Cable-bearing chains, cables and tubes
Igus Srl is the Italian trade branch of Igus GmbH of Colonia, company specialised in the production of systems for cable-bearing chains for mobile laying. With a triple offer, Igus supplies a complete system of energy transport and data transmission.
The service goes from the design phase to the location of the optimum solution, up to the supply of the assembled cable-bearing chain, supplied with special separators and fixing systems, with cables and tubes laid and anchored, if required fitted with connectors and draw systems. The customer hence has dealings with one sole supplier, and receives the chain ready for installation in one single delivery.

465 Riempitrici a livello ottico
Italian Bottling Machinery propone la serie OL di riempitrici lineari e rotative a livello ottico, con tappatore lineare, per contenitori di PET e policarbonato da 3, 5 e 6 galloni. In queste macchine le valvole di riempimento non hanno alcun contatto con il contenitore e adottano un sistema in leggera pressione che garantisce un'elevata velocità operativa (10" per testa). Il livello è determinato da una sonda d'acciaio inox AISI 316 auto-portante con fibra ottica interna, che arresta l'arrivo del liquido all'altezza preimpostata, interagendo su un'elettrovalvola al raggiungimento del livello desiderato. Il dispositivo, brevettato, garantisce inoltre l'assoluta uniformità di livello fra i vari contenitori e, a differenza di altri sistemi, rileva il livello effettivo del liquido.

Optical level filling machines
Italian Bottling Machinery proposes its OL series of linear or rotary optical level filling machines, with an in-line capping device, for PET and polycarbonate 3-, 5- and 6-gallon containers. The filling valves on these machines never come into contact with the container and use a slightly pressurised system that guarantees high working speeds (10" per head). The level is determined by a self-bearing, AISI 316 stainless steel probe with internal optic fibre that stops the flow of liquid at the set height, interacting with a solenoid valve once the required level has been reached. This patented device also guarantees total uniformity of the level in each container and, unlike other systems, it also detects the effective level of the liquid.

Ideale per l’identificazione o la personalizzazione in linea del prodotto, Mid Size - realizzato dalla M.P.S. di Milano - effettua la stampa su qualsiasi superficie, anche lucida, con inchiostro indelebile che asciuga in poco tempo. Il sistema di inchiostrazione è completamente ermetico (per prevenire l’evaporazione di solventi) e, a differenza dei sistemi flessografici, non presenta le scomode vasche d’inchiostro a cielo aperto. Inoltre, non è richiesta alcuna manutenzione durante o dopo il ciclo di produzione. Mid Size fa parte di una famiglia di marcatori - che comprende anche i modelli CLP, Mini Coder e HPNP - che utilizzano cartucce “usa e getta” con inchiostro a rapida essiccazione. In questo modo l’inchiostrazione avviene per contatto a un corpo solido inchiostrante, senza alcun spreco dovuto a evaporazione o spiacevoli perdite di inchiostro.

Identification of the product in line
Perfect for the identification and personalisation of the product in line, Mid Size - by M.P.S. of Milan - device prints on any surface, including glossy finishes, with quick-drying indelible ink. The inking system is totally hermetically sealed (to prevent evaporation of the solvents) and, unlike the flexograph systems, does not have the disadvantages of reservoirs of ink open to the elements. Furthermore, no maintenance is required during or after the production cycle. Mid Size forms part of a range of marking machines – which also includes the CLP, Mini Coder and HPNP models – which use disposable ink rolls containing quick-drying ink. In this way the inking takes place through contact with a solid inking body, with no waste due to evaporation or annoying loss of ink.

PTFE and silicone coated glass fabrics
Maspe’s main products are PTFE and silicone coated glass fabrics, HMW and UHMW-HDPE, compact – foam and rigid foam polyurethane. L’entrata in vigore di più severe e precise norme per il mantenimento dell’igiene durante le fasi di produzione dei prodotti alimentari, e una sempre crescente attenzione a questo fondamentale aspetto da parte dei consumatori (e quindi anche da parte della GD), ha di conseguenza portato le aziende a pensare che confezionare il proprio prodotto in un contenitore non preventivamente igienizzato possa penalizzare fortemente la propria immagine. Le macchine in continuo realizzate da MCM della serie Apollo e Diana rappresentano - grazie alle loro molteplici configurazioni in funzione del tipo di processo e delle dimensioni - la soluzione ottimale per rispondere alle problematiche legate al mantenimento dell’igiene durante le fasi di produzione dei prodotti alimentari. Possono trattare sia vasi di vetro che contenitori di metallo di qualsiasi forma, con processi funzionanti tramite getti di vapore, acqua e aria, sia singolarmente che in combinazione tra loro. 470 Slip Torque: trasportare senza attrito
MorC 2 ha sede a Castelbolognese ed è specializzata nella fornitura di impianti e sistemi di trasporto secondo la collaudata formula “chiavi in mano”. Slip Torque è un sistema a rullini folli, che permette di veicolare e accumulare prodotti senza forza di spinta, assicurando la mancanza di attrito fra trasportatore e prodotto da movimentare, con maggiori garanzie anche dal punto di vista antinfortunistico. Così viene adottato per movimentare contenitori instabili oppure prodotti leggeri e delicati; nelle applicazioni wet wipe, invece permettono l'accumulo laddove, al momento dell'arresto, un altro tipo di trasportatore "sfoglierebbe" le salviettine (lo stesso vale nell'editoria). Nella componentistica elettronica, nel pharma e affini sono particolarmente diffusi perché preservano dalla polvere i delicati apparecchi che devono movimentare.

Slip Torque: roller system without a driving force
MorC 2 is based in Castelbolognese and has specialised in the supply of “turnkey” conveyors and systems. Slip Torque is a loose-fit roller system which allows the movement and accumulation of the product without a driving force. This feature guarantees the lack of attrition between conveyor and the product being moved, and a better performance from the point of view of safety. This is why it is used in the movement of unstable containers or light and delicate products. In the wet wipe application it permits accumulation at the moment of stopping whereas any other type of conveyor would "layer" the wipes (the same in publishing). In the manufacture of electronic components, pharma and similar the Slip Torques are particularly widespread because they protect the delicate equipment being handled from dust.

471 Freni elettromagnetici a c.a.
MT Motori Elettrici propone i freni a c.a. serie FP, con valori di coppia frenante variabili fra un minimo di 2÷8 Nm e un massimo di 53÷150 Nm, potenze da 75 a 530 VA, tempi di apertura da 20 a 60 ms e di chiusura da 4 a 15 ms. Si tratta di freni elettromagnetici a molle, funzionanti a c.a. con disco a doppia superficie frenante. Concepiti per la massima precisione di sblocco e frenatura, massima frequenza di frenatura ed elevata frequenza di avviamenti, presentano una tensione di alimentazione trifase di 230/400V-50 Hz, con collegamento simile a un motore asincrono trifase. Nel coprimorsetteria si trovano 6 morsetti M4 per poter alimentare separatamente il freno. I motori MT con questo tipo di freno vengono forniti di serie con coppia tarata su un valore pari al 70% circa della coppia massima, e con vite per lo sblocco manuale, per poter ruotare l'albero motore manualmente.

A.C. electromagnetic brakes
MT Motori Elettrici proposes its FP series of AC brakes with variable braking torque rates of between min 2÷8 Nm and max 53÷150 Nm, 75 to 530 VA power, opening times of between 20 and 60 ms and closing times from 4 to 15 ms. These are spring-loaded AC electromagnetic brakes with a double surface brake disc. Conceived for max precision in release and braking, max braking frequency and high start-up rates, they have three-phase power rating (230/400V-50 Hz) with connection like that of an asynchronous three-phase motor. The terminal board cover has 6 M4 terminals letting one power the brake separately. The MT motors with this type of brake are fitted as standard with a calibrated torque of roughly 70% circa the max torque and with a screw for manual release, in order to turn the motor shaft by hand.
