche relative all’applicazione di piccole quantità di etichette autoadesive. Si tratta di una soluzione semplice, funzionale e solida, che applica in un’unica soluzione etichetta e contro-etichetta su barattoli o bottiglie. Inoltre, Rototac può anche stampare, alla bisogna, brevi testi o altri dati variabili, direttamente e con chiarezza. La semplicità d’uso e di gestione di questa macchina ne fanno lo strumento ideale in tutte le realtà che impiegano mano d’opera non specializzata.

Labeling machine for self-adhesive labels

371 Fardellatrice automatica
Samsa Pack ha realizzato una macchina automatica per il confezionamento con PE termoretraibile di prodotti a base circolare, quadrata, ovale, ecc. Conforme alle norme CE, tratta materiale in bobine da 320 mm di diametro e realizza vassoi e cartoni piatti con larghezza variabile fra 200 e 500 mm e profondità fra 100 e 360 mm. La sequenza operativa prevede alimentazione prodotti mediante nastro motorizzato in linea; smistamento dei prodotti su file multiple; sistema di separazione e trasporto di prodotti a barre; affardellaggio con solo PE, cartone piatto o vassoio (nella versione mista). La macchina prevede un funzionamento meccanico con controllo tramite PLC e si può integrare con gruppo stratificatore per la realizzazione di confezioni composte da due vassoi sovrapposti. La velocità massima è di 25 confezioni/min.

Automatic bundling machine
Samsa Pack has developed an automatic machine for packing products with circular, square, oval, etc., bases using heatshrink PE. Compliant with CE standards, it uses material on spools of 320 mm in diameter and produces trays and flat cartons varying in width from 200 to 500 mm and in depth from 100 to 360 mm. The working sequence involves feeding of the products on motorised in-line belts, sorting of the products into multiple rows, a bar system for product separation and transportation and then bundling with just PE, flat carton or tray (mixed version). The machine has mechanical drive with PLC control and can be integrated with a layering unit to create packs consisting of two cartons stacked one on top of the other. Max speed: 25 packs/min.

372 Nastratrice automatica
Siat ha messo a punto la linea di nastratrici S2, semplici e veloci da installare e regolare, e con pochi comandi intuitivi. S2 è interamente progettata facendo riferimento alla Direttiva Macchine, con particolare riguardo alla sicurezza; inoltre, integra componenti di prima qualità, che ne aumentano l’affidabilità e la durata, contenendo al con- tempo i consumi. Il progetto è stato messo a punto in modo da minimizzare gli interventi di manutenzione. Il sistema di trascinamento a cinghie motorizzate e le collaudate unità nastranti K11 assicurano un avanzamento veloce e fluido della scatola, garantendone la chiusura perfetta anche se troppo vuote o piene, pesanti o leggere, alte o strette. Il cambio del nastro richiede meno di 2 minuti; la produzione media è di 800 scatole/h, con altezza variabile fra 150x140x110 ex500x500 mm.

Automatic conveyer belt
Siat has perfected the line of conveyer belts S2, simple and fast to install and regulate, and with only a few intuitive commands. S2 has been designed completely with reference to the Machine Directive, with particular attention given to safety. Furthermore first class components have been used which make it more reliable and durable, and at the same time keep a check on consumption. The project has been studied and produced so as to minimise maintenance work. The motorized belt drive system and the approved belt unit K11 assure rapid, fluid forward movement of the boxes, guaranteeing perfect closure, even when too full or empty, heavy or light, tall or narrow. To change the belt takes less than two minutes; the average output is 800 boxes per hour, with heights varying from 150x140x110 andx500x500mm.

373 Macchina per cuscini d’aria
Storopack ha messo a punto Airplus Senior, una macchina per la fabbricazione di cuscini d’aria per stabilizzare i prodotti all’interno dell’imballo. Airplus - distribuito in Italia da Alternative 1999 Srl e disponibile anche a nolo - parte da guaine di PE larghe 200, 180 o 120 mm, da cui ricava cuscini pretagliati regolabili in lunghezza e volume d’aria. Funziona senza la presenza di operatore e raggruppa tutte le regolazioni sulla parte frontale. La macchina è leggera, facile da spostare e richiede tempi minimi di installazione; al tempo stesso, si presenta come robusta, solida, affidabile e costante. Un telecomando permette di impostare e attivare 8 combinazioni di lunghezza, quantità e gonfiaggio, oltre a regolare la produzione su un numero prestabilito di cuscini. Puliti ed esteticamente gradevoli, questi sono semplici da disimballare e possono essere riutilizzati.

Machine for air cushions
Storopack has developed its Airplus Senior, a machine that produces air cushions to stabilise products inside packaging. The Airplus - distributed in Italy by Alternative 1999 Srl and also available for hire - starts with a 200, 180 or 120 mm wide sheath of PE, from which it creates precut cushions, adjustable in length and volume of air. The machine is autonomous and has all the necessary controls at the front.
Light-weight and easy to move around, the machine is quick to install, while also being strong, solid, reliable and constant. A remote control lets one set and activate 8 different combinations of length, quantity and inflation, as well as control production by setting the number of cushions required. Clean and aesthetically pleasing, these cushions are easy to unpack and can be reused.
