119 Confezionatrice per prodotti omeopatici
La nuova generazione dei prodotti omeopatici ha portato M.G. Zeta (macchine automatiche per l’imballaggio) allo studio e alla realizzazione della FM 95 SP Homeos, una macchina riempitrice, tappatrice ed etichettatrice automatica per microgranuli in astucci monodose.
Dotata di sistemi per il controllo di presenza flacone, tappo, prodotto ed etichetta, la macchina prodotta dalla società di Rodano Millepini (MI) occupa uno spazio di appena un metro quadro, a fronte di una velocità effettiva di 2.000 pz/h. FM 95 SP Homeos, infine, può essere controllata e impiegata tramite touch screen.

Packaging machine for homeopathic products
The new generation of homeopathic products has led M.G. Zeta (automatic packaging machines) to design and manufacture the FM 95 SP Homeos, a machine which automatically fills, caps and labels single dose packets of microgranules. Equipped with a system which checks for the presence of bottle, cap, product and label, the machine, produced by the company based at Rodano Millepini (MI) occupies a space of barely 1 m2 even though it has an effective speed of 2000 pieces per hour. The FM 95 SP Homeos can be monitored and operated via a touch screen.

120 Codifica, etichettatura e tracciabilità
Markem (Assago, MI) ha presentato alcune novità per l’industria alimentare.
I codificatori laser SmartLase ora comprendono anche il modello 130 (30 W di potenza), semplice da utilizzare grazie all’interfaccia operatore QWERTY portatile e con display. I codificatori SmartLase stampano su prodotti statici o in movimento e su una vasta gamma di substrati. È inoltre, possibile variare l’orientamento della lente (da 0 a 90°), cosa che li rende semplici da installare e sicuri.
La versione 5200 dei codificatori a getto di resina termoplastica serie 5000 può operare anche con due teste di stampa e un solo pannello di controllo, (quattro per la 5400). Entrambe possono stampare in contemporanea su due lati di una scatola e sono concepite per lavorare in ambienti industriali. I sistemi 5200 e 5400 generano codifiche che mantengono la loro integrità e leggibilità a prescindere dalle caratteristiche delle superfici sulle quali è applicata la stampa.
Non va dimenticato poi il codificatore a trasferimento termico SmartDate che adotta la nuova interfaccia operatore SmartTouch, dotata di touch-screen per una facile programmazione, disegno e memorizzazione della legenda e una migliore gestione della diagnostica (nella foto).
Infine, per apporre codifiche in ambiti produttivi con macchine di confezionamento che lavorano con film a più piste (termoformatrici, termosaldatrici e termosigillatrici, utilizzate ad esempio per vaschette di salumi, pasta fresca o latticini), Markem ha ideato SmartTraverse 2, sistema per la movimentazione trasversale dei codificatori SmartDate e SmartLase, che consente di stampare dati variabili in tempo reale su diversi punti del film, senza ricorrere all’utilizzo di più di un codificatore.

Coding, labeling and traceability
Markem (Assago, MI) has presented several new products for the food industry.
The SmartLase laser coding machines now also include the model 130 (30 W power), easy to use thanks to the portable QWERTY operator interface and display. SmartLase coding machines print onto static or moving products and a huge range of substrates. It is also possible to alter the orientation of the lens (from 0 to 90°), which makes them easy to install and safe.
The 5200 version of the series 5000 thermoplastic resin jet coding machines can also operate with two print heads (four for the 5400) and a single control panel. Both versions can print on two sides of a box at the same time and are designed for work in industrial environments. The 5200 and 5400 systems generate codes which retain their integrity and legibility irrespective of the surface to which the printing is applied.
Another important product is the SmartDate heat transfer coding machine which adopts the new SmartTouch operator interface, equipped with a touch screen for easy programming, design and memorising of the legend and better diagnostics management (see photo).
Finally, for applying codes in the production environment with packaging machines which work with film with several tracks (heat moulders, heat welders and heat sealers, used for example for trays of cured meats, fresh pasta or dairy products), Markem has developed the SmartTraverse 2, a system for the transverse handling of SmartDate and SmartLase coding machines, which allows the printing of variable data in real time onto different parts of the film, without the need to use more than one coding machine.

121 Lubrificanti per l’alimentare
Mascherpa commercializza in esclusiva per l’Italia i prodotti Molykote di Dow Corning, una linea completa di prodotti per la lubrificazione che comprende oli minerali, sintetici, grassi, paste, rivestimenti anti-attrito e dispersioni.
Studiati per garantire la massima efficienza di sistemi idraulici, compressori aria, pompe, ingranaggi, catene e altri sistemi meccanici, questi prodotti sono particolarmente indicati per i macchinari impiegati nell'industria alimentare, in quanto conformi ai requisiti delle norme NSF, alle classi USDA H-1 o H-2, alle norme Kosher.
Gli oli Molykote sono progettati a livello molecolare per offrire la massima saturazione senza legarsi all'acqua. Questa linea, inoltre, comprende anche lubrificanti in grado di resistere ad intervalli di temperature compresi tra -60 e 250 °C, come nel caso del passaggio dai congelatori ai forni. La linea completa Molykote può coprire intervalli compresi tra -226 e 1400 °C.
I prodotti Molykote, inoltre, non contengono sottoprodotti responsabili del degrado dei lubrificanti; in questo modo si evita l'accumulo di vernice sulle parti interne, allungando la vita utile dei macchinari e riducendo al contempo i costi necessari per la pulizia e la manutenzione.

Lubricants for the food industry
Mascherpa has exclusive marketing in Italy for Dow Corning’s Molykote products, a complete line for lubrication which includes mineral oils, synthetic oils, greases, pastes, anti-friction coatings and dispersants. Designed to ensure the maximum efficiency of hydraulic systems, air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, chains and other mechanical systems, these products are particularly suitable for machinery used in the food industry, since they conform to the requirements of NSF regulations, to USDA H-1 or H-2 classifications and to Kosher rules. Molykote oils are designed at the molecular level to provide maximum saturation without bonding with water. This line also includes lubricants which can withstand temperatures from -60 to 250 °C, as is necessary in the passage from freezer to oven. The complete Molykote range can withstand temperatures from -226 to 1400 °C. Molykote products do not contain any of the by-products which cause the degradation of lubricants; as a result, they prevent the build-up of ‘varnish’ on internal parts, prolonging the life of the machine and reducing the costs involved in cleaning and maintenance.

Tra le proposte Minipack-Torre a CibusTec segnaliamo le confezionatrici sottovuoto MVS, con sensore elettronico volumetrico per il controllo costante del vuoto e del confezionamento con gas. Su richiesta, viene montato un piano inclinato per il confezionamento di prodotti liquidi. Tutti i modelli possono essere predisposti per l'utilizzo di gas inerte. Per la chiusura con film di vaschette preformate sono state proposte le due termosigillatrici pneumatiche TSM, che possono lavorare con PP, PET, PS, PE. Il ciclo di funzionamento è temporizzato e termoregolato elettronicamente. Ricordiamo anche la confezionatrice angolare automatica Sealmatic 56T Inox, caratterizzata da semplicità d'uso, velocità tappeti regolabile, svolgimento film, copertura avvolgisfrido, check automatico all'accensione, conta pezzi elettronico, predisposizione teleservice. Può confezionare pacchi singoli o gruppi di prodotti, a una velocità di 2400 pz/h.
Tutti questi modelli montano un pannello digitale (con 9 programmi memorizzabili) per il controllo delle funzioni.

Packaging and heatsealing machines
Notable among the products exhibited by Minipack-Torre at CibusTec were the MVS vacuum packaging machines, with electronic volume sensor for constant vacuum control and packaging with gas. On request, an inclined table can be fitted for the packaging of liquid products. All models are suitable for use with inert gases. For the closure of film on premoulded trays there were two TSM pneumatic heat sealing machines which can operate with PP, PET, PS and PE. The cycle of functions is electronically timed and heat regulated. Finally, the stainless steel Sealmatic 56T automatic bar sealing machine, characterised by simplicity of use, adjustable table speed, film unreeling, automatic start-up check, electronic piece counter and availability of teleservice. They can handle single packs or groups of products at a speed of 2400 pieces per hour.
All these models are fitted with a digital panel (with 9 memorisable programs) for the control of functions.

123 Riempimento e chiusura di tubetti
Alte prestazioni, igienicità, semplicità d’uso e cambio formato con sistema elettronico. Queste le caratteristiche salienti di MTL 400, il sistema per il riempimento e la chiusura dei tubetti presentato da Nima Erre.Ti Packaging.
Si tratta di una macchina dalla concezione originale sin dal sistema di caricamento, che è verticale anziché a piatto rotante e perciò assai più veloce. Inoltre la MTL effettua il riempimento su file differenti, toccando velocità rilevanti: il modello più piccolo raggiunge gli 80 pz/min, ma integrando i moduli necessari è possibile arrivare ai 400 pz/min. La macchina di base, inoltre, accoglie tubetti con un diametro di 10-60 mm, di alluminio o di polietilene, ed è contenuta nell’ingombro e nei costi. La MTL, di disegno modulare, consente di trattare contenitori di tipo e dimensione differente sulla stessa macchina. Da non trascurare inoltre l’elevata velocità operativa.
La MTL è costruita in acciaio inox (tutte le parti a contatto col prodotto sono “316L”) e la sua struttura facilita la pulizia totale con lavaggio a getto d’acqua.

Filling and closing tubes
High performance, hygiene, simplicity of use and format change via an electronic system. These are the important features of the MTL 400, the system for filling and closing tubes presented by Nima Erre.ti Packaging.
This is a machine with an original design, right from the loading system, which is vertical rather than a rotary plate, and is thus quite a bit faster. Also the MTL carries out the filling operation on different lines, achieving significant speeds: the smallest model reaches 80 pieces/min, but by integrating the necessary modules it is possible to achieve 400 pieces/min. The basic machine also accepts tubes with a minimum diameter of 10 mm up to a maximum of 60 mm in aluminium or polyethylene, and both bulk and costs have been kept low. The MTL, with its modular design, allows containers of different types and dimensions to be handled by the same machine. The high operating speed is also an important consideration. The MTL is constructed from stainless steel (all components in contact with the product are in ‘316L’) and the special construction allows total cleaning by washing with water jets.
