501 Spruzzatori modulari di plastica
Zeller Plastik (parte del gruppo Crown Cork & Seal) ha realizzato “aptp”, una linea modulare di spruzzatori interamente di plastica. Il beccuccio, il corpo dello spruzzatore, la pistola e il sistema di chiusura sono interscambiabili, offrendo così al cliente numerose opportunità di differenziazione.
L’azienda russa Dombitkhim, in particolare, ha scelto “aptp” per Flat, una nuova gamma di detergenti per vetri e mobili.
I due prodotti montano due beccucci diversi: il primo rende possibile applicare il prodotto con uno spruzzo o spray, mentre il secondo trasforma il liquido in schiuma durante l’applicazione.

Modular plastic trigger
Zeller Plastik (a member of the Crown Cork & Seal group) has produced “aptp”, a modular range of “all plastic trigger pumps”. The nozzle, the trigger pump body, the trigger and the tightening system are interchangeable, making it possible to offer an optimal solution to meet the needs of different customers.
In particular, the Russian company Dombitkhim has chosen “aptp” for FIat, a new range of household cleaning products for windows and furniture.
A different nozzle was chosen for each product. The first nozzle makes it possible to apply the window cleaner using a jet or spray, with the second nozzle being used for the furniture cleaner, which transforms the jet into a foam during application.

502 Contenitori di PVC flessibile
Prodotti facilmente personalizzabili e curati nei minimi dettagli. Questi, in estrema sintesi, i plus dei contenitori flessibili realizzati da Plastibell. In particolare, i contenitori da 500 ml di PVC trasparente sono lunghi 230 e larghi 95 mm circa, con foro da 9 mm di diametro, ma possono essere realizzati anche in diverse conformazioni e capacità (350÷700 ml), con tappo centrale o laterale. Adottati in genere per applicazioni di tipo professionale, vengono ultimamente richiesti anche dal commercio al minuto, che ne apprezza la forma e la maneggevolezza. Inoltre, la trasparenza permette di verificare immediatamente il quantitativo di prodotto residuo. I formati da 1000 ml (perlopiù realizzati con materiale coprente e disponibili in una vasta gamma di colori) sono in genere adottati per il confezionamento di prodotti ad alta viscosità. Sono lunghi 280 mm, larghi 110 mm circa e sono dotati di un foro di uscita da 12 mm di diametro a cui, su richiesta, viene applicata una prolunga contagocce per l’erogazione misurata del contenuto.

Flexible PVC containers
Easily personalisable product carefully designed in the minimum details. These summing things up, are the plus-points of the flexible containers made by Plastibell.
In particular, the Plastibell 500 ml transparent PVC containers are 230 mm long and 95 mm across, with a 9 mm diameter hole, but can be made in different conformations and capacities (350÷700 ml) with central or side cap. Used generally for professional applications, they are also in demand in the retail trade, where they are preferred their shape and the fact they are easy to handle. As well as that, the fact they are transparent enables one to immediately check the amount of product left.
The 1000 ml formats (mostly made using non transparent materials, available in a vast range of colors) are generally used for packaging highly viscous products. They are 280 mm long, 110 mm across and are fitted with a 12 mm diameter pour hole, to which if requested a dropper extension can be added for dosing the contents.

503 Un beccuccio per ogni prodotto
Carton Spout è specializzata nella produzione di beccucci versatori di alluminio, carta e plastica in un’ampia varietà di formati. Questi beccucci, adatti per prodotti in polvere o granuli come detergenti, zucchero, sale, riso, alimenti per l’infanzia, semolino, latte in polvere, ecc., possono essere facilmente applicati a tutti i tipi di scatole di cartone teso od ondulato. L’azienda lombarda è in grado di fornire, o anche offrire in leasing, la macchina inseritrice “Neverstop”, che può essere integrata in linee di riempimento già esistenti. I beccucci sono disponibili in bobine, alimentate in continuo nella macchina, dotata anche di un meccanismo brevettato per la realizzazione del beccuccio che consente di eliminare i tempi morti dovuti al cambio delle bobine.

A spout for each product
Carton Spout is specialised in the production of aluminium, paper and plastic pouring spouts in a variety of forms. These products, suited for products in powder or granular form like detergents, sugar, salt, rice, babyfood, semolina, powdered milk etc. can be easily applied to all type of solid or corrugated cardboard packs. The Lombard firm can supply (or offer in leasing) the “Neverstop” inserting machines, that can be integrated in existing filling lines. The spouts are available on rolls, continuously fed into the machine, also fitted with a patented spout forming mechanism that enables the elimination of down time caused by roll change.

504 Contenitore per cosmetici
Fliptop Jar è un contenitore per cosmetici realizzato da Gibo Italia (Novate Milanese, MI) con una tecnologia di produzione assai elaborata, mediante un solo stampo con bi-iniezione.
Il vasetto ha una comoda apertura flip top a tenuta ermetica, che ha dimostrato di poter resistere a severissimi test. L’impegno progettuale si è all’inizio tradotto in un contenitore monopezzo con collo e senza vite in luogo dei consueti 4 o 5 pezzi, interamente ottenuto mediante l’utilizzo di un solo stampo e un processo di iniezione a due fasi, con l’ausilio di un sofisticato robot.
Realizzato in polipropilene, con inserti soft touch, offre la possibilità di abbinare due diversi colori e soddisfa le più severe esigenze di barriera alla luce. Ma non solo: nella versione due pezzi, la conchiglia esterna può avere anche forme diverse da quella leggermente bombata del modello standard, aumentando ulteriormente le possibilità di personalizzazione.

Container for cosmetics
Fliptop Jar is a container for cosmetics from Gibo Italia (Novate Milanese, Milan), produced using a single mould and bi-injection process.
The jar has an easy flip-top opening with a hermetic seal, which has passed some extremely stringent tests.
The design is that of a single-piece container with a neck without screw instead of the more common 4 or 5 pieces, obtained thanks to a single mould and a two-stage injection process with the aid of a sophisticated robot.
Made from polypropylene with soft touch inserts, the jar can thus be produced in two different colours and satisfies the most demanding light barrier requirements.
And that's not all: in the two-piece version, the outer shell can be given a different shape to the slightly rounded standard model, offering more scope for personalising.

Ideale per la soluzione di problemi logistici e di movimentazione di grandi quantità di merci (capacità reale 570 l), il Cargopallet 600 plus con travette proposto da Martini Alfredo è facilmente ribaltabile. Stampato a iniezione in resine poliolefiniche, questo prodotto ha un’ottima resistenza alle deformazioni e agli attacchi di acidi, alcali o altri solventi. In più, come tutti gli altri contenitori della famiglia Cargopallet, il modello 600 plus può contenere alimenti ed essere stoccato all’aperto.

Sleever International compie un ulteriore passo in avanti grazie a Colortech, un campionario completo delle tante e stimolanti possibili combinazioni di colori, verniciature ed effetti particolari messi a punto dall’azienda francese.
Colortech è uno strumento efficace che permette ai produttori di packaging, ai responsabili del marketing e ai creativi di vedere e toccare con mano, in anteprima, quale possa essere l’effetto, sulle diverse confezioni, dell’etichetta termoretraibile da loro scelta. Il ventaglio delle possibilità è articolato su tre variabili (colori, vernici, effetti): il cliente è invitato, innanzitutto, a indicare la colorazione più accattivante fra i diversi tipi di bianco, di tinte di base, fosforescenti, argentate e dorate; vi è quindi un’ampia gamma di vernici iridescenti, opalescenti, dicromiche e multicromiche; la terza opzione è rappresentata dagli effetti termocromici (con la colorazione che varia secondo la temperatura) e olfattivi (le vernici profumano di lavanda, rosa, menta, arancia o cioccolato).

Series of samples for the sleeves
Sleever International is taking a further step forward thanks to Colortech, a complete series of samples of the many possible stimulating combinations of colors, lacquers and special effects devised by the French company. Colortech is an effective tool that enables the packaging producers, marketing heads and designers to actually preview the effects on the various packs of the heatshrink label chosen by them.
The array of possibilities is set out in three variables (colors, lacquers, effects): the customer is aboveall invited, to indicate the color that has the most appeal among the different types of white, basic hues, phosphorescent, silvery and gilded colors; there is hence a broad range of iridescent, opalescent, dichrome and multichrome lacquers: the third option is represented by the thermochromic (with coloring that varies according to temperature) and olfactive (lavender, rose, mint, orange or chocolate-scented lacquers) effects.

507 Pallet di plastica
Il pallet 1140 di Nordcontenitori, ultima versione del pallet modulare di PET riciclato estruso, è lo strumento ideale per i trasporti internazionali in container da 20" e 40". In relazione alla recente normativa cinese che impone il trattamento di fumigazione per tutti gli imballaggi di legno provenienti dall’Europa, la scelta di sostituire il pallet di legno con uno di plastica dal prezzo contenuto, potrebbe essere la soluzione migliore per evitare problemi burocratici e ritardi nello svolgimento delle attività commerciali.
A differenza dei pallet di plastica tradizionali, i bancali modulari di Nordcontenitori non sono realizzati con la tecnica dello stampaggio ad iniezione ma, come le palette di legno, sono costituiti da profilati a sezione rettangolare assemblati tra loro e ottenuti mediante un processo di estrusione che utilizza il PET riciclato. Proprio il procedimento dell’estrusione ottimizza le proprietà del PET, garantendo così al pallet un’elevata resistenza meccanica.
Grazie ai singoli profilati di PET, infine, è possibile realizzare pallet di dimensioni standard oppure su misura, della portata richiesta dal cliente.

Plastic pallets
Pallet 1140 made by Nordcontenitori, the latest version of a modular pallet made out of extruded recycled PET, is the ideal tool for the international transportation in 20” to 40” containers. In relation to the recent Chinese standard that lays down the fumigating of all wood packaging from Europe, the choice of substituting wood pallets with limited prices plastic ones, could be the best solution in order to avoid bureaucratic problems and delays in commercial procedures.
As against the traditional plastic pallets, Nordcontenitori’s modular pallets are not injection moulded but, like the wood pallets, are made up of rectangular section profiles assembled together and obtained by way of an extrusion process that uses recycled PET.
It is the extrusion process in itself that optimizes the properties of the PET, thus guaranteeing a pallet of high mechanical resistance.
Thanks to the singale PET profiles, in fact, standard size or custom sized pallets can be made, with the loadbearing demanded by the customer.
