Its systems offer different solutions based on anthropomorphous robots, laser and vision systems. The distribution systems designed and engineered by Siscodata feature the selection of products, their handling by the production, packaging, carton filling, palletization, warehouse, going on to the automatic making up of orders right up to shipment. A range of programmed specific machines and systems automatically carry out all the necessary operations, from the selection to the preparation of products, from their labeling and coding to packaging in polyethylene, boxes and cases etc., up to shifting them to the different points of robotized palletization. The systems include the use of wood or cardboard pallets according to the specific needs of the shipment at hand. Tecnidea Cidue Srl (San Giovanni Lupatoto, VR) ha realizzato Blu e Blud, elementi elastici assiali utilizzabili come tendicatena o tendicinghia automatici, ammortizzatori e deceleratori per applicazioni in ambienti umidi o a contatto con agenti corrosivi. In particolare, Blu è costituito da due gusci in materiale plastico fissati mediante viti in acciaio inox, mentre Blud viene realizzato fissando due elementi Blu fra due piastre in acciaio inox. Rispetto al primo articolo, Blud lavora con due colonne, sviluppa una forza doppia, utilizza pattini con raggio di curvatura maggiore e può essere equipaggiato con staffe particolari che ne aumentano le possibilità di applicazione. Entrambi i modelli sono disponibili in tre grandezze, ovvero con tre diverse forze di spinta, e possono essere equipaggiati con un fine corsa elettrico per controllare il corretto funzionamento della macchina e la sicurezza degli operatori.

Axial elastic elements
Tecnidea Cidue Srl (San Giovanni Lupatoto, VR) has made Blu and Blud, axial elastic elements usable as automatic chain or belt stretchers, shock absorbers and decelerators for applications in damp environments or in contact with corrosive agents.
In particular, Blu is made up of two shells in plastic fixed with stainless steel screws, while Blud is made by fixing two Blu elements between two stainless steel plates. As opposed to the former, Blud works with two columns, has a double force, uses skids with a greater curve radius and can be fitted with special braces that increase its application possibilities.
Both models are available in three sizes, or that is three different thrust forces, and can be equipped with an electric stop for checking the correct functioning of the machine as well as operator safety.

Developed by the Transco division of Colmant Cuvelier (Lille Mons Cedex, France), Transco FDA EX is a white rubber, fire and explosion proof safety conveyor manufactured to FDA standards.
Antistatic and self-extinguishing, the white rubber coating (with both its chemical formula and structure patent pending) is made of an elastomer that is totally inert, making it ideal for contact with foodstuffs. It is hermetic to microbial migration and to cuts, as well as being inert to cleaning agents.
Mainly used in foodstuff industry silos, it forms part of the basic components of conveyor belts and elevators designed to operate in explosive environments.
The resilience of its rubber coating contributes to the good draw of the belt even after a long service life.
