Emme Di propone una reggiatrice semiautomatica di produzione giapponese, che presenta un costo contenuto e una qualità elevata. La F20E, dalla linea leggera e compatta, si adatta facilmente a qualsiasi ambiente ed è munita di ruote per essere spostata comodamente. Inoltre è silenziosa e facile da usare: l'operatore deve semplicemente inserire il capo della reggia nell'apposita fessura, e la macchina esegue l'operazione di reggiatura oltre ad alimentare automaticamente il nastro per l'operazione successiva. La quantità di reggia necessaria viene regolata a mano, così come la tensione, che può essere variata girando il potenziometro collocato sul pannello anteriore della macchina. F20E è facile da revisionare; quando il tavolo di lavoro viene rimosso, la corrente si disinserisce automaticamente permettendo all'operatore di intervenire agevolmente e nella massima sicurezza.

Semi-automatic strapping machine
Emme Di offers a semi-automatic strapping machine manufactured in Japan, of high quality and at low cost. The F20E, light and compact, is easily adapted to any situation and is fitted with wheels for easy movement. It is also very quiet and easy to use: the operator simply inserts the end of the strap into the appropriate aperture and the machine carries out the strapping operation as well as automatically feeding in the tape for the next operation. The quantity of tape needed is adjusted by hand, as is the tension, which can be varied by turning the potentiometer located on the machine’s front panel. The F20E is easy to maintain; when the work table is removed, the power supply is automatically cut off, allowing the operator to carry out work easily and in maximum safety.

In a market evermore sensitive to the advantages of the stand-up reclosable packaging, F.P.&E - machines and systems division of Giulio Gross - is successfully offering the Spanish company Volpak’s filling system, company for which it has exclusive rights in Italy, while also representing other brands in the sector. This type of container is encountering the favour of food users (for grated cheese, sweets, sultanas, etc.), but is also popular for detergent products, where its practical and economical nature has favored usage as refills. Volpak’s machines enable the forming, filling and sealing of different types of bags, horizontally or vertically, on top of that that, to complete its range the Spanish concern also makes cartoning and casepacking machines.

Le confezioni - integrabili con erogatori, bocchelli, valvole monodirezionali e maniglie - comprendono sacchetti doppia parete e con apertura facilitata, la “lattina flessibile” Conor, sacchetti e buste ad alta impermeabilità e resistenti alle temperature elevate, sacchetti e buste per detersivi liquidi e in polvere, confezioni da 3 a 1000 litri per prodotti asettici, sacchi per prodotti industriali e pet food. Fra le macchine, l’automatica GL 90 HF, presentata all’ultimo Cibus Tec, riempie e salda buste preformate piatte o stand up, affacciate a due a due e realizzate sotto forma di nastro. Complete packaging system
For MAP and vacuum packing of food, chemical-pharmaceutical or detergent products (in granule, piece or liquid forms), the Goglio Group offers its Fres-Co brand System, made up of airtight flexible containers and automatic or semiautomatic machines. The packs - that can be integrated with dispensers, nozzles, monodirectional valves and handles - include double wall facilitated opening bags, the Conor “flexible can”, high impermeability sacks and bags that stand up to high temperatures, bags and sacks for liquid and powder detergents, 3 to 1000 litre packs for aseptic products, bags for industrial products and pet foods. Among the machines, the GL 90 HF automatic, presented at the latest Cibus Tec, fills and seals flat or stand-up preformed bags, set out two-by-two and made in belt form. Particularly suited to the packing of foods that require a heat processing up to 125 °C, it can work any type of flexible laminate and creates bags of between 250 ml and 10 kg.

Hi-Tech Industry, presente nel settore palettizzatori, pick and place, svolgitori, formatrici, sfogliavassoi, confezionamento di pennelli, ha sviluppato una linea automatica di ribobinatura estremamente semplice da utilizzare. Lavora a ciclo continuo ed è formata da una ribobinatrice e una scatolatrice, collegate da un nastro trasportatore che funziona anche da polmone. Realizza confezioni finite in rotoli di varie metrature di pellicola, alluminio, carta e altro materiale per usi alimentari e non, con velocità massima di 2.000 rotoli/h. La scatolatrice inserisce le bobine - che hanno metrature variabili da 3 a 50 m - nella scatola preformata, prelevata dal magazzino di carico e aperta da un dispositivo pneumatico; la chiusura avviene con hot-melt. La ribobinatrice e la scatolatrice funzionano anche separatamente.

Re-reeling line
Hi-Tech Industry, which operates in the sectors of palletising, pick and place, turning machines, moulding machines, tray dispensers and brush packaging, has developed an automatic re-reeling line which is extremely simple to use. It operates in a continuous cycle and is made up of a re-reeling machine and a boxing machine, connected by a conveyor belt which also acts as a lung. It produces packs in rolls of various lengths from film, aluminium, paper and other materials, for use in the food and other industries, with a maximum speed of 2,000 rolls per hour. The boxing machine inserts the reels – which range from 3 m to 50 m – into pre-formed boxes, taken from the feed receptacle and opened by a pneumatic device. Closure is effected by hot-melt. The re-reeling machine and the boxing machine also function independently.

Intermec Technologies ha proposto un kit per la connessione ad una LAN mobile delle stampanti termiche per etichette di codici a barre Easy Coder, per la stampa da qualsiasi postazione. Le stampanti possono essere localizzate dove servono, e collegate senza fili alla MobileLAN 2102: nel kit vi sono le staffe di montaggio, il cavo, le istruzioni d’installazione e la descrizione delle procedure di configurazione. È stato anche ultimato MobileLAN Secure, un sistema hardware/software per la protezione delle reti mobili. Intermec presenta inoltre il palmare Serie 700, la cui RAM da 64 MB permette applicazioni aziendali, memorizzazione locale e l'uso dell'SQL Server Microsoft. Dotato di MS Windows per Pocket PC e basato su standard 802.11b, include il supporto per wide area network e collegamento Ethernet, una porta IrDA e uno scanner di codici a barre.

Wireless printers
Intermec Technologies has produced a kit for connection to a mobile LAN on heat printers for Easy Coder bar-code labels, for printing in any location. The printers can be positioned where they are required and connected without cables to the MobileLAN 2102: the kit includes mounting brackets, cable, installation instructions and a description of the configuration procedure. The company has also completed work on its MobileLAN Secure, a hardware/software system for the protection of mobile networks. Intermec also produces the palm-held Series 700, whose 64 MB RAM allows for company applications, local memorisation and the use of the SQL Microsoft Server. Fitted with MS Windows for Pocket PC and based on the standard 802.11b, it includes support for wide area network and Ethernet connection, an IrDA port and a barcode scanner. |

Lem Tapes ha messo a punto un nuovo robot avvolgibancali denominato Ego, equipaggiato con un sistema di prestiro che sfrutta al massimo il consumo di film ed è ideale per avvolgere prodotti fragili o deformabili. Facile da usare, presenta un pannello comandi chiaro e immediato, e si manovra con semplicità sia per la posizione ergonomica del quadro sia per la logica delle sequenze operative. Ego presenta un microprocessore di ultima generazione oltre a una serie di dispositivi che ne aumentano la sicurezza. Fra questi figurano la lettura dell'altezza del pallet con fotocellula, il dispositivo di lettura dei prodotti riflettenti, il sistema di emergenza per arresto rapido, la ruota tastatrice per seguire il profilo dei vari tipi di pallet. Predisposto per essere sollevato e trasportato con muletto, richiede minimi interventi di manutenzione, anche grazie al facile accesso del vano per l'alloggiamento delle batterie.

Pallet wraparound robot
Lem Tapes has developed a new pallet wraparound robot called the Ego, fitted with a pre-stretch system that fully exploits film consumption and is ideal for wrapping fragile or easily alterable products. Simple to use, it has a clear, immediately understandable control panel and is easy to manoeuvre thanks to the ergonomic position of the panel and the logic of the operating sequences. The Ego has a new generation microprocessor, as well as a series of devices that improve its safety. These include detection of the height of the pallet using a photoelectric cell, a reading device for reflecting products, an emergency system for immediate stopping and a tracing wheel that follows the outline of the various pallet types. Suitable for lifting and transport on a fork-lift truck, the Ego requires minimal maintenance, thanks also to the easy access to the battery compartment.

Matsushita completa la gamma delle interfacce operatore MMI Line con MMI-HP. Configurato con WinBuilder, il terminale supporta differenti protocolli di comunicazione con PC, apparecchiature dedicate e dispositivi quali PLC, termoregolatori e azionamenti per motori. Gestisce diverse sezioni dell’impianto, sia a distanza (utile in condizioni d’inquinamento ambientale), sia attraverso la connessione volante del pannello a macchine multistazione, linee produttive distribuite e applicazioni su mezzi semoventi, se già cablate. MMI-HP è dotato di gancio calamitato per il fissaggio e display a cristalli liquidi, monocromatico, con risoluzione di 64x128 pixel (8 righe per 21 caratteri). La tastiera ha 8 tasti funzione programmabili, 21 tasti di sistema e 2 led di segnalazione. Da segnalare, infine, i pulsanti di presenza operatore e d’emergenza con doppio contatto, a norma EN/IEC 418.

Palm-held operator terminal
Matsushita completes its range of MMI Line operator interfaces with the MMI-HP. Configured with WinBuilder, the terminal supports various communication protocols with PCs, dedicated equipment and devices such as PLCs, heat regulators and motor activators. It manages various parts of the equipment, both at a distance (useful in conditions of environmental pollution) and by the flying panel connection of multi-station machines, distributive production lines and applications on self-propelled vehicles, if already cabled. MMI-HP is fitted with a magnetic mounting attachment and a monochrome liquid crystal display with a resolution of 64x128 pixels (8 lines of 21 characters). The keypad has 8 programmable function keys, 21 systems keys and 2 LED indicators. Also worthy of note are the operator present and emergency buttons with double contacts, in line with regulation EN/IEC 418.

Il sistema di riempimento e chiusura tubetti MTL, proposto da Nima Erre.Ti, è caratterizzato da un innovativo sistema di alimentazione tubetti e un cambio formato tramite sistema elettronico. Il magazzino è di grande capacità, i tubetti vengono traslati in linea ed escono in posizione orizzontale. MTL ha una costruzione modulare, con telaio in acciaio inox, è estremamente accessibile per le operazioni di manutenzione e può essere sottoposta a lavaggi con getti d’acqua. I tubetti possono avere un diametro variante da un minimo di 10 a un massimo di 60 mm e altezza compresa tra 50 e 250 mm. La macchina, disponibile nella versione a doppia testata (polietilene e alluminio), lavora ad una velocità di 100-500 pz/min.

Tubefilling machine
The MTL tubefilling and closing system proposed by Nima Erre.Ti features an innovatory tube feeding system and an electronic system for format change. Features include a high capacity magazine; the tubes are transported in line and are fed out horizontally. MTL has a modular construction with a stainless steel frame, it is extremely accessible for maintenance operations and can be washed with jets of water. The tubes are of a diameter that go from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 60 mm and a height between 50 and 250 mm. The machine, available in the double headed version (polyethylene and aluminium), also works at speeds of 100-500 pcs/min.

445 Tavole rotanti
Fra le tavole rotanti della Robopac si segnalano le Rotoplat 405/FS Freezer per basse temperature (sino a -30 °C) e Rotoplat 405/FS AA per ambienti aggressivi, che si distinguono dai modelli di base per la carpenteria metallica, il trattamento superficiale anticorrosione e la verniciatura con polveri epossiviniliche/epossidiche. Inoltre pignoni, catene, alberi di trasmissione e bulloneria sono d'acciaio inox e la cassetta elettrica presenta una protezione IP65. La versione Freezer è dotata di termoregolazione della temperatura e cavi elettrici ad hoc.
Le Rotoplat della linea DW si caratterizzano invece per i sistemi di bloccaggio sul piatto rotante e sul gruppo pressore, in modo da poter mantenere in posizione porte e finestre durante l'avvolgimento.
Tali dispositivi sono regolabili manualmente per adattarli alla larghezza e profondità del prodotto da avvolgere. Si può anche inserire il "kit Pluriball" per deporre uno strato ulteriore di film protettivo

Rotating tables
Outstanding among Robopac’s rotating tables is the Rotoplat 405/FS Freezer for low temperatures (down to -30 °C) and the Rotoplat 405/FS AA for hostile environments. These stand out from the basic models because of their metal construction, anti-corrosion surface treatment and paint finish with epoxyvinyl/epoxide powders. In addition, pinions, chains, transmission shafts and fixings are in stainless steel and the electrics box offers protection to IP65. The Freezer version is fitted with temperature control and dedicated wiring. The Rotoplat machines in the DW line feature stop systems on the rotating plate and the presser assembly, to hold doors and windows in position during wrapping. These devices can be manually adjusted to adapt to the width and depth of the products to be wrapped. The "Pluriball kit" can also be added to apply a further layer of protective film.
