1041 Confezioni a fondo quadro
Le confezioni con fondo quadro tradizionale - ottenuto con il fondo del sacchetto tagliato, piegato e incollato o saldato - sono in uso da decenni. Con le macchine a tubo formatore verticale il fondo quadro viene invece ottenuto tramite un soffietto sul fondo e la piegatura della saldatura.
La novità presentata come GBB – Guerzè Bottom Bag (Fondo Quadro Guerzè) - si basa su un’idea che utilizza un sistema a stella per formare il sacchetto, e lo completa con una stazione di riempimento e chiusura che realizza il vero fondo quadro. La GBB forma il sacchetto, che ha il fondo piegato e non saldato, con due saldature sulle pareti laterali e, dopo il riempimento, sulla parte superiore.
Sono disponibili due modelli: GBB-50, fino a 50 confezioni/min, da 1.000 a 5.000 ml di capacità; GBB-100, fino a 100 confezioni/min, da 500 a 2.000 ml di capacità.

Square-bottom packs
Conventional square-bottom packs - using a cut base that's folded and glued or sealed - have been around for decades. Using vertical tube forming machines, the square base is obtained by a gusset in the base and folding of the seal.
The novelty presented as the GBB – Guerzè Bottom Bag - is based on an idea that uses a star system to form the bag and then completes this with a fill-and-seal station to get the real square bottom. The GBB forms the bag (with a folded, but not sealed base) thanks to two seals along the side walls and then another seal on the top after filling.
There are two models: GBB-50, up to 50 packs/min, with 1,000 - 5,000 ml capacity; GBB-100, up to 100 packs/min, with 500 - 2,000 ml capacity.

Accanto alle confezionatrici a campana Dibipack Evolution, Italdibipack introduce sul mercato le confezionatrici angolari a tunnel Espert, le termoretraibili automatiche Mec-Pack, i fasciapallet Ecospir, insieme a nuove soluzioni nel campo dell’avvolgimento robotizzato con la serie Robospir e con le imbustatrici automatiche per riviste Speed Bag. Modello di punta della linea Dibipack Evolution è la confezionatrice 4255 SA EV, con gestione automatica del tempo di saldatura. Cinque programmi di controllo ne semplificano l’utilizzo e ne ottimizzano il ciclo di produzione. Il nastrino di evacuazione accelera la fuoriuscita del prodotto confezionato e la campana si apre con facilità mediante una molla a gas. Nel termoretraibile automatico, si segnala inoltre la nuova Mec-Pack STD EV. Totalmente carenata, la sua regolazione, programmabile e pre-impostabile, avviene interamente tramite PLC.

Packaging solutions
As well as the bell packing machines belonging to the Dibipack Evolution, Italdibipack also introduces on the market: the angular Espert tunnel packing machines, the automatic Mec-Pack heat-shrink machines, the Ecospir pallet wrapper. Plus new solutions in the field of robotic wrapping with the Robospir series and the automatic Speed Bag magazine wrapping machines. The top of the Dibipack Evolution range is the 4255 SA EV packing machine, with automatic control of the sealing time. Five control programs make it easier to use and optimise the production cycle. The delivery belt accelerates the expulsion of the packed product and the bell opens easily thanks to a gas spring. As for automatic heat-shrinking, there's the new Mec-Pack STD EV. Totally protected, it's 100% PLC controlled, programmable and presettable.

Longo è specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di macchine per l'iniezione poliuretanica.
La sua produzione si articola nelle seguenti linee: Fastjet - impianti di iniezione ad alta pressione per coibentazione, isolamento, riempimento, con portate da 10, 20, 30 kg/min. e pressioni continue da 90-180 bar; Fastpack - impianti per imballaggio e schiuma poliuretanica. Machines for polyeurethane injection
Longo is specialised in the design and the creation of machines for polyeurethane injection.
Its output is divided into the following lines: Fastjet - high pressure injection systems for insulation, filling with a capacity of from 10, 20, 30 kg/min and continuous pressure from 90-180 bar; Fastpac - systems for packaging and polyeurethane foam.
Made up of the models P412 - manual dosage, with selfcleaning mixing chamber - S60 and S100, semiautomatic systems for the production of bags containing expanding foam for protecting objects, with selfcleaning mixing chamber; Fastpack Foams - Fastpack 60521 lines of polyeurethane foam for packaging, expanded using water or C02 (no CFC), available in different densities (from 5 to 8 kg/m3) depending on the packaging needs.

1044 Linea di trasporto e accumulo
La linea “chiavi in mano” di trasporto e accumulo, studiata da Magnoni per la movimentazione di pani di lievito confezionati, è costituita da trasportatori a tapparelle e nastri modulari di collegamento a quattro incartatrici. Inoltre, l’impianto è dotato di smistatore automatico, studiato per alimentare tre avvolgitrici e una linea wrap-around. La produzione totale sulle quattro linee è pari a 320 cpm. L’impianto, costruito secondo le normative CE, è fornito di impiantistica elettrica ed è gestito con logica programmabile a mezzo PLC. Grazie alla scelta dei materiali impiegati e alla semplicità delle operazioni di pulizia e di manutenzione necessarie, questa linea di trasporto e accumulo è in grado di soddisfare i requisiti di igiene richiesti in particolar modo dal settore alimentare.

Transportation and accumulation line
The turnkey transport and accumulation line devised by Magnoni for handling packed squares of yeast, is made up of a shutter-type conveyor and modular connecting belt to four wrapper. As well as that the system is fitted with an automatic shifting device, devised to feed three wrapping machines and a wrap-around line. The total output on the four lines stand at 320 cpm.
The systems, built in accordance with EC standards, come with fully electric circuitry and are run via PLC programmable logic. Thanks to the choice of the material used and the simplicity of cleaning and maintenance operations, this transportation and accumulation line is capable of satisfying the particular hygiene requisites demanded by the food sector.

La qualità raggiunta da questa macchina, proposta da Marking Products, è il frutto del continuo affinamento nella progettazione degli elementi chiave: sistema di applicazione, elettronica di gestione e robustezza. Si possono utilizzare etichette fino a 110 mm in larghezza per 200 mm di lunghezza e applicarle in automatico fino ad una distanza di 290 mm. I parametri di applicazione si possono impostare con precisione e facilmente dal pannello LCD, presente sulla macchina. L’elettronica di gestione è basata su microprocessore, ed è ottimizzata per cicli di stampa/applicazione efficienti e sicuri. Le informazioni stampabili possono essere di qualsiasi formato: testo, grafica o codice a barre.

Label printer
The quality achieved in this machine, proposed by Marking Products, is the fruit of continual improvement in the design of the key elements: application system, electronically control and sturdiness. Labels up to 110 mm wide by 200 mm long can be used and automatically applied up to a distance of 290 mm.
The application parameters can be programmed simply and precisely on the LCD panel which comes with the machine. The electronic control system is based on microprocessors, and is optimised for safe and efficient print/apply cycles. Any format of information can be printed, e.g. text, graphics or bar codes.

MG2 aggiunge ai propri primati quello della progettazione e costruzione del modello G250, che unisce all'alta velocità di produzione (200.000 capsule/ora) la possibilità di includere il sistema NETT, ideato per il controllo in processo del peso netto del prodotto contenuto in ogni capsula dosata sulla macchina (e fornibile anche in un secondo momento, dopo la consegna della macchina all'utilizzatore). Le caratteristiche tecniche, progettuali e costruttive, allo stato dell'arte rendondo la G250 idonea ad essere inserita in reparti produttivi farmaceutici che devono adeguarsi a norme GMP e FDA. MG2 offre queste caratteristiche di alto valore del prodotto anche nel modello Planeta disponibile nella versione Planeta 100 e Planeta: entrambe queste versioni possono essere equipaggiate del sistema NETT per il controllo in processo del peso netto del prodotto dosato in ogni capsula.

Capsule fillers
MG2 adds the design and construction of the Model G250 capsule filler to its attainments. This machine combines high production speeds (200.000 capsules/hour) with the possibility of incorporating the NETT system for in process control of the net weight of product contained in all the capsules dosed by the capsule filler (this system can be supplied even at a later date when the machine is already operational at final user's facilities).
In addition the state-of-the-art design and construction features of the G250 model enable it to be included in pharmaceutical production facilities, this in compliance with GMP and FDA Regulations.
These premium product characteristics also feature in the company’s Planeta capsule filler available in the Planeta 100 and Planeta versions: both these versions are pre-engineered to receive the NETT system for in-process control of the net weight of product contained in all the capsules dosed by the capsule filler.

1047 Sistema monorotaia
Montrac, il sistema monorotaia della Montech, si può utilizzare in camera bianca e per il trasporto antistatico. Gli shuttle (carrelli) si muovono senza urti sul trac (rotaia). Tra l'altro, questo sistema offre la possibilità di trasportare merci su più livelli, con conseguente notevole risparmio di spazio. Inoltre - in aggiunta alle postazioni di lavoro completamente automatizzate - si possono prevedere anche postazioni di lavoro manuali.
Lo shuttle a due assi ha subito un'evoluzione: è ora in grado di trasportare 34 kg invece di 17 (compreso il peso dello stesso shuttle) e le piastre di supporto hanno dimensioni di 200x550 e 300x550 mm. Il design è stato rinnovato e le parti portanti degli shuttle sono state realizzate con pressofusioni di alluminio, rendendolo più stabile. Bastano pochi gesti per girare la piastra di supporto e impiegare lo shuttle nell'altra direzione di scorrimento, assicurando così la massima flessibilità.

Monorail system
Montrac, Montech's monorail system, can be used in sterile conditions and for anti-static transportation. The shuttles (trolleys) move without jolting on the track. Among other things, this system offers the possibility of transporting goods on several levels, with a substantial saving in space. Moreover, in addition to completely automated work stations, there can also be stations for manual work.
The two-axle shuttle has undergone a revolution: it can now transport 34 kg instead of 17 (this includes the weight of the shuttle itself) and the carriage plates are 200x550 and 300x550 mm. The design has been updated and the load-bearing components are made from aluminium by press-fusion, making them more stable. It takes only a few movements to turn the support plate and send the shuttle in the other direction, thus ensuring maximum flexibility.

Wrapping machine for chocolates
Among the new features offered by Nuova Fima, we cite Sweet Magic, wrapping machine for modelled or coated chocolates, designed for all types of wraps present on the market. The new conception, completely modular, enables the machine to be completed according to the customer’s needs. Thus one can wrap up to 8 different types with the same setting at the same time, without having to intervene mechanically. Each type of wrap is created with a dedicated module, that is easily interchangeable, capable - thanks to the brushless desmodromic cams - of optimising folding during the wrap operation. Sweet Magic responds to any production needs, from flexibility due to frequent format changes to high production speeds. Finally, the machine setting can also be completed after purchase.
