Images, distributore in Italia di prodotti per l’image processing destinati ai mercati industriale, medicale e scientifico, ha presentato a Bias la linea di sistemi di visione integrati NetSight II sviluppati da IPD (“intelligent products division” di Coreco Imaging Inc.). Progettati per l’implementazione rapida in applicazioni di fabbrica, questi sistemi di visione industriale, robusti e affidabili, offrono un’ampia gamma di funzionalità in una configurazione economica e compatta da circa 15 x 20 x 8 cm.
I NetSight II sono stati sviluppati per evitare lo scarto di prodotti buoni o l’accettazione di prodotti difettosi, oltre che per affrontare i problemi tipici della fase di implementazione. Sono sistemi integrati, che uniscono un potente motore di elaborazione con un’interfaccia per telecamera ad alte prestazioni, software flessibili e strumenti di comunicazione industriali. Integrated viewing systems

Designed for rapid implementation in factory applications, these industrial viewing systems, sturdy and reliable, offer a broad range of functions in an economical and compact configuration of around 15 x 20 x 8 cm.
NetSights II have been developed to avoid the rejection of good products or the acceptance of flawed ones, as well as to face the problems typical to the implementation phase.
They are integrated systems, that combine a powerful processing motor with a high performance camera interface, flexible software and industrial communication tools.
Their special architecture supports the simultaneous acquisition of images from several cameras, enabling the use in complex, high speed applications.

1121 Soffiatrice rotativa
Presentata in anteprima mondiale alla fiera K di Düsseldorf, la soffiatrice SFR 9/27 va ad ampliare l’offerta Sipa SpA (Vittorio Veneto, TV) nell’ambito dei sistemi per la produzione di contenitori di plastica. Si tratta di una soffiatrice rotativa a tripla e singola cavità, in grado di modulare la produttività a seconda dei parametri del formato scelto. In effetti, le 9 stazioni di soffiaggio di cui è dotata la macchina possono montare stampi a tripla cavità per il formato single serve o a singola cavità per quello famiglia, adeguando la produttività alle esigenze delle linea di riempimento e di confezionamento: 40.000 bottiglie da 0,6 litri e 15.000 da 3 litri. A fronte di un’elevata capacità produttiva, il modello SFR 9/27 presenta ingombri ridotti e una meccanica semplificata, con velocità periferiche notevolmente ridotte.

Rotary blowing machine
Presented in world preview at the K fair Düsseldorf, the SFR 9/27 blowing machine will go to broaden the Sipa SpA (Vittorio Veneto, TV) offer under systems for producing plastic containers. This is a triple and single cavity rotary blowing machine, capable of modulating productivity according to the parameters of the format chosen. In actual fact, the 9 blow stations that feature on the machine can take triple cavity moulds for the single serve format or single cavity ones for the family format, suiting productivity to the needs of the filling and packaging lines: 40,000 0.6 litre bottles and 15,000 3 litre ones. With its high productivity, the SFR 9/27 has low bulk and a simplified mechanism, with notable reduced peripheral speed.

1122 Fotocellule
La famiglia di fotocellule MLV12 di Pepperl+Fuchs è stata sviluppata per risolvere i problemi di rilevamento di oggetti nei settori del confezionamento e imballaggio, imbottigliamento, alimentare, farmaceutico e per l’automazione a bordo macchina in generale.
Le funzioni sono numerose: ad esempio l’indicazione di funzionamento e stato di commutazione in posizione frontale e posteriore tramite LED di colore arancio e giallo che si notano anche a diversi metri di distanza. I progettisti della serie MLV12, che presenta un grado di protezione IP67, hanno apportato migliorie significative ai sensori senza però modificarne le dimensioni, che sono rimaste 49x15x41,5. Per facilitarne la messa in servizio e offrire interessanti vantaggi economici, le fotocellule MLV12 prevedono varie facilitazioni: connettori che ruotano di 90°, raggio di azione di 4 m e funzioni di autoapprendimento.

Photocels
The MLV12 photocel family by Pepperl+Fuchs has been developed to solve the problems of sensing objects in the packaging and wrapping sectors, in bottling, food, pharmaceuticals and on-board machine automation.
The functions are numerous: for example the function and switch status in the frontal and rear position given by orange and yellow colors that can be noted at various metres distance.
The designers of the MLV12, that has IP67 degree protection, have made important improvements to the sensors without though increasing the size, that is still 49x15x41.5 mm. To facilitate its use and offer interesting economic advantages, the MLV12 offers various facilities: connectors that rotate at 90°, 4 m range of action and selflearning functions.

1123 Sistemi di visione robotizzati
In risposta alla crescente esigenza di strumenti di controllo e ispezione flessibili, affidabili e automatizzati, Mitsubishi Electric e National Instruments hanno presentato all’ultimo Bias un nuovo sistema di visione, costituito unendo i rispettivi robot antropomorfi e sistemi di visione.
Con questo tipo di prodotti è oggi possibile configurare un sistema semplice, affidabile e competitivo sul piano economico che, utilizzando le moderne tecnologie di visione, risolva tutti i problemi di misurazione non invasiva e senza contatto. In particolare, l’impiego di un sistema integrato permette di risolvere moltissime problematiche di produzione, assemblaggio e controllo qualità, utilizzando componenti standard, riducendo i costi e garantendo la flessibilità richiesta dai cambi di produzione. La soluzione presentata al Bias comprendeva un robot antropomorfo Mitsubishi Electric di alta precisione (0,02 o 0,04 mm) che, asservito al sistema di visione, permette la misura di componenti tridimensionali complessi da tutte le angolazioni richieste.

Robotised viewing system
In response to the growing need for flexible, reliable, and automated control and inspection tools, Mitsubishi Electric and National Instruments presented a new viewing system at the last Bias, constituted by uniting the respective anthropomorphic robots and viewing systems.
With this type of product today a system can be configured that is simple, reliable and economically competitive that using the modern viewing technologies, can solve all the non invasive and contactless measure problems. In particular, the use of an integrated system enables the solving of many production, assembly and quality control problems, using standard components, reducing the costs and guaranteeing the flexibility required by production changes. The solution presented at Bias included a high precision Mitsubishi Electric anthropomorphic robot (0.02 or 0.04 mm) that enslaved to the viewing system, enables the measurement of complex 3D components from all the sides required.

1124 Sistemi di pesatura per carrelli elevatori
Il sistema di pesatura elettronico per uso interno modello PTE-V della Società Cooperativa Bilanciai è applicabile a tutti i carrelli elevatori che utilizzano l’ancoraggio forche con piastre costruite secondo la classificazione FEM. La portata residua del carrello elevatore dovrà essere calcolata in base alle caratteristiche del carrello stesso. Il peso viene visualizzato tramite un terminale elettronico collocato a bordo, in posizione ben visibile dall’operatore e collegato al sistema di alimentazione del carrello.
È anche possibile installare a bordo una stampante, collegare il terminale via radio a computer o a terminale e stampante situati a terra, utilizzare un concentratore per la raccolta dati con cui, successivamente trasferire gli stessi a computer a fine lavoro. Sono possibili applicazioni anche a carrelli attrezzati con ribaltatore, divaricatore, traslatore, depalettizzatore.

Weighing systems for fork lift trucks
The PTE-V by Società Cooperativa Bilanciai - an electronic weighing system for internal use - can be applied to all fork lift trucks whose forks are anchored by plates manufactured in accordance with FEM classification. The residual load capacity of the fork lift truck needs to be calculated taking into account the characteristics of the truck itself. The weight is displayed via an onboard electronic terminal, in an easily visible position for the operator and connected to the truck’s feed system. It is also possible to install an onboard printer, connect the indicator via radio to a central computer or indicator + printer on the ground and use a concentrator for data acquisition in order to transfer the data to the central computer on completion of the job. Applications are also possible with trucks equipped with various devices: tippers, spreaders, traveling lifts and pallet unloaders.
