501 Struttura multistrato per vaschette
AMB Srl (San Daniele del Friuli, UD) ha messo a punto Ambar Rigid E 38, struttura multistrato in poliestere espanso. Ultima nata della gamma Ambar, presenta tutte le caratteristiche dei film ad alta barriera per termoformatura per l’imballaggio alimentare, cosmetico e farmaceutico. Alle proprietà di “active packaging” unisce un aspetto gradevole e una superficie madreperlacea, che può anche essere colorata o stampata, ottenendo un grosso impatto ottico. Il peso specifico è stato sensibilmente diminuito (0,90 contro 1,38) consentendo un evidente risparmio in termini economici e ambientali.Si segnala inoltre la grande facilità di trasformazione: le vaschette termoformate risultano con una distribuzione degli spessori uniforme in tutte le pareti.

Multilayer structure for trays
AMB Srl (San Daniele del Friuli, UD) has devised Ambar Rigid E 38, multilayer structure in expanded polystyrene. Latest creation in the Ambar range, it presents all the features of high barrier film for heatforming for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging, adding pleasant mother-of-pearl type appearance to its active packaging properties, and it can be colored or printed, thus acquiring striking visual appeal.
The specific weight has been considerably diminished (0.90 as against 1.38) enabling considerable savings in both economic and environmental terms.
Ambar Rigid E 38 is easy to convert, all the walls of the heatformed trays have a uniform thickness.

502 Freddo portatile
La gestione del freddo, nel trasporto e nella logistica, così come nel catering e nella GDO, rappresenta spesso un problema complesso e costoso.
ICEandGO è il sistema ideato da Siad (Bergamo) per risolvere le varie esigenze di trasporto e conservazione di prodotti che richiedano una temperatura controllata.
Basato sul potere refrigerante dell’anidride carbonica allo stato solido (ghiaccio secco), offre una garanzia totale sul mantenimento della catena del freddo, permettendo un'ideale conservazione da +4 a -80 °C, fino a 72 ore.
Il ghiaccio secco, in piccoli chicchi, è fornito in appositi sacchetti e speciali contenitori isotermici. Una volta terminato il suo ciclo, sublima in CO2 gassosa, senza lasciare traccia di umidità sui prodotti e svolgendo azione fungistatica e batteriostatica.

Portable frozen
Running the cold chain in transport and logistics, as in catering and in broadscale distribution, is often a complex and costly problem.
ICEandGO is a system created by Siad (Bergamo) to solve the various needs of transporting and preserving products that demand a controlled temperature.
Based on the refrigeration power of carbon dioxide in its solid state (dry ice), it offers total guarantee of upkeep of the cold chain, enabling an ideal preservation at from +4 to -80 °C, up to 72 hours.
The dry ice, in small grains, comes in special bags and special isothermic containers. Once its cycle has terminated, it sublimates into CO2 in gas form, without leaving trace of humidity on the products and performing a fungistatic and bacteriostatic function.

503 Box riutilizzabile
Boxlite di Videoplastic Spa (Gorlago, BG) assicura maneggevolezza, protezione del prodotto e grande versatilità nelle dimensioni: i formati dei box variano in funzione delle misure dei pallet (400 x 600, 600 x 800, 600 x 1200, 800 x 1200, 1000 x 1200, 1200 x 1200 mm) e in altezza, secondo richiesta.
Tutti i componenti di Boxlite sono a base di poliolefine e possono essere riciclati, la loro resistenza agli agenti atmosferici assicura inoltre una lunga durata del contenitore, che può essere così riutilizzato molte volte. La possibilità di ridurre il suo volume fino al 75% consente poi di ridurre i costi dei trasporti di ritorno.Videoplastic propone anche i pallet leggeri Eco (in PET riciclato) e One-Way, impiegati come imballi a perdere e come pallet ad utilizzo multiplo, disponibili nei formati 800x1200 mm e 1000x1200 mm, con o senza traverse.

Reusable box
Boxlite by Videoplastic SpA (Gorlago, BG) ensures good handling, product protection and great versatility in size: the box formats vary depending on the measure of the pallets (400x600, 600x800, 600x1200, 800x1200, 1000x1200, 1200x1200 mm) and in height, this according to demand.
All the Boxlite components are polyolefin based and can be easily recycled, their resistance to atmospheric agents also ensures a long lifespan, meaning the container can be used many times over.
Its 75% reduced volume when empty and folded also enables cost reduction on the return trip.
Videoplastic also offers its light Eco (in recycled PET) and One-Way pallets, used as disposable items and multi-trip pallets, available in the 800x1200 mm and 1000x1200 mm formats with or without cross-pieces.

504 Film con proprietà release
L'uso sempre più frequente di confezioni flow pack con strutture accoppiate e saldante a freddo ha fatto registrare una crescente richiesta di un film con proprietà release, utilizzato come strato di accoppiamento. Per questa applicazione, il Gruppo Vibac, grazie all'esperienza maturata nel corso degli anni nella produzione di film plain, ha di recente messo a punto un nuovo film, denominato (X) BRT con due superfici asimmetriche: quella esterna ha spiccate proprietà antiaderenti nei riguardi dei saldanti a freddo, quella interna è invece destinata alla stampa reverse e all’accoppiamento.
Tali prestazioni si ottengono grazie a un particolare processo produttivo che conferisce al film proprietà release, costanti e omogenee anche alle elevate condizioni di pressione che si verificano in genere nel semilavorato nelle zone vicine al mandrino.
Il film, privo di oli siliconici, offre un'ottima stampabilità ed elevato ancoraggio degli inchiostri, nonché un coefficiente di scivolosità in grado di competere con le prestazioni delle lacche release.
Il film è stato testato dai principali produttori di saldanti a freddo che ne hanno verificato la compatibilità con i propri prodotti. Il servizio tecnico Vibac è disponibile per ulteriori informazioni.

Film with release properties
The evermore frequent use of flowpacks with cold sealed laminate structures has led to a growing demand for film with release properties, used as a laminating layer. For this application, Vibac Group, thanks to its experience built up over the years in the production of plain film, has recently devised a new film called (X) BRT with two asymmetrical surfaces: the external one has considerable antiadherent properties when using cold sealers, the inner one is in turn for reverse printing and for laminating.
These performances are obtained thanks to a special production process that gives the film release properties that are constant and homogeneous even under high pressure conditions, those that generally occur in semiprocessed items in the area close to the spindle.
The film, without siliconed oils, offers excellent printability and high ink anchorage, as well as a slip coefficient capable of competing with the performance of release lacquers.
The film has been tested by the main cold seal producers that have checked its compatibility with their products. Vibac’s technical service is available for further information.

505 Flacone dosatore
Realizzato dalla ditta belga Distriflac (con sede italiana a Romano d'Ezzelino, VI), Dosy è un flacone con sistema di dosaggio multiplo, che consente di erogare dosi da 15 a 45 ml, evitando sprechi e dispersioni di prodotto dannose per l’ambiente. Semplice ma preciso, viene assemblato insieme al tappo e al sigillo di garanzia. In fase di utilizzo, una volta svitato il tappo e rotto il sigillo, il sistema di dosaggio rimane inserito nel collo del flacone. Premendo sul corpo del contenitore, il prodotto risale attraverso un foro nella canna centrale del sistema di dosaggio sino al serbatoio superiore; quando si rilascia la pressione il liquido in eccesso è risucchiato dal flacone sino all’altezza del foro, così da ottenere la dose stabilita.
Dosy è disponibile nei modelli Monouso o Ricaricabile.

Dosing flacon
Made by the Belgian concern Distriflac (with Italian headquarters at Romano d'Ezzelino, VI), Dosy is a flacon with multiple dosing system, that enables the dispensing of 15 to 45 ml doses, avoiding waste and dispersion of product harmful to the environment. Simple but precise, it is assembled together with the top and the guarantee seal. During use, once the cap has been opened and the seal broken, the dosing system remains in the neck of the flacon. Squeezing the container body the product rises up through a hole in the central tube of the dosing system up to the upper tank; once you stop squeezing the excess liquid in the flacon is sucked by the bottle up to the height of the hole, thus obtaining the set dose.
Dosy is available in the disposable and rechargeable models.

506 Pallet in riciclato
Allibert Spa (Orbassano, TO) realizza pallet leggeri, multiuso per carichi pesanti e a superfici lisce. A questi articoli si aggiunge ora il pallet in riciclato di Allibert Buckhorn.
Realizzato in PET riciclato, è inerte all’umidità e ai batteri, colorato nella massa e dotato di grande resistenza meccanica e agli agenti atmosferici.
Disponibile con dimensioni 800x1200 mm a tre traverse, con o senza bordo di contenimento del carico, il pallet può essere utilizzato in statico fino a 4 t, in dinamico fino a 1 t e su scaffalatura porta-pallet fino a 700 kg.
Infine, la particolare concezione delle traverse e dei piedini ne consente l’utilizzo sia con mezzi di movimentazione che su convogliatori di varia natura

Pallets in recycled materials
Allibert Spa (Orbassano, TO) creates light multiuse pallets for heavy loads, with smooth surfaces. To these articles the Allibert Buckhorn recycled pallet is now added.
Made in recycled PET and inert to humidity and to bacteria, mass colored and offering great mechanical resistance and resistance to atmospheric agents. Also available in 800x1200 mm sizes with three cross-pieces, with or without load containing edge, the pallet can be used statically
up to 4 t, dynamically up to 1 t
and on pallet bearing shelves up to 700 kg.
Lastly, the special conception of the cross-piece and the feet enable its use both with handling equipment as well as on conveyors of various nature.
