325 Automazioni e protezioni per l’imbottigliamento
Specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di componenti e strutture per l’automazione flessibile e di protezioni antinfortunistiche, Bett Sistemi ha presentato le linee dedicate al settore dell’imbottigliamento. Fra queste, Roboframe è concepita per realizzare protezioni robuste, semplici da montare, esteticamente gradevoli e rispondenti alla direttiva macchine. Roboframe si articola in due famiglie di prodotto: Roboframe Food con tubolari d’acciaio inox e giunti di materiale termoplastico con anima rinforzata d’acciaio, e Roboframe Pack, con tubolari d’alluminio e giunti di materiale termoplastico. Sempre in ambito sicurezza, P.S.M.S. realizza protezioni perimetrali fissate a pavimento intorno a isole di lavoro, palettizzatori, macchine automatiche e robot ed è prodotto con tubolari tondi o quadrati.

Automation and protection for bottling
An expert in the design and production of components and structures for flexible automation and machine safety, Bett Sistemi presented its lines dedicated to the bottling sector. Of these, the Roboframe has been designed to offer robust, easy to install, aesthetically pleasing and EC Machine Directive compliant protection systems. The Roboframe series is split into two product families: Roboframe Food with stainless steel tubular elements and joints made from thermoplastics with a reinforced steel core, and Roboframe Pack, aluminium tubes and thermoplastic joints. Remaining in the field of safety, P.S.M.S. produces perimeter protection fixed to the ground around work isles, palletisers, automatic machines and robots, produced using round and square tubular elements.

326 Etichettatrici rotative e lineari
BMC ha messo a punto la serie di etichettatrici rotative Shuttle, che vanta particolare robustezza e precisione; può essere attrezzata con un numero variabile di stazioni autoadesive (da 1 a 3) e presenta un carosello a 3 o 6 piattelli. La velocità delle Shuttle oscilla fra 1.500 e 5.000 b/h, che possono essere superate in modelli realizzati ad hoc. Versioni speciali per particolari confezioni vengono studiate dall’ufficio tecnico interno. BMC ha realizzato anche la serie Matrix di macchine lineari per etichette autoadesive, equipaggiate con 1 o 2 stazioni, dispositivi di distribuzione e chiusura capsule, nonché piano di accumulo in uscita. Ideali per le piccole produzioni, sono azionate da motori magnetici autofrenanti o passo passo. Oltre alle etichettatrici, BMC ha sviluppato macchine automatiche per la distribuzione e la termoretrazione di capsule per bottiglie di vino e olio.

Rotary and linear labeling machines
BMC has developed the Shuttle series of rotary labeling machines that can boast special strength and precision; these can be fitted with a variable number of self-adhesive stations (from 1 to 3) and has a 3 or 6 plate carousel. The speed of the Shuttle machines ranges from 1,500 to 5,000 b/h, and even more in the case of ad hoc models. Special versions for particular packs can be developed by the internal technical office. BMC also produces the Matrix series of linear machines for self-adhesive labels, equipped with 1 or 2 stations, capsule distribution and closing devices and a stacking table on delivery. Ideal for small runs, these machines are driven by self-braking magnetic or stepping motors. As well as its labeling machines, BMC develops automatic machines for the distribution and heat-shrinking of capsules for wine and oil bottles.

327 Stazione per barriques
Boema ha messo a punto Barr-Service, una stazione completa di riempimento, svuotamento, lavaggio e asciugatura di barriques, unica nel suo genere per la molteplicità delle funzioni. La stazione permette di riempire con livellatore automatico, di svuotare e di lavare le barriques accatastate senza doverle muovere. Inoltre, effettua per mezzo di una pompa del vuoto l’aspirazione totale dei liquidi e la completa asciugatura dell’interno.
L’impiego di Barr-Service non prevede alcuna manovra con carrelli elevatori e consente il massimo sfruttamento dello spazio in cantina, oltre a ridurre i costi di manodopera. Boema progetta e produce diverse tipologie di macchine e attrezzature enologiche, fra cui figurano anche il vinificatore orizzontale e l’arricchitore sottovuoto per mosti, presentati all’ultimo Simei.

Station for barrels
l Boema has developed the Barr-Service, a complete filling-emptying-washing-drying station for barrels that’s one of a kind thanks to its multiple functions.
The station lets one fill (using an automatic leveller), empty and wash the stacked barrels without having to move them. Moreover, it uses a vacuum pump to extract all liquid and dry the insides of the barrels completely.
The use of the Barr-Service requires no handling with fork-lift trucks and allows for max exploitation of cellar space, as well as cutting labour costs. Boema designs and produces various types of machines and equipment for wine-making, including its horizontal wine-maker and vacuum must concentrator, both presented at the recent Simei. |

328 Riduttori e motoriduttori a vite senza fine
I riduttori e motoriduttori a vite senza fine serie W della Bonfiglioli Riduttori offrono prestazioni di coppia e capacità termiche migliorate rispetto alle serie precedenti, e un’intercambiabilità dimensionale con i modelli VF/A e VF/V. Studiati per essere facilmente montati in qualsiasi condizione, con una semplice installazione delle flange laterali (disponibili in due altezze), presentano 5 piani lavorati e forati, coperchio laterale con tappo di sfiato integrale e lubrificazione “long life”. Fra le caratteristiche salienti si segnalano anche la vite senza fine d’acciaio cementato e temperato, con dentatura rettificata, i fori per drenaggio che evitano il ristagno di acqua dopo il lavaggio, e la carcassa d’alluminio. I componenti della serie W si possono accoppiare con un’ampia gamma di motori e presentano una rumorosità estremamente contenuta.

Ultrasonic sensors
The grub screw reduction gears and ratiomotors belonging to the W series produced by Bonfiglioli Riduttori offer improved torque levels and thermal capacity compared to the previous series, plus size interchangeability with the VF/A and VF/V models. Designed to be easily mounted in all conditions, with simple installation of the side flanges (coming in two heights), they have 5 machined and punched surfaces, a side cover with integrated vent cap and “long life” lubrication. The salient features include the hardened and tempered steel grub screw, with ground teeth, the holes for draining that avoid the risk of water collecting after washing and the aluminium frame. The components in the W series can be coupled with a wide range of motors and offer extremely low noise levels.

L’ultima generazione di sensori analogici a ultrasuoni Baumer Electric può essere programmata con la massima facilità tramite l’uso di un singolo tasto. Si possono fissare a piacere, fra i valori di targa del modello, i limiti operativi del sensore e quindi i parametri dell’uscita analogica. Si può inoltre decidere se l’uscita debba aumentare o diminuire, a seconda che l’oggetto si avvicini o si allontani. Il LED colorato visualizza in giallo/verde le misure che rientrano nei limiti stabiliti, e in rosso quelle che li superano; in più guida alle operazioni di configurazione. I limiti operativi variano, a seconda del modello, da 50 a 700 mm, con uscita da 0-10 Volt. Questi sensori mettono dunque a disposizione più funzioni, sono facili da usare (non serve alcuno strumento di taratura) e i valori programmati vengono memorizzati in una EEPROM interna. La ripetibilità è inferiore all’1% della distanza dell’oggetto.

The latest generation of ultrasonic, analogical sensors from Baumer Electric can be programmed with the maximum of ease using a single knob. The operational limits of the sensor and so the parameters of the analogical exits can be set as is desired, within the values indicated for the model. It can also be decided whether the exit should be made to enlarge or decrease in size, depending as to whether the object moves closer or moves further away. The coloured LED shows in yellow/green the sizes that fall within the pre-established limits, and in red those which are outside the limits; it also guides the configuration operations. The operating limits vary, depending on the model, from 50 to 700 mm, with exits of 0-10 Volts. These sensors therefore make several functions available, are easy to use (no calibration instruments are required) and the programmed valves are memorized in an internal EEPROM. The repeatability is less than 1% of the distance from the object.

Cavagnino & Gatti ha messo a punto un’offerta completa di macchine etichettatrici, che comprende linee ad alte e medie prestazioni, macchine modulari o compatte, oltre a una serie di sistemi adesivi per bottiglie e contenitori vari. Questi ultimi sono stati progettati con delle particolari testate di distribuzione, che consentono di installarli sulle etichettatrici più diffuse. Le etichettatrici della serie CG comprendono i modelli della linea 84 che, grazie al particolare sistema di prelievo etichette, consentono rendimenti molto elevati con cambi formato rapidissimi, e le meno veloci ma raffinate 84FR, caratterizzate da un prelievo da magazzino stazionario ottenuto con un solo segmento incollatore. Sempre per medie prestazioni (fino a 7500 b/h), Cavagnino & Gatti propone le CG 84CR-DR, che presentano un ridotto numero di parti coinvolte nel trasferimento di etichette, velocizzando il cambio formato.

Labeling machines
l Cavagnino & Gatti has developed a complete range of labeling machines including high-performance and medium-performance lines, modular and compact machines, plus a series of adhesive systems for bottles and various containers. The latter have been designed with special distribution heads to allow them to be installed on the most commonly used labeling machines. The labeling machines in the CG series include models from the 84 line that, thanks to a special label pick-up system, offer extremely high output with ultra-fast size change, as well as the slightly slower, but more refined 84FR line with stationary hopper pick-up using a single gluing segment. Other medium-performance machines (up to 7500 b/h) from Cavagnino & Gatti are the CG 84CR-DR, with a reduced number of parts involved in the actual transfer of the labels to speed up the size change.

Clever Machines was set up in the year 2000, focussing on the construction of machines for sleeve labeling in the food, wine, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. In the winemaking sector the company produces capsule applicators for all types of capsule, that have a variable rate of from 3,000 and 36,000 pcs/h. The company also offers a range of solutions at rates that vary from a minimum of 3,000 pcs/h up to speeds of 18,000 pcs/h, to end up with the caging machines, where the models range from 3,000 and 20,000 pcs/h. All these applicators form a range that makes Clever highly market competitive.
