La collaborazione di Cicrespi con Videojet significa poter fornire ai clienti soluzioni integrate per la sovrastampa dei dati variabili su imballaggi primari e componenti industriali, ma anche offrire l’opportunità di scegliere sempre il sistema più adeguato alle esigenze del cliente, grazie alla tecnologia laser.
Videojet IPro®
È una nuova generazione di stampanti ad alta tecnologia a getto d’inchiostro, a testa singola, per linee di produzione a velocità fissa o variabile. Il software è sviluppato su base Windows CE®, mentre il display a colori è sensibile al tatto per l'impostazione dati e controllo visivo del messaggio (WYSIWYG) con funzione di simulatore stampa. La modifica caratteri e linguaggi avviene direttamente da tastiera e risulta particolarmente semplice. Collegato in rete per il monitoraggio e la manutenzione stampante, Videojet IPro® è dotato di un’interfaccia standard con lettore di codici a barre per il cambio messaggio automatico. Il nuovo sistema di pulizia testa Clean Sweep® entra in funzione all’avvio della stampante e la durata dell'operazione dipende dal tempo di inattività. Il nuovo software Accudrop® per il controllo del posizionamento della goccia all’interno della matrice, garantisce inoltre una migliore traiettoria aumentando sensibilmente la qualità di stampa alle alte velocità. Caratteristiche ulteriori: altezza caratteri 1,5÷10 mm; velocità di stampa in funzione della matrice scelta; grado di protezione IP65; matrici a una riga di caratteri (SL), a due righe (TL), a due righe con caratteri di diversa matrice sovrapposti o affiancati, a tre e quattro righe; velocità di passaggio dei prodotti fino a 279 m/minuto; codici a barre e 2D.
Focus S10 - S25 - S60
Sono codificatori a raggio laser orientabile che offrono una grande affidabilità a costi contenuti.
Questi modelli sono ideali per la marcatura di prodotti fermi e in movimento.
Il funzionamento è semplice: l’unità genera un raggio laser che due specchi guidano per creare i caratteri sulla superficie da marcare.
Focus S10 - S25 - S60 generano “Font scalabili” di dimensioni con linee continue o a matrice di punti.

to laser technology.
Videojet IPro®
This is a new generation of high technology ink jet printers with a single head, for fixed and variable speed production lines.
The software has been developed based on Windows CE®, while the color display is touch-sensitive for entering data and the visual checking of the message (WYSIWYG) with print simulator function. Changing of characters and language is carried out directly from the keyboard and is extremely simple.
Connected with the network for monitoring and printer maintenance, Videojet IPro® is equipped with a standard interface with barcode reader for automatic message change.
The new Clean Sweep® head-cleaning system goes into operation at start-up and the duration of the operation depends on the length of inactive time. The new Accudrop® software for controlling the positioning of the drop within the matrix also guarantees better trajectory, significantly increasing print quality at high speeds.
Other features: character height 1.5-10 mm; print speed related to the matrix selected; level of protection IP65; matrices of one row of characters (SL), two rows (TL), two rows with characters of different matrices superimposed or side-by-side, and three and four rows; speed of finished product through the machine 279 metres/min; barcodes and 2D Snowflake.
Focus S10 - S25 - S60
Are adjustable laser coders providing great reliability at reasonable cost. They are ideal for marking products both at a standstill and moving. It functions very simply: the unit generates a laser beam guided by two mirrors to create characters on the surface to be marked. Focus S10 - S25 - S60 generate ‘Scalable fonts’ with continuous lines or dot matrix.
