La divisione Compotec (tubi flessibili compositi per l’industria chimica e petrolchimica), del gruppo Matec, ha messo a punto una nuova generazione di tubi realizzati con materie plastiche rinforzate per rispondere alle esigenze di trasporto fluidi (temperature estreme, sostanze aggressive, pressioni impegnative, ecc.). I tubi compositi sono realizzati avvolgendo tessuti e film di varia natura (PP, PE, PS, poliestere e PTFE) su un mandrino, bloccati tra le due spirali con un sistema brevettato. La spirale interna è d’acciaio, rivestita di PP coestruso ad alto spessore; quella esterna può essere d’acciaio zincato o inox, a seconda delle esigenze. Per applicazioni dove sia richiesta una totale inerzia chimica e la massima garanzia di non contaminazione, i tubi Compotec possono essere rivestiti internamente di PTFE. I tubi Compotec sono utilizzati per il riempimento fusti, su miscelatori e agitatori, per pompaggio e aspirazione ecc.
|  | Compound flexible tubes
The Compotec division (compound flexible hoses for the chemical and petrochemical industries) of the Matec Group has finalised a new generation of tubes made from strengthened plastic materials to meet various needs when conveying fluids (at extreme temperatures, with aggressive substances, at difficult pressure levels, etc.).
These compound flexible hoses are obtained by wrapping several types of fabric and film (PP, PE, PS, polyester and PTFE) around a core, blocked between the two coils with a patented system.
The internal coil is made from steel lined with thick coextruded PP; the outer coil can be made from galvanised steel or stainless steel, to suit requirements. Where total chemical inertia and max guarantees of non contamination are required, the Compotec tubes can be lined inside with PTFE.
Compotec tubes are used to fill drums, on mixing and stirring plant, for pumping and suction systems, etc.

La Fratelli Rossi di Polesine Parmense opera dal 1959 nel settore della lavorazione delle materie plastiche e si è andata specializzando soprattutto nello stampaggio, con un’attenzione particolare alle problematiche ambientali. La sua gamma di prodotti è costituita da un grande numero di linee di contenitori per ortofrutta, latticini, alimenti in genere, mercati ittici e supermercati e comprende, accanto alle cassette e ai plateaux, anche cesti e secchi, mastelli e copridamigiane. I vari articoli, forniti del colore desiderato, sono realizzati per la maggior parte in polietilene ad alta densità, in una varietà di forme, dimensioni e configurazioni.

Fratelli Rossi of Polesine Parmense has been operating since 1959 in the sector of plastic processing, specialising in moulding in particular, paying special attention to problems connected to the environment. Its product range consists of a large number of lines of containers for fresh produce, dairy products, general food products, fish and supermarkets. In addition to the obvious crates and plateaux, the company also produces baskets and buckets, tubs and demijohn covers. The various items, supplied in the required colour, are mostly made from high density polythene, in a wide range of shapes, sizes and configurations.

Attiva a livello internazionale nel settore delle bustine monodose termosaldate, BTP risolve i problemi di confezionamento di prodotti liquidi, cremosi e pastosi per l’industria cosmetica e chimica, assicurando la massima igiene e sicurezza.
BTP, specializzata fra l’altro nella produzione di bustine sagomate, ha allestito al proprio interno anche un reparto per la stampa, fino a 4 colori, anche su disegno del committente. Le bustine monodose, singole o appaiate, possono essere realizzate in materiali diversi, anche per due prodotti, in più formati e con differenti capacità: dal tipo da 5x7 cm, che contiene fino a 3 ml, fino a quello da 13x17 cm, con capacità di 120 ml. Di recente, l’azienda bergamasca ha inaugurato una nuova linea di prodotti ecologici, realizzati con carte riciclate.

Operating on the international market for heatsealed single-dose sachets, BTP can resolve all the problems involved in packaging liquid, creamy and pasty products for the cosmetics and chemicals industries, guaranteeing max hygiene and safety.
BTP, specialised in the production of profiled sachets among other things, has set up its own inhouse department for up to 4 color printing, also to customer design. The single-dose sachets, individual or in pairs, can be made from various types of material, also suitable for two different products, with various formats and capacity: from the 5x7 cm containing up to 3 ml, to the 13x17 cm format that holds 120 ml. This Bergamo-based company has recently inaugurated a new line of ecological products made from recycled paper.

MI-GO progetta e realizza imballaggi dalle forme creative per il settore cosmetico e farmaceutico utilizzando software di modellazione tridimensionale. L’azienda si avvale di impianti computerizzati di estrusione e iniezione in grado di realizzare contenitori e chiusure anche di notevole difficoltà tecnica in diversi materiali (PET, PETG, Barex, tecnopolimeri, PVC, PP, PE sia ad alta che bassa densità). Le decorazioni in serigrafia sono realizzate sia con tecnologie tradizionali che con raggi UV, con la possibilità di ottenere fino a sei colori in linea. Tra le nuove realizzazioni figurano i flaconi di PE della serie “Bella”, disponibili nei formati da 200, 250 e 500 ml. I contenitori della linea Bella sono indicati per prodotti cosmetici quali bagno schiuma, shampoo, ecc.
| | Flacons for cosmetics and pharmaceutical products
MI-GO designs and manufactures creatively-shaped packaging for the cosmetics and pharmaceuticals sector using three dimensional modelling software. The company uses computerised extrusion and injection systems capable of making containers and closures, even of some difficulty, in different materials (PET, PETG, Barex, technopolymers PVC, PP, PE in both high and low density). The silk-screened decorations are made using traditional techniques as well as with UV rays, enabling obtainment of up to six colors in line. Among the new proposals one has PE flacons of the “Bella” series, available in the 200, 250 and 500 ml formats. The containers of the Bella line are suited for cosmetic products such as bubble baths, shampoos, etc.

Swirl della Tecnicoll è un monoblocco per il riempimento a caldo di prodotti cosmetici in grado di dosare contemporaneamente, mantenendoli separati tra loro, due o tre colori in flaconcini trasparenti o fondelli metallici. L’impostazione dei parametri di dosaggio (combinazione di due o tre colori) avviene tramite consolle a bordo macchina. Swirl, con funzioni gestite da PLC, è dotato di tavola rotante a 8 stazioni, è molto versatile e può dosare: da temperatura ambiente fino a 200 °C, con precisione +/- 1 °C; in vasetti/flaconi di diametro max di 67 mm e altezza max di 100 mm, con alimentazione di carico/scarico manuale (ideale per fondi tinta, mascara, lucida labbra, gel colorati); in fondelli metallici di diametro max di 67 mm, con alimentatore di carico a vibrazione e scarico automatico (ideale per fondi tinta solidi, lucida labbra, cere colorate). Il cambio di tipologia di contenitore o bottiglietta da riempire avviene in pochi minuti, con componenti di serie della macchina.

Swirl by Tecnicoll is a monobloc for the hot filling of cosmetic products that is also capable of dosing two or three colors in transparent bottles or metal bases at the same time while keeping them separate from each other. The setting of the dosing parameters (combinations of two or three colors) is by way of a consol on board machine. Swirl, with PLC run functions, has an 8 station turntable, is very versatile and can dose from ambient temperatures up to 200°C with a precision of +/- 1°C; in jars/bottles of a max diameter of 67 mm and a max height of 100 mm, with manual load/unload feed (ideal for foundation cream, mascara, lip varnish and colored gels). The change in type of container or bottle to be filled takes just a few minutes, involving standard machine components.
