360 Sistema di visione a tecnologia CCD
Il sistema modulare di visione a tecnologia CCD modello DV9100, prodotto da Datalogic, rappresenta la soluzione di lettura ideale per applicazioni di smistamento e tracciamento merci. Provvisto di un’innovativa telecamera e di potenti sistemi di illuminazione e decodifica, DV9100 garantisce la lettura automatica e omnidirezionale di codici bidimensionali su pacchi e oggetti di grandi dimensioni, trasportati sui conveyor più veloci. Il sistema assicura una copertura dell’area di lettura di oltre 1000x1000 mm a una velocità superiore ai 2,5 m/s. Le immagini vengono messe a disposizione, in tempo reale, su un’interfaccia video ad alta velocità, e fornite al sistema di decodifica DV9100 basato su piattaforma PC, in grado di decodificare e autodiscriminare con la massima affidabilità tutti i più diffusi codici a barre e bidimensionali.

CCD technology scanning system
The CCD model DV9100 modular viewing system, produced by Datalogic, represents the ideal scanning/viewing solution for goods shifting and tracing applications. Provided with an innovatory camera and a powerful illumination system and decoder, the DV9100 guarantees the automatic and omnidirectional reading of bidimensional codes on large packs and objects, transported on speedier conveyers. The system ensures a coverage of the scanned area of over 1000x1000 mm and a speed of over 2.5 m/s. The images appear in real time on a high speed video interface, and are supplied by DV9100 decoding systems based on a PC platform, capable of decoding and selfdiscriminating all the most common barcodes and bidimensional codes with max reliablity. |

Prodotta da Electradue per la stampa e sovrastampa di etichette adesive in bobina, Labelprint 300 è ideale per i produttori e gli imbottigliatori che hanno la necessità di personalizzare le etichette con dati variabili. Un apposito software, installato nel PC, permette di visualizzare l’etichetta, inserirvi i testi (alfanumerici e grafici) e stampare facilmente il numero di pezzi desiderato, senza limiti al numero di righe che possono occupare anche l’intera superficie dell’etichetta. Un bobinatore elettronico da 300 mm completa la dotazione. Grazie alla sua flessibilità, Labelprint 300 riduce la quantità di etichette stampate a magazzino; inoltre, presenta costi di esercizio particolarmente contenuti, consentendo ulteriori economie. La macchina è realizzata in 3 modelli, con velocità da 100 a 203 mm/s (fino a 3.600 etichette/h) e altezze di etichetta diverse.

Printer for adhesive labels
Produced by Electradue for printing and overprinting of reeled adhesive labels, Labelprint 300 is ideal for producers and bottlers who need to personalise labels with various data. There is specific software, installed in the PC, with which the label can be visualised, text (alphanumeric and graphic) can be inserted and the number of pieces required easily stamped with no limit to the number of lines that can be occupied, even to extent of the entire surface of the label being used. An electronic reel of 300 mm completes the system. Thanks to its flexibility, Labelprint 300 reduces the number of labels printed in the warehouse; furthermore it has very contained running costs thereby permitting further savings. The machine is produced in 3 models, with speeds of from 100 to 203 mm/s (up to 3,600 labels/h) and different heights of labels.

362 Multiblocco di riempimento
Multiblock di Alfatek svolge funzioni di sciacquatrice, deox, riempitrice e tappatrice. Di ingombro contenuto (4.350 x 1.400 x 2.350 mm), vanta facilità di installazione, manovrabilità, controllo e manutenzione. Multiblock è caratterizzato da una sincronizzazione ottimizzata delle varie fasi di lavoro, tramite ingranaggi di grande diametro, e da un posizionamento compatto delle stelle di traslazione, che facilita il cambio formato e assicura un trasporto corretto anche di contenitori instabili. Il piano di lavoro è protetto da una camera sterile d’acciaio con pannelli di Lexan trasparente, al cui interno viene immessa aria microfiltrata a 0,5 bar. Nel Multiblock le bottiglie vengono sciacquate o sterilizzate nel modo preferito e quindi passate nel deox che le disarea e satura di gas inerte. Seguono il riempimento - a leggera o alta pressione, o sottovuoto - e la tappatura col sistema preferito, previa eliminazione dell’aria nel collo e immissione di gas inerte.

Filling multiblock
Alfatek’s Multiblock carries out a variety of functions: rinsing, deox, filling and capping. A compact machine (4,350 x 1,400 x 2,350 mm), it offers the advantages of easy installation, manoeuvrability, control and servicing. The Multiblock features optimised synchronisation of the various stages using large diameter gears and compact positioning of the translation stars, making the changeover easier and guaranteeing correct handling of even unstable containers. The work top is protected by a steel sterile chamber with transparent Lexan panels and filled with micro-filtered air at 0.5 bar. Inside the Multiblock the bottles are rinsed or sterilised as required and then sent into the deox area that extracts the air and saturates the bottles with inert gas. Next, the bottles are filled - at low or high pressure, or in a vacuum - and then capped with the preferred system, having first eliminated the air in the neck and replaced this with inert gas.

363 Riempitrici a peso netto
Costec ha messo a punto una linea di riempitrici a peso netto, fra cui figura il modello RPN senza serbatoio, ideale per il riempimento di liquidi. La nuova generazione di schede elettroniche realizzata su brevetto Costec attribuisce alla macchina una notevole versatilità nel riempimento, e all’utilizzatore un’informazione immediata sullo stato del lavoro. Inoltre, l’autocontrollo costante delle valvole di riempimento garantisce una precisione di riempimento di +/- un grammo su un litro di prodotto. La riempitrice RPN è integrata con tappatori P&P, realizzati in versione monotesta o pluritesta per produzioni da 1.000 a 30.000 pz/ora. L’equipaggiamento standard comprende espulsore automatico e cambi formato colorati. Oltre alle riempitrici senza serbatoio, la gamma Costec comprende anche modelli con serbatoio e riempitrici lineari.

Net weight fillers
Costec has produced a line of net weight fillers, among which there is model RPN which has no tank, and is ideal for filling liquids. The new generation of electronic cards produced and patented by Costec give the machine considerable versatility in filling, and immediate information on the state of work to the user. Furthermore, the constant self-checking of the filling valves guarantees precision filling to +/- a gram for each litre of product. The RPN filler is integrated with a P&P capping machine, made in a single-head or multi-head version for the production of 1,000 to 30,000 pcs/h. The standard equipment includes and automatic ejector and coloured format changes. As well as the fillers without a tank, the Costec range includes models with tanks and linear/on line. fillers.

364 Robot manipolatore per palettizzazione
La nuova serie di “Robot” MT-410, di Emmeti, è costituita da un manipolatore di ultima generazione, che permette di compiere tutti i movimenti necessari per palettizzare contenitori di PET e/o vetro, sia pieni che vuoti, su una tradizionale paletta di legno o in un rack. Il Robot, guidato da un sofisticato software di gestione, può eseguire diversi tipi di movimento - spostamento verticale, rotazione di 360° sull’asse verticale, rotazione di 90° sull’asse orizzontale - in entrambe le direzioni e a pieno carico. Il Robot di Emmeti lavora su 4 assi, con carico massimo al polso di 400 kg, a una cadenza di 750 cicli/ora. La ripetibilità è di ± 0,5 mm. Ogni macchina, che è dotata di un sofisticato sistema di presa grazie a cui il collo dei contenitori non subisce stress, viene fornita completa di corso di formazione specifico.

Manipulator robot for palletising
The new “Robot” MT-410 series from Emmeti comprises a cutting-edge manipulator that lets one carry out all the movements needed to palletise PET and/or glass containers, whether full or empty, on a conventional wooden pallet or rack. The Robot, guided by sophisticated control software, is capable of various movements - vertical, 360° rotation on the vertical axis, 90° rotation on the horizontal axis - in both directions and with a full load. Emmeti’s Robot works in 4 axes, with a max load capacity at the “wrist” of 400 kg and at a rate of 750 cycles/hour, with precision in reproduction of ± 0.5 mm. Each machine has a sophisticated pick-up system that avoids stress to the neck of the container and is supplied complete with a specific training course.

365 Inverter compatti
La nuova gamma di inverter 650 di Eurotherm Drives, semplici da programmare e da installare, è adatta a numerose applicazioni che richiedono principalmente funzioni standard nella regolazione di velocità del motore. Dotati di filtro EMC (compatibilità elettromagnetica), che garantisce un notevole risparmio sui filtri aggiuntivi e sui costi di installazione, i 650 sono fino al 40% più piccoli dei normali inverter e vengono montati su guida DIN o a parete. Attraverso la tastiera e il display illuminato è possibile controllare localmente il motore, verificare la diagnostica e il funzionamento dell’inverter. Grazie agli ingressi e alle uscite configurabili, i 650 vengono inoltre controllati con riferimento 0-10V oppure 4-20mA o, ancora, attraverso 8 preset di velocità. Disponibili nelle taglie 0,25÷1,5 kW ad alimentazione 220÷240V, e fino a 110 kW ad alimentazione 380÷460V, sono particolarmente indicati per il controllo di pompe, ventilatori e nastri trasportatori.

Compact inverters
The new range of Eurotherm Drives 650 Inverters, simple to program and to install, is suited to numerous applications that require the main standard functions in speed setting of the motor. Fitted with EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) filters, that guarantee a notable saving of added filters and installation costs, the 650s are up to 40% smaller that the normal inverters and are assembled on DIN guides or wall mounted. Through the keyboard and the illuminated display the motor can be locally controlled, the diagnostics can be checked along with the functioning of the inverter. Thanks to the inputs and outfeeds that can be configured, the 650s are also controlled 0-10V or 4-20mA or again, by way pf 8 speed presets. Available in sizes 0.25÷1.5 kW with 220÷240V power, and up to 110 kW with 380÷460V power, they are particularly suited for controlling pumps, ventilators and conveyor belts.

366 Capsulatrici a torretta
Kompass ha realizzato una capsulatrice a 6 teste in versione torretta, per l’applicazione di tappi d’alluminio a vite su bottiglie di vetro e PET. La macchina, denominata Star Six AV, è dotata di testine filettatrici a 4 rulli e sistema no caps no roll. La produzione massima è di 12.000 bottiglie/ora. Al Simei Kompass ha presentato anche la nuova versione Star Four PS-PK per l’applicazione, con sistema pick & place, di tappi a pressione su lattine d’olio. Produce fino a 8.000 bott/h ed è dotata di un sistema di presa del tappo tramite testine mobili completamente meccaniche, che non impiega aspirazione. Il sistema di distribuzione del tappo comprende un sensore di presenza contenitori in ingresso, che comanda lo sgancio dei tappi sul disco di trasferimento. La torretta, realizzata in acciaio inox, è predisposta per essere inserita in monoblocchi di riempimento.

Turret capsule-fitting machines
Kompass has produced a capsule-fitting machine with 6 heads in a turret version for the application of aluminium screw caps on glass and PET bottles. This machine - called the Star Six AV - has 4-roller threading heads and a “no caps-no roll” system. Max output of 12,000 bottles/hour. The company also presented its new Star Four PS-PK version at Simei Kompass: a machine for the application with pick & place of press-down caps on cans of oil. This produces up to 8,000 bott/h and is fitted with a cap pick-up system that uses 100% mechanical mobile heads, without the need for suction. The cap distribution system includes a container detector at the entrance that controls the release of the caps on the transfer wheel. The stainless steel turret is fitted for insertion in filling monoblocks.
