“Intelligent Coding”: nuovi codificatori SmartLase 110 e 130
L’offerta di soluzioni complete ed efficienti per operazioni di codifica e marcatura è una vera e propria filosofia, che MARKEM definisce Intelligent Coding. Ecco le novità.
Getto di resina, laser, trasferimento termico, sistemi di stampa-applicazione etichette, sono le tecnologie che MARKEM offre e che unitamente ai SW, ai materiali di consumo e ai servizi pre/post-vendita, consentono alle aziende di avere da un unico partner la soluzione per ottimizzare i processi di codifica e tracciabilità. Con l’introduzione di SmartLase 110 e SmartLase 130 nella gamma di codificatori laser, MARKEM offre nuove soluzioni di Intelligent Coding.
Caratterizzati rispettivamente da una potenza di 10 watt e di 30 watt, i due nuovi SmartLase presentano un’ottimizzazione generale delle prestazioni e un utilizzo facilitato, grazie a un interfaccia operatore Qwerty portatile e con display. Inoltre, date le dimensioni compatte, risultano molto versatili e possono essere facilmente installati sulle linee di produzione senza alcuna modifica.
I nuovi SmartLase si distinguono inoltre per la loro flessibilità; sono infatti in grado di stampare su una vasta gamma di substrati grazie alla possibilità di scegliere potenze diverse e di lavorare su prodotti statici o in movimento.
La famiglia degli SmartLase ha già ottenuto una buona accoglienza da parte del mercato, grazie ai dispositivi digitali e compatti che adottano un laser CO2 a bassa potenza raffreddato ad aria che - una volta installati in modo appropriato - li rendono tra i sistemi più sicuri presenti sul mercato. Sono ideali per la codifica di molte tipologie di imballaggio: astucci, etichette, contenitori di PET, utilizzati nel settore farmaceutico, cosmetico, dell’igiene personale, dell’alimentare, delle bevande e della detergenza domestica.
La serie SmartLase infine, oltre a un costo d’investimento vantaggioso, rispetto ad altre tecnologie consente spese di gestione minori. Non richiede inchiostro né altro materiale di consumo e, confrontato con altri sistemi, porta notevoli risparmi sui costi totali di codifica.

“Intelligent Coding”: new SmartLase 110 and 130 coders
The product offer of complete and efficient solutions for coding and marking operations is a true and proper philosophy, defined by MARKEM as Intelligent Coding. Here are the new features.
Thermoplastic resin jet-coder, laser, heat transfer, label print-application systems, these are the technologies that MARKEM offers and that along with the SWs, the consumables and pre/post sales services, enable companies to turn to one sole partner to find the solution for optimising their coding and traceability processes.
With the introduction of SmartLase 110 and SmartLase 130 in the range of laser coders, MARKEM offers new Intelligent Coding solutions.
Respectively powered 10 and 30 watts, the two new SmartLase products present a general optimization of performance and increased user-friendliness, thanks to a portable Qwerty user interface with display. As well as that, given their compact size, they are very versatile and can be easily installed on production lines without any modification.
The new SmartLase also stand out for their flexibility; they are in fact able to print on a vast range of substrates thanks to the possibility of choosing different powers and to work on static or moving products.
The SmartLase family has already been well-accepted by the market, thanks to digital and compact devices that adopt a low power aircooled C02 laser that – once it has been installed in an appropriate manner – make them among the safest systems on the market.
They are ideal for coding many types of packaging: cases, labels, PET containers, used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal hygiene, food, beverage and domestic detergence sectors.
Lastly, the SmartLase, as well as offering advantageous investment cost, has lower running costs compared to other technologies. Inks and other consumables are not required and, compared with other systems, it offers considerable savings on total coding costs.
