523 Modulo digitale per rilevare segnali I/O
Siemens ha sviluppato il modulo digitale CPCI-EA221 per il rilevamento dei segnali I/O attraverso il bus industriale CPCI. Dotato di 16 ingressi (in due gruppi da 8 che offrono una separazione di potenziale di 500 V DC tra sistema e periferia), 16 uscite digitali e due contatori programmabili a 16 bit, CPCI-EA221 evita l'impiego di più moduli; gli ingressi e le uscite dispongono inoltre di un filtro configurabile e di una funzione Interrupt, che recepisce le variazioni del segnale d’ingresso sul fianco e sul livello, e le trasmette alla CPU. I valori d’uscita programmati possono essere riletti.
I due contatori a 16 bit, collegabili in cascata a 32 bit e programmabili come contatori singoli o ciclici, possono essere comandati con la funzione start-stop o attraverso gli ingressi a 24 V. La frequenza di conteggio (anche a impulsi) è di 10 MHz e l’alimentazione è a 24 V.

Digital module for reading I/O signals
Siemens has devised an CPCI-EA221 digital module for reading I/O signals by way of CPCI industrial buses. Fitted with 16 inputs (in two groups of 8 that offer a potential separation of 500 V DC between system and periphery), 16 digital outlets and two 16 bit programmable counters, CPCI-EA221 avoids usage of additional modules; the inputs and outputs also have a configurable filter and an interrupt function, that receive the variations of the input signals on the side and on the level, and transmits them to the CPU. The programmed output ratings can be re-read.
The two16 bit counters, that can be 32 bit cascade connected and programmable as single or cyclical counters, can be commanded with start-stop function or by way of 24 V inputs. The counting frequency (also impulse) is 10 MHz, power supply 24 V.

Il connettore per profibus EasyConn PB prodotto da Vipa fornisce tutte le funzioni di test che velocizzano la connessione e la diagnostica. Quattro LED, visibili da entrambi i lati, indicano lo stato del bus e del nodo. Il connettore EasyConn con controller integrato funziona con tutte le velocità fino a 12 Mbaud e, grazie all’inserzione del cavo verticale, consente un facile accesso alla vaschetta supplementare integrata per la diagnostica. Le resistenze di terminazione sono inoltre attivabili tramite un interruttore scorrevole accessibile da entrambi i lati, in questo modo si può testare la comunicazione profibus senza aprire il connettore o rimuovere i cavi. Il rivestimento, completamente in metallo, assicura un’elevata protezione dalle interferenze.

Profibus connector
EasyConn PB profibus connector produced by Vipa supplies all the test functions that speed up connection and diagnostics. Four LEDs, visible on both sides, indicate the state of the bus and the junction. The EasyConn connector with integrated controller functions at all speeds up to 12 Mbaud and, thanks to the insertion of the vertical cable, enables an easy access to the supplementary tray integrated for the diagnostics. Termination resistances are also activatable by way of a sliding switch that can be accessed on both sides; in this way the profibus communication can be tested without opening the connector or removing the cables. The coating, completely in metal, ensures a high protection from interference.

525 Pompe per le macchine da stampa
Studiate per le macchine da stampa che usano solventi, inchiostri a base acqua, fluidi di rivestimento e adesivi, le pompe Watson-Marlow garantiscono tempi di sostituzione ridotti, flussi costanti e accurati, reversibilità del flusso per velocizzare la pulizia ed eliminare residui; assenza di contaminazioni. L’azione di trasferimento regolare è data dalla compressione del tubo attraverso rulli, posti su un rotore, che a ogni giro schiacciano il tubo creando il vuoto.
Una volta rilasciato, il tubo riprende la forma originaria risucchiando il fluido da trasferire nella quantità desiderata (ciò significa che la pompa è autodrenante e funzionante anche a secco).
Watson-Marlow offre anche una gamma completa di motori a velocità fissa o variabili, antideflagranti e pneumatici.

Pumps for print machines
Devised for print machines that use solvents, water based inks, coating fluids or adhesives, the Watson-Marlow pumps guarantee short substitution times, constant and accurate flow, reversibility of flow to speed up cleaning and to eliminate residue; absence of contamination.
The regular transfer action is given by the compression of the tube by way of rollers, placed on a rotor, that crush the tube on each rotation creating a vacuum.
Once released, the tube takes on its original shape sucking the fluid to be transferred in the quantity desired (which means that the pump is self-draining and also works when dry).
Watson-Marlow also offers a complete range of fixed or variable speed antideflagration and pneumatic motors.

Bonfiglioli presenta una nuova serie di riduttori (VF-EP e W-EP) e di motori coordinati (BN-EP e M-EP), da impiegare negli ambienti a rischio di contatto con elementi chimici aggressivi, sia durante il processo sia nei trattamenti di pulizia a fine ciclo. Sono stati progettati di conseguenza tutti i componenti a contatto con l'esterno (corpi carcassa, albero lento, anelli di tenuta, bulloneria e numerosi componenti del motore). Le taglie di riduttore disponibili corrispondono agli interassi 44, 49, 63, 75 e 86, e sono corredati dai motori corrispondenti, fino a 4 kW. Tutti i prodotti della serie EP presentano caratteristiche di base comuni - fra cui componenti a vista d'acciaio inox, rivestimento in doppio strato epossidico, esecuzione sigillata, motori IP56 e molte altre significative - e diversi optional, e possono essere ulteriormente personalizzati in variante "lubrificante", con anelli di tenuta a doppio labbro, con verniciatura epossidica, ecc.

Reducers for aggressive environments
Bonfiglioli presents a new series of reducers (VF-EP and W-EP) and coordinated motors (BN-EP e M-EP), to be used in environments where risk of contact with aggressive chemical elements is present, both during processing as well as in end of cycle cleaning. Consequently all the components in contact with the outside (bodywork, slow shaft, seal rings, rivets and numerous components of the motor) are protected. The measures of available reducer correspond to 44, 49, 63, 75 and 86 centre distances, and are fitted with corresponding motors up to 4 kW. All the products of the EP series present basic common features - among which stainless steel components, double epoxy layer coatings, sealed workings, IP56 motor and many other significant features - along with a number of optionals, and can be further personalised in the "lubricant" variant, with double lip seal rings, with epoxy lacquering, etc.
