636 Riempitrice per cosmetici
Yu-Hao ha presentato al Cosmopack la FS-806-01, la macchina riempitrice di liquidi a sei serbatoi e a vite, specifica per il settore della cosmetica. Indicata per lavorare materie prime sia ad alta sia a bassa viscosità e per riempire, all’occorrenza, contenitori piatti o a forma di bottiglia, con la FS-806-01 è possibile impostare in modo separato, per ogni materiale, la quantità e la velocità del loro impiego; la temperatura di ognuno dei sei serbatoi, termicamente isolati grazie al doppio rivestimento, può essere regolata in modo autonomo.
Ogni serbatoio, inoltre, ha una capacità di 10 litri e dispone di un sistema indipendente di miscelazione. La FS-806-01 riempie rossetti, lucidalabbra, ombretti in pasta e fondotinta con una cadenza produttiva di 20 – 40 pezzi/min, secondo il tipo di produzione.

Cosmetics filler
At Cosmopack Yu-Hao presented the FS-806-01, a six tank liquid filling screw machine made specifically for the cosmetics sector. Recommended for processing raw materials of both high and low viscosity for filling, as need has it, flat or bottle-shaped container, with the FS-806-01 the quantity and speed of their use can be set separately for each material; the temperature of each of the six tanks, thermally insulated thanks to the double coating, can also be set independently.
Each tank has a 10 litre capacity and an independent mixing system.
The FS-806-01 fills lipstick, lip gloss, eyeliners in paste form and foundation cream with an output of 20-40 pieces a minute, depending on the type of product.

637 Nastri abrasivi per smerigliatrici
3M ha ampliato la propria gamma di nastri abrasivi e Scotch Brite per smerigliatrici manuali. Oltre ai tradizionali prodotti 3M 470 e 3M 361 A, sono infatti disponibili i nuovi nastri 3M 777 F (supporto rigido) e 3M 707 E (supporto flessibile). Questi prodotti utilizzano il materiale ceramico Cubitron con uno speciale trattamento anti-riscaldante specifico per lavorazioni su acciai inox a secco, con buone prestazioni in fatto di aggressività, durata e grado di finitura. Inoltre, per mascherature leggere, rimozione di difetti superficiali e finitura, i nastri Scotch Brite sono dotati di una superficie aperta anti-riscaldante e lasciano un grado di finitura che, su ogni tipo di acciaio, si maschera bene con la finitura originale del pezzo. L’uso combinato dei nastri abrasivi e Scotch Brite 3M permette infine di ridurre i passaggi intermedi, minimizzare il numero degli scarti e aumentare la produttività oraria.

Abrasive tapes for sanding machines
3M has broadened its own range of abrasive and Scotch Brite tapes for manual sanding. As well as its traditional 3M 470 and 3M 361 A products, the new 3M 777 F (rigid backing) and 3M 707 E (flexible backing) tapes are also available. These products use Cubitron ceramic materials with a special anti-heating treatment for working on dry stainless steel, offering good performance in terms of aggressiveness, duration and degree of finishing. As well as that, for light masking, removal of surface and finishing flaws, the Scotch Brite tapes come with an open antiheat surface and leave a grade of finish that fits in well with the original finishing of the piece on all types of steel. Lastly, the combined usage of abrasive tapes and Scotch Brite 3M enables the reduction of intermediary phases, minimize the amount of waste and increase production per hour.

638 Sistemi di marcatura
Automator presenta un’ampia gamma di macchine per eseguire ogni tipo di marcatura: per penetrazione (a battuta e a rullamento), a caldo (anche a colori, su materiali come cuoio, pelle, plastica, carta, legno e stoffa), a getto di sabbia (ideale per vetro o particolari metallici già sottoposti a trattamento termico), computerizzata a micropunti (ad alta velocità) e a monopunto (per riprodurre loghi e marcare su linea, in diagonale, ad arco e ad angolo). Marking systems
Automator presents a broad range of machines for carrying out all types of marking: by penetration (roller and stroke marking), hot (even with colors on materials such as leather, plastic, paper, wood and fabric), sandcast (ideal for glass or metal parts already subjected to heat treatment), microdot computerised (high speed) and single dot (for reproducing brands and logos in line, diagonally, in arch and corner shape). Their offer includes both simple manual machines for marking small plates, as well as evolved laser- (for all types of materials), electrolithical- (specific for tempered backings or those liable to warp), hydraulic- (for bodywork, sections, tracks or beams), computerised daisy shaped (silent and safe) and strip (silent) marking systems. TecnoFluss ha presentato allo scorso Cosmopack le proprie soluzioni specifiche per il cosmetico: i moduli di riempimento MR-1, MR-2 e MR-4, per il dosaggio di creme cosmetiche, shampoo, balsamo e gel; la dosatrice riscaldata con mescolatore per mascara, lip gloss, fondotinta liquido; il modulo di tappatura MT-1B, che consente l’inserimento automatico del tappo tramite testina pneumatica o pick and place; il nastro di dosaggio ND-2000 per creme viso e corpo, lozioni, oli essenziali e profumi. Infine la linea di riempimento, tappatura ed etichettatura per creme, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e gel.

TecnoFluss presented its specific solutions for cosmetics at the recent Cosmopack: the MR-1, MR-2 and MR-4 filling modules for dosage of cosmetic creams, shampoos, hair conditioners and gels; the heated dosing machine with agitator for mascara, lip gloss and liquid foundation; the MT-1B capping module for automatic insertion of the cap using a pneumatic head or pick-and-place; the ND-2000 dosing belt for body and face creams, lotions, essential oils and perfumes; finally, the filling-capping-labeling machine for creams, shampoos, bubble bath and gels.
