422 Sistemi meccanici per trasportatori
Tra le recenti realizzazioni nell’ambito delle tecnologie di trasporto presentate al Simei da Rexnord Marbett (Correggio, RE) segnaliamo il sistema PAD SyncrocableTM (Pneumatic Adjusting Device). Concepito sia per trasportatori ad aria di bottiglie in PET sia per trasportatori a catene e a nastro per contenitori di diversi formati, SyncrocableTM è un sistema meccanico brevettato che assicura un movimento continuo e sincrono delle unità, così da ottenere una regolazione costante delle guide laterali lungo tutto il trasportatore.
La nuova serie MCC 66 di catene in acciaio inossidabile è ideale per linee di imbottigliamento vetro a elevate velocità e sistemi di trasporto di casse di plastica per vuoti a rendere. Queste catene, inoltre, risultano resistenti all’usura grazie a un innovativo materiale del perno. Infine, si segnalano i componenti per trasportatori - quali morsetti, supporti, basi e giunti - di acciaio inossidabile, ideali per aziende alimentari e lattiero-casearie.

Mechanical systems for conveyors
Notable among recent products in the field of conveyor technology presented at Simei by Rexnord Marbett (Correggio, RE) is the PAD SyncrocableTM (Pneumatic Adjusting Device) system. Designed both for air conveyors for PET bottles and for chain and belt conveyors for various container formats, the SyncrocableTM is a patented mechanical system which ensures continuous and synchronised movement of the units, thus obtaining constant adjustment of the lateral guides along the whole conveyor. The new MCC 66 series of conveyor with stainless steel chain is ideal for high speed lines for glass bottles and transport systems for returnable plastic crates. These chains are also resistant to wear, thanks to an innovative pivot material. Finally, there are the components for conveyors – such as clamps, supports, bases and joints – in stainless steel, ideal for food and dairy products companies.

423 Avvolgitrice ad anello rotante
Pieri Srl fornisce da oltre trent’anni macchine e sistemi per l’avvolgimento e la movimentazione di carichi palettizzati. Modello di punta dell’azienda di Pievesestina di Cesena (FC) è l’avvolgitrice automatica ad anello rotante AVR 400-TS, che è dotata di componenti elettronici moderni in grado di ottimizzare la trasmissione del moto e le prestazioni del carrello di prestiro e della pinza aggancio film. Il gruppo pinza “EcoMatrix”, coperto da brevetto, assicura la chiusura automatizzata del ciclo di avvolgimento, eliminando il ricorso a dispositivi saldanti, con la massima garanzia di tenuta del lembo finale del film.
Pieri ha inoltre sviluppato “AutoMatrix”, un nuovo dispositivo di cambio bobina automatico per macchine avvolgitrici ad anello rotante, grazie al quale è possibile cambiare automaticamente la bobina di film estensibile, prelevando quella nuova da un magazzino di deposito a tre alloggiamenti.

Rotary ring wrapping machine
For more than thirty years, Pieri Srl has been supplying machines and systems for the wrapping and handling of palletised loads. The top model from the Pievesestina di Cesena (FC) company is the AVR 400-TS automatic rotary ring wrapping machine, which is fitted with modern electronic components to optimise motion transmission and the performance of the pre-stretch carriage and the film attachment grippers. The ‘EcoMatrix’ gripper assembly, covered by patent, ensures the automated closure of the wrapping cycle, eliminating the need for welding equipment, with the maximum guarantee of sealing for the enge of the film.
Pieri has also developed the ‘AutoMatrix’, a new automatic reel change device for rotary ring wrapping machines, thanks to which it is possible to automatically change the reel of stretch film, taking the new one from a storage bay with three compartments.

424 Linee per imbottigliamento e canning
Sympak Bottling & Canning presenta Master RS 32/32/8 (nella foto), un monoblocco isobarico composto da sciacquatrice/riempitrice/tappatrice per acqua naturale e frizzante in bottiglie di PET (e predisposta per il vetro), che consente produzioni di 8.000 bottiglie/h da 1,5 l.
Altra macchina sotto i riflettori è Magic RC-RS/LV-V-A 70/12, un monoblocco a gravità con leggero vuoto, composto da riempitrice/tappatrice per vino fermo in bottiglie di vetro, per produzione di 15.000 bottiglie/h da 0,75 l. Sympak propone inoltre una linea per lattine composta da Master CAN 24/4 (monoblocco isobarico composto da riempitrice ed aggraffatrice per soft drink in lattine, produzione di 18.000 lattine/h da 0,33 l) e dalla fardellatrice continua Sym-Thermo 35 a lancio di film, da 35 pacchi/min. Sympak Bottling & Canning, lo ricordiamo, è la struttura creata all’interno del Gruppo Sympak (Milano) per offrire soluzioni complete e integrate nel campo del processo e confezionamento di bevande e generi alimentari in bottiglie, vasetti e lattine. Le macchine e gli impianti offerti da SB&C sono realizzati da due aziende del Gruppo, BC e Sima, specializzate rispettivamente nel settore delle bevande e alimentare.

Bottling and canning lines
Sympak Bottling & Canning presents its Master RS 32/32/8 (in the photograph), a counterpressure monobloc consisting of rinser/ filler/capper for still and carbonated water in PET bottles (suitable for future filling into glass containers), which reaches production levels of 8000 x 1.5 litre bottles per hour. Another machine in the spotlight is the Magic RC-RS/LV-V-A 70/12, a gravity low vacuum monobloc machine consisting of filler and capper and suitable for still wine in glass bottles, with a production capacity of 15,000 x 0.75 litre bottles per hour. Sympak also produces a line for cans consisting of the Master CAN 24/4 (a counterpressure monobloc consisting of filler and seamer for soft drinks in cans, with a production capacity of 18,000 x 0.33 litre cans per hour) and the Sym-Thermo 35 continuous shrinkwrapping machine, handling 35 packs per minute. Sympak Bottling & Canning is an entity set up within the Sympak Group (Milan) to provide complete and integrated solutions in the field of the processing and packaging of soft drinks and foodstuffs in bottles, jars and cans. The machines and equipment supplied by SB&C are manufactured by two of the Group’s companies, BC and Sima, specialising respectively in the soft drinks and food sectors.
