I cavi Life Line della Kabelschlepp sono stati sviluppati per l'impiego nei sistemi dinamici di conduzione d'energia e sono caratterizzati dal rivestimento di KS-TPM: un nuovo materiale per isolamento che presenta una resistenza superiore ai 30 mega Ohm per km, allungamento elastico ridotto e proprietà antifrizione. Inoltre la struttura "a corsetto" garantisce una guida forzata della forma predefinita dei conduttori. Con 2 sole varianti (serie 400 con rivestimento di PVC e serie 700/800/900 con rivestimento di PUR) i cavi Kabelschlepp coprono una gamma di applicazioni particolarmente ampia, per velocità di traslazione sino a 600 m/min, raggio minimo 7,5 D, conformi UL/CSA e Desina, testati EMC, senza CFC e silicone, resistenti a olio e bio-olio. I cavi Life Line trovano impiego quindi nell'automazione, robot industriali, apparecchi di manipolazione, pick and place, nei più disparati settori industriali.

Cables for mobile laying
The Life cables by Kabelschlepp have been developed for use in dynamic energy conduction systems and feature an KS-TPM coating: a new insulation material that offers a resistance that is over 30 mega Ohm per km, reduced elastic stretch and antifriction properties.
As well as that the “corset” structure” is a guaranteed guide to the predefined shape of the conductors. With 2 variants (series 400 with PVC coating and series 700/800/900 with PUR coating) the Kabelschlepp cables cover a particularly broad range of applications, for traverse speeds up to 600 m/min, min radius of 7.5 D, conforming to UL/CSA and Desina rulings, EMC tested, without CFC and silicon, oil and bio-oil resistant. The Life Line cablers find use in automation, industrial robots, handling devices, pick & place, in a whole range of industrial sectors.

Gli Apply Code sono disponibili in diverse versioni: con applicatori a getto d’aria con o senza cilindro di avvicinamento, con attuatori rotanti per l’etichettatura frontale o posteriore e con rullo basculante per le alte velocità.

The Apply Code systems have been especially devised for the print and apply in real time of selfadhesive labels. As well as that, they can be linked up to any type of heat transfer printer.
The Apply Codes are available in different versions: with air-jet applicators with or without special cylinder, with rotating actuators for frontal or rear labeling and balancing roller for high speeds.

PRX/10 è un sistema industriale di stampa e applicazione progettato e realizzato da Labelpack per l'etichettatura a fine linea su imballi di cartone e fardelli. Una robusta struttura d'acciaio inox, un porta bobina da 200 mm e un riavvolgitore motorizzato della carta siliconata sono le sue principali caratteristiche. PRX/10 integra stampanti a trasferimento termico di varie marche, con risoluzione di 200 e 300 dpi e con larghezze da 4-6", che consentono di personalizzare etichette autoadesive con codici a barre e dati variabili. Inoltre può ricevere dati variabili via seriale o da PC, bilance o reti informatiche. Una gamma completa di applicatori pneumatici a corsa fissa, variabile, a contatto o a getto d'aria permettono di realizzare soluzioni per le varie esigenze del fine linea automatizzato, con velocità fino a 300 mm/s, stampa di tutti i principali codici a barre, interfaccia RS232, Cntronics ed Ethernet (opzionale).

Industrial print & apply
PRX/10 is an industrial print & apply system designed and created by Labelpack for end of line labeling on cardboard packaging and bundles. A robust stainless steel structure, a 200 mm roll carrier and a motorised rewinder of the siliconed paper are its main features.
PRX/10 integrates heat transfer printer of various brands, with 200 and 300 dpi resolution and with
4-6" breadth that enables personalisation of self-adhesive labels with barcode and variable data.
As well as that it can receive variable data serially or via PC, scales or data networks.
A complete range of fixed run, variable, contact or inkjet pneumatic applicators enables the creation of solutions for the various needs of automated end of line with speeds of up to 300 mm/s, print of all the main barcodes, RS232 interface, Cntronics and Ethernet (optional).
