645 Riempitrice di liquidi
T.R.C. propone la riempitrice TL 30: una macchina lineare alternata, gestita da azionamento Omron e PLC, per il dosaggio e riempimento di prodotti liquidi e cremosi. La macchina è equipaggiata con un sistema brevettato di dosaggio a iniezione, in cui la dosata viene regolata elettronicamente da tastiera a membrana. Questa permette anche di memorizzare i vari tipi di dosaggio, eliminando così del tutto il tradizionale sistema di cambio formato. TL 30 può essere equipaggiata con un numero di iniettori variabile da 1 a 4, direttamente installati sul basamento della macchina, per dosate da 0 a 300, da 0 a 2.000 e da 0 a 5.000 ml. Accetta flaconi con diametro variabile fra un minimo di 25 e un massimo di 100 mm, con altezze fra 20 e 250 mm, e lavora a una velocità compresa fra 2 e 30 battute/min.

Filling machines for liquids
T.R.C. announces the TL 30 filling machine: an alternating linear machine, managed by Omron and PLC activation, for the measuring and filling of liquid and semi-liquid products. The machine is equipped with a patented injection dosage system in which the dose is electronically regulated by a membrane keyboard. This also permits various types of dose to be memorised, completely eliminating the traditional format-change system. The TL 30 can be fitted with a number of injectors varying from 1 to 4, fitted directly to the bed of the machine, supplying doses from 0 to 300, from 0 to 2,000 and from 0 to 5,000 ml. It accepts bottles with diameters ranging from a minimum of 25 to a maximum of 100 mm, with heights between 20 and 250 mm, and works at a speed of between 2 and 30 injections/min.

Bizerba - wellknown supplier of check-weigh systems and tools for the food industry - has devised its WinCWS software packaging to optimize company processes in the storage and shipment sections. Simple to use, it exploits the Windows operative system, offering supplementary applications among which updated tools for analysis, running and managing the company. Thanks to the storage of the sales operations in the WinCWS databank, it is for example possible to see which products are selling best/worst in the different branches. The.factory (si legge “the dot factory”) di Dotrix è una macchina da stampa digitale ink jet, progettata per far fronte alle mutevoli caratteristiche dei mercati della stampa industriale e degli imballaggi, di quella decorativa e delle carte valori. Può gestire i supporti di stampa più difficili, come l’alluminio e il vinile, oltre ad assicurare alte velocità operative e varietà di realizzazioni (anche di stampe personalizzate), la riduzione del lead time e delle scorte. Basata sulla tecnologia brevettata Spice (Single Pass Inkjet Colour Engine) di Dotrix, The.factory è stata sottoposta con successo a un test presso Chiyoda, un'officina grafica belga specializzata nella stampa decorativa.

The.factory (read as “the dot factory”) by Dotrix is a digital ink jet printing machine designed to meet the changing nature of the industrial printing and packaging markets, of the decoration and the quality paper market. It caters for the most difficult of printing mediums, such as aluminium and vinyl, as well as guaranteeing high operating speeds and a variety of results (including personalised printing), a cut in lead times and waste levels.
Based on Dotrix's patented Spice (Single Pass Inkjet Colour Engine) technology, The.factory has been successfully tested by Chiyoda, a Belgian graphic workshop specialising in decorative printing.
