Label Fly e Technoprint Label Fly, ultimi nati in casa Tradex, vanno ad ampliare una gamma di applicatori composta da modelli veloci, precisi e versatili, in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza di etichettatura industriale. Caratterizzati dalla stessa robustezza, affidabilità e sicurezza per l'operatore, questi due applicatori sono stati progettati per etichettare prodotti in movimento da sopra, di lato e da sotto, assorbono solo 30 W di potenza e sono estremamente silenziosi (46 dBA di rumorosità). Label Fly è adattabile a diversi modelli di stampanti, mentre Technoprint Label Fly utilizza un motore di stampa Datamax, della serie PE o della serie A. Label Fly, che raggiunge una velocità di stampa di 7.000 etichette/h, ha dimensioni più contenute: 300 mm di altezza, 450 di lunghezza e 420 di larghezza, contro, rispettivamente, i 620x560x400 di Technoprint Label Fly, che funziona a una velocità di 5.000 etichette/h.
Entrambi i modelli lavorano con etichette da 50 a 250 mm di lunghezza e da 25 a 104 mm di larghezza.

Applicators
Label Fly and Technoprint Label Fly, the latest Tradex creations, have gone to extend the range of applicators made up of speedy, precise and versatile models, capable of satisfying any industrial labeling need. Featuring the same sturdiness, reliability and safety for the operator, these two applicators have been designed for labeling products on the move from above, from the side and below, they only absorb 30 W of power and are extremely low noise (46 dBA noise). Label Fly can be adapted to the different printer models, while Technoprint Label Fly uses a Datamax print motor of the PE or the A series. Label Fly, that reaches a print speed of 7,000 labels/h, has more limited dimensions: 300 mm in height, 450 mm long and 420 mm across, against the 620x560x400 of Technoprint Label Fly, that functions at a speed of 5,000 labels/h.
Both models work with labels from 50 to 250 mm long and 25 to 104 mm wide.

La testa etichettatrice Rally, messa a punto da Nima Erre.Ti Packaging e testata già da diversi anni sul mercato, è di struttura compatta e può essere agevolmente inserita su qualsiasi confezionatrice o direttamente in linea, grazie alla propria base di sostegno.
In particolare, la testa etichettatrice Rally LS 100-200 può applicare etichette su prodotti a sezione tonda, ellittica (fronte e retro), su astucci e sigilli di garanzia su prodotti testa e fondo. La macchina T1T Rally LS100-200 è in grado di etichettare flaconi tondi da 18 a 250 mm di diametro, con produzioni fino a 18.000 p/h, e può alimentare prodotti in linea o fuori linea con carico manuale. FR2T Rally LS 100-200 applica etichette fronte e retro su prodotti rettangolari (piatti), ellittici, tondi, con produzione fino a 8000 p/h. L’azienda di Paderno Dugnano (MI) propone infine sistemi di bollinatura per il settore farmaceutico, con unità di tracciabilità.

Labeling heads
The Rally labeling head, devised by Nima Erre.Ti Packaging and already tested for some years now on the market, has a compact structure and can be easily inserted on any packaging machine or directly in line, thanks to its own base support.
In particular, the labeling head Rally LS 100-200 can apply labels on products with a round, elliptical cross-section (front and back), on cases and guarantee seals on products on the head and base. The T1T Rally LS100-200 machine is capable of labeling round bottles with 18 to 250 mm in diameter, with an output of up to 18,000 p/h, and can feed products in line or out of line with manual loading.
FR2T Rally LS 100-200 applies labels front and back on rectangular (flat), elliptical and round products at an output of up to 8000 p/h.
The Paderno Dugnano (Milan) based concern also offers stamping systems for the pharmaceutical sector, with traceability units.

443 Marcatura e codifica
Nimax soddisfa le varie esigenze di marcatura con una gamma completa di codificatori a getto d’inchiostro e laser, personalizzando le applicazioni tramite accessori hardware, software e dispositivi elettronici.
Per la codifica a getto d’inchiostro nell’industria alimentare e delle bevande, l’azienda bolognese propone la “Serie A” di Domino, semplice da utilizzare e con una ricca offerta di soluzioni mirate. Ad esempio, per lavorare in condizioni di umidità, alte temperature, presenza di polvere e getti d’acqua, sono disponibili il modello A300 (IP 65) e la versione SE (IP 66); la Serie A Foodgrade è ideale ove siano richiesti elevati standard igienici e il codificatore Serie A XS è la soluzione per linee d’imbottigliamento ad alta velocità (fino a 120.000 lattine/h).
Per la codifica laser Nimax offre il modello DDC3 (nella versione standard) e DDC3L per applicazioni su etichettatrici. Software WYSIWYG e funzioni impostabili da tastiera rendono semplice la programmazione dei messaggi di stampa.

Marking and coding
Nimax meets the varied needs for marking with a complete range of inkjet and laser coding machines, customising the applications with accessories such as hardware, software and electronic devices.
For inkjet coding in the food and drinks industry, the Bologna company offers the Domino ‘Series A’, simple to use and with a large range of targeted solutions. For example, for working in damp, dusty or wet conditions, or at high temperatures, the model A300 (IP 65) and SE (IP 66) version are available; the Serie A Foodgrade is ideal where high standards of hygiene are required, and the Serie A XS coding machine is the solution for high speed filling lines (up to 120,000 cans per hour).
For laser coding, Nimax offers models DDC3 (the standard version) and DDC3L for applications involving labeling machines.
WYSIWYG software and functions which can be set by keyboard make the programming of printing messages simple.

444 Etichettatrici adesive automatiche
Tra le soluzioni di etichettatura per piccole e medie produzioni proposte da Meb Labelling (S. Martino in Rio, RE), figura l’etichettatrice adesiva automatica di tipo lineare ADL/10-GL per contenitori cilindrici e, a richiesta, conici o quadrati.
Con un passaggio carta di 140 mm e una larghezza massima di etichette di 350 mm, la macchina monta fino a tre stazioni di etichettatura e applica etichette di corpo, retroetichette e bollini a una velocità massima di 2500 b/h. Di tipo rotativo è invece il modello Star AD, adatto a qualsiasi formato (contenitori cilindrici fino a 120 mm di diametro). Una delle cinque stazioni di etichettatura di cui è dotata la macchina può essere predisposta per l’applicazione di etichette sul tappo delle bottiglie.
La produzione può toccare i 12000 b/h, con un passaggio carta di 145 mm e larghezza massima di 190 mm.

Automatic adhesive labeling machines
Among the labeling solutions for small and medium size production runs from Meb Labelling (S. Martino in Rio, RE), is the ADL/10-GL linear automatic adhesive labeling machine for cylindrical containers and, on request, conical and cuboid.
With a paper size of 140 mm and maximum label width of 350 mm, the machine handles up to three labeling stations and applies body, reverse and stamp labels at a maximum speed of 2500 bottles per hour.
The Star AD model, on the other hand, is of the rotary type, and is suitable for any format (cylindrical containers up to 120 mm in diameter).
One of the machine’s five labeling stations can be used for the application of labels to bottle caps. Production can reach 12,000 bottles per hour, with a paper size of 145 mm and a maximum width of 190 mm.
