In particular, the company is equipped with a modern system for breaking down solvents: as well as that it proposes innovatory technical solutions in order to reduce the thickness of materials and thus reduce the quantity of materials jeopardising environment. The phases of design and creation of the proposed solutions are mostly run from inside the company. Flexographic and rotogravure printing; single materials and multi-layers, reels, pouches and bags for modified atmosphere or vacuum packaging; pasteurization and sterilization of food products; materials for thermoforming; technology, systems and materials for long life food products conservation; packaging for industrial products and cosmetics; solution of specific problems. |

1001 Termoformati
Arcoplastica (Andezeno, TO) studia, progetta e produce termoformati per il settore alimentare e tecnico. Così come nel settore tecnico anche per quello alimentare, dove ormai realizza più del 70% del fatturato, propone novità e studia soluzioni alle diverse esigenze del mercato. Attualmente ha incrementato il reparto stampa con due nuove linee offset che permettono la stampa sino a sei colori, su tutti i formati di vaschette preformate presenti a catalogo (più di 200). C’è una ricerca continua sui diversi tipi di materiali che riducono l’impatto ambientale, come gli EPP (polipropilene espanso) o i materiali biodegradabili, i materiali con barriera “UV”, i “classici” materiali barriera, tutto questo per soddisfare le esigenze dei propri clienti.

Heatformed products
Arcoplastica (Andezeno, TO) designs and produces heatformed products for the food and technical sectors. In the technical as well as in the food sector, that now accounts for over 70% of its turnover, Arcoplastica proposes new features and devises solutions to meet different market needs. It has currently boosted its print department with two new offset lines that enable the printing of up to six colors on all the formats of preformed tubs present in its catalogue (more than 200). The concern carries out a continuous research on the different types of materials that reduce environmental impact, such as EPP (polypropylene foam), as well as biodegradable materials, materials with “UV” barriers, the “classic” barrier materials, all this to satisfy customer problems and needs.

1002 Chiusure di plastica
La Divisione Plastica di Bormioli Rocco e Figlio (Castelguelfo di Fontevivo, PR) ha messo a punto la chiusura New Safe Cap destinata al mercato delle acque piatte e gasate, confezionate in bottiglie di vetro con imboccatura prefilettata. Garantisce ottimi valori di tenuta alla CO2 e un’elevata proprietà barriera agli agenti esterni, permettendo così di mantenere inalterate le caratteristiche dell’acqua. La New Safe Cap può essere prodotta indifferentemente nella versione trasparente o colorata e, grazie alla superficie di testa liscia, è facilmente decorabile in serigrafia.
X-Sure Cap è invece una chiusura child-resistant/tamper evident, destinata ai settori chimico, pulizia della casa, detergenza, ecc. La capsula X-Sure, oltre a proteggere la confezione da manipolazioni da parte di bambini, garantisce l’integrità del contenitore e ne agevola, al tempo stesso, l’apertura.

Bormioli Rocco & Figlio Plastics Division (Castelguelfo di Fontevivo, PR) presents the New Safe Cap is closure, destined for the flat and sparkling water market, packed in glass bottles with prethreaded mouth. It guarantees excellent CO2 tightness values and a high barrier property against external agents, thus allowing one to keep the characteristics of the water unaltered. The New Safe Cap can be produced both in the transparent or colored version and, thanks to the smooth head surface, is easily screen-printable.
X-Sure Cap is a childproof/tamper-evident closure, designed for the following sectors: chemical, homecare, detergency. The X-Sure capsule, as well as protecting the pack from manipulation by children, guarantees the integrity of the container and at the same time making the container easier to open.

1003 Film in bobine e fogli
Cartimpacco è specializzata nella trasformazione di film flessibile in bobine e in vari tipi di fogli per l’imballaggio. Opera da anni nel settore dei grossisti cartacei specializzati, al servizio dei rivenditori della piccola e grande distribuzione per film di PP trasparente idoneo al confezionamento di prodotti alimentari. Cartimpacco trasforma, da bobine di film coestrusi e bilaccati con spessori fino a 40 micron, formati per uso alimentare 18x25 e 25x37, commercializzati in scatole americane da 10 kg e dispenser da 2,5 kg. Inoltre, realizza dischi di cellophane e PP per hamburger, in varie grammature e varianti; fogli trasparenti di PP da 30-35 micron per cesteria e altri usi; bobinette per termosaldatura, disponibili in diversi materiali, spessori, misure e diametri. Infine, la linea di buste e sacchetti comprende versioni per prodotti alimentari e non, in cast, BOT, acrilico e coex, neutri o stampati; sacchetti a fondo quadro di PP acrilico e buste regalo metallizzate, anche con adesivo.

Film in reels and sheets
Cartimpacco is specialised in the conversion of flexible film to reels and into various types of sheets and bags for packaging. It's been operating for many years in the sector of specialised paper wholesalers serving resellers for the local and broadscale distribution of transparent PE films used to pack food products. Cartimpacco converts this film - reeled coextruded, bicoated film in thicknesses of up to 40 microns - into format for food use (18x25 and 25x37) sold in 10 kg American boxes and 2.5 kg dispensers. As well as that they create cellophane and PP disks for hamburgers, in various basic weights and variants; transparent 30-35 micron PP transparent films for baskets and other uses; small reels for heatsealing, with materials, thicknesses, measures and diameters on demand. Finally, the line of bags includes versions for food products and other uses, in cast, BOT, acrylic or coex, neutral or printed; square-based bags in PP acrylic and metalised bags for gifts, also with adhesive.

Flexongraf specialises in the design and manufacture of labels for the most diverse sectors and uses, ensuring a personalised and prompt service at every stage, from graphic creation to production.
The range of the Cornaredo (MI) company includes rolls of adhesive labels for printers and weighing machines, weight-price, anti-counterfeiting labels and images for industrial use, labels for wrapping and packaging, black and colored TTR tapes for heat transfer, plasticised labels for protection from external agents, quadrichrome printing and in up to six colors, water-based inks and printing with UV-based ink.
