I sistemi brushless Sanyo Denki - distribuiti da R.T.A. - si distinguono per la loro facile configurabilità mediante PC o terminale di programmazione palmare, dimensioni particolarmente compatte, alta affidabilità e semplicità di installazione.
Gli azionamenti, dotati di alimentazione a 220 V ac, sono di tipo sinusoidale, completamente digitali con retroazione mediante encoder e possono essere comandati tramite treno di impulsi o segnale analogico. I motori, con grado di protezione da IP43 a IP67, sono articolati in una gamma di potenze da 50 a 1500 Watt.

Brushless systems
Sanyo Denki brushless systems -distributed by R.T.A. - are notable for their easy configurability via PC or hand-held programming terminal, compact size, high degree of reliability and ease of installation. The activations, fitted with 220 V ac power feed, are of the sinusoidal type, completely digital with retroaction through a decoder, and can be controlled through a pulse train or analogue signal.
The motors, with protection levels from IP43 to IP67, cover a power range of 50 to 1500 Watt.
R.T.A.’s considerable experience of motive control applications, together with the vast range Sanyo Denki brushless systems, allows them to offer a product with an excellent performance/cost ratio.

Ideal in demanding operating conditions Sick safety interlocks combine reliability with a long service life. Control devices and non-contact safety sensors with transponder and reed technology round off their program. We cite the UE 10 Series of safety switching devices, for effective integration of safety components; the UE 100 Series (configurable interface module) that offer economical connection to complex safety components; finally, the UE 1000 Series, the high-end module for decentralised safety (IP-67-Modules for Profibus-Safe and AS-i Safety). In particular, the Series UE 1000 helps customers to achieve bidirectional communication between field and control level, but also to carry out hardware diagnosis and trouble-shooting online, and to obtain lower installation and wiring costs. Moreover the series allows enables the fieldbus network to be extended to other sensors and actuators, and thus to optimise response time.

The vibrators of the VEP Industria series are suited for continuos usage in the most varied applications in most working environments.
EC certified, the salient characteristics of these motovibrators are: certification, high power/centrifugal force ratio, class F insulation, bearings calculated for standard functioning of over 10,000 hours.
Power: multitension 220.240/380 – 415V to 50 Hz; on request from 24 to 500 Volt 50 or 60 Hz; by way of frequency converter and variable tension.
Up to a power of 500 kg of FC at 3000 RPM the system can be supplied from 115 to 240 Volts at 50 or 60 Hz.

1139 Riempitrice lineare per rossetti
Tecnicoll ha progettato e realizzato una nuova macchina riempitrice semiautomatica, in grado di dosare con uno o due colori, singolarmente e dal basso verso l’alto, stampi di rossetti dal diametro minimo di 6 mm, a una velocità di circa 5.000 pezzi/turno. Nonostante il diametro del rossetto sia molto ridotto, il tipo di riempimento adottato assicura una dosata costante, dalla prima all’ultima cavità dello stampo, e una mancanza assoluta di bolle d’aria all’interno del prodotto.
Realizzata in acciaio e dotata di pannellatura in acciaio inox satinato, la macchina è dotata di due fusori di grande capacità con agitatore, posti su un carrello translante, ed è in grado di riempire cavità con profondità massima di 100 mm e lunghezza massima dello stampo pari a 350 mm. Tutte le operazioni di rilevazione/regolazione di temperature e velocità sono controllate da PLC e impostate tramite pannello operatore touch-screen posto sul fronte macchina.

Linear filler for lipsticks
Tecnicoll has designed and produced a new semi-automatic filling machine which can dispense in one or two colors, individually and from the bottom up, moulds of lipsticks with a minimum diameter of 6 mm, at a speed of around 5,000 pieces per shift. Despite the very small diameter of the lipstick, the type of filling adopted ensures constant supply, from the first to the last crevice of the mould, with a complete absence of air bubbles in the product.
Manufactured in steel and fitted with satin-finish stainless steel panels, the machine is equipped with two high capacity melting assemblies with agitators, mounted on a transfer carriage, and can fill moulds with a maximum depth of 100 mm and a maximum mould length of 350 mm. All checking/adjustment operations for temperature and speed are controlled by PLC and are set through a touch-screen operator panel located on the front of the machine.

Specializzata nel campo dell'imballaggio skin pack e blister, A.P.M. S.r.l. ha messo a punto una linea di confezione e taglio con banco automatico di carico ed estrazione a ventose, per cartoni da 70x50 cm con altezza massima di 15-18 cm. La linea è costituita da un caricatore automatico a movimento pneumatico, eventualmente completo di dima e mettifoglio, da una confezionatrice skin-pack con apertura e chiusura automatica dei telai - a cui è stata aggiunta una fustellatrice a cilindri semoventi per il taglio e la nasellatura delle singole confezioni - e, infine, da un braccio a ventose per l'estrazione automatica del foglio confezionato.
Ulteriore punto di forza di A.P.M. è la produzione di qualsiasi tipo di cartone (teso, accoppiato, microonda e triplo con possibilità di stampa off-set e flexografica) e film di diverse altezze e spessori, fino ad arrivare alle valve blister.

Complete range
A.P.M. Srl, experienced specialist in the field of skin pack and blister pack technology, has designed a packaging and cutting line with a loading and extraction bench equipped with suction, for cartons of 70x50 cm with a maximum height of 15-18 cm. The line consists of an automatic pneumatically-operated loader, which can be fitted with template and paper feed, and a skin-pack packaging machine with automatic frame opening and closing. To this is added a punch-cutting machine with self-propelled cylinders for the cutting and punching of individual packs, and finally a suction arm for the automatic extraction of the packed sheets.
A.P.M.'s strongest point is the production of every type of cardboard (solid, laminated, microwave and triple with the possibility of offset printing and flexography), as well as different kinds of film of different sizes and thicknesses, as well as blister valves.

1141 Sensori fotoelettrici
Con la nuova serie di sensori fotoelettrici B45 si è ulteriormente arricchita la gamma di trasduttori industriali, di posizione e di prossimità della ABB Industria.
Disponibili nelle versioni a riflessione diretta, a catarifrangente e per funzionamento a sbarramento, questi sensori si impiegano anche nella rilevazione di oggetti trasparenti (recipienti di vetro, imballaggi di plastica, ecc.).
Fra le loro caratteristiche salienti si trovano la facilità di programmazione e utilizzo, la funzione di autoapprendimento e le ridotte esigenze di manutenzione.
Con l’uso di software dedicato, e tramite interfaccia ottica, si possono programmare moltissimi parametri diversi, mentre la regolazione della sensibilità può essere effettuata manualmente o per autoapprendimento (teach in) statico o dinamico.

Photoelectric sensors
The new series of B45 photoelectric sensors has very recently augmented ABB Industria’s range of industrial in position and in proximity transducers. Available in several versions (direct reflection, reflecting and barrier functioning), the sensors can also be used to reveal transparent objects (glass containers, plastic packaging, etc.). They are ease of programming and use, teach-in and reduced maintenance requirements. With the use of dedicated software, and through an optical interface, many different parameters can be programmed, while adjustment of sensitivity can be carried out manually or static or dynamic teach-in. Finally, the B45 has IP67 protection level.

L’avvolgitrice automatica orizzontale Ring della società Area (Rodano Millepini, MI) è prodotta in diversi formati a seconda del prodotto da avvolgere: da un diametro minimo dell’anello di avvolgimento di 400 mm - per pacchetti di cornici, profili, fasci di tubi - a un diametro di 600, 1.000, 1.400 mm - perfetto per l’imballaggio di porte, finestre, pacchi di lamiera stesa e ondulata e simili - fino a diametri maggiori di 1.800, 2.100 e 2.500 mm, per l’avvolgimento di pacchi di pannelli di legno, materiale isolante e, più in generale, per pacchi di grandi dimensioni. Inoltre, per snellire la fase di reggiatura agevolando l’operatore nel passaggio della reggia intorno al pallet, Area ha realizzato i lanciareggia Trioplast e Triosteel. Possono utilizzare, a seconda della versione, reggia di plastica o di ferro. End of line solutions
The automatic Ring horizontal wrapping machine is produced by Area (Rodano Millepini, MI) in different sizes depending on the product to be wrapped: from a min diameter of the wrapping ring of 400 mm - for packs of frames, sections, bundles of tubes - at diameters of 600, 1,000 and 1,400 mm - perfect for packaging doors, windows, packs of straight laminates and corrugates and the like - up to the max diameter of 1,800, 2,100 and 2,500 mm for wrapping packs of wood panels, insulating material and, more in general, for largescale packs.
In order to reduce the strapping phase by aiding the operator in passing the strap around the pallet, Trioplast and Triosteel strap-feeders have been created that “launch” the strap presenting it on the operator side. Depending on the versions, plastic or steel straps can be used. The machines come in the fixed or shiftable version, depending whether the load to be packed is on rollers or on the ground, and with or without bayonet depending whether the load is with or without a pallet.
