Adesivi per l'imballaggio flessibile
Dal 1° dicembre 2002 (in base alla 90/128 EEC: Plastic Directive, 6th amendment) è obbligatorio adeguarsi alla normativa europea, che fissa in 10 ppb (con una tolleranza analitica del 100%) il limite massimo di migrazione specifico per le ammine aromatiche primarie, le cosiddette PAA. Sapici SpA, produttore di adesivi poliuretanici destinati all'imballaggio flessibile, non si è fatta trovare impreparata e ha ampliato la propria offerta con prodotti privi o a basso contenuto di monomero di isocianato aromatico, che soddisfano le nuove esigenze di sicurezza e che, al contempo, possono essere utilizzati su impianti esistenti alle normali condizioni di esercizio.
Un'offerta per tutte le necessità
Sapici propone una gamma completa di adesivi e addotti per imballaggio flessibile. In particolare, i sistemi adesivi denominati Polurene FP sono stati sviluppati per ottemperare alla nuova disposizione europea sulla migrazione di PAA e sono disponibili in tre categorie: base solvente/OH terminati, base solvente/NCO terminati, senza solvente/NCO terminati.
Adesivi base solvente OH terminati
• Polurene FP 44A / FP 75 - OK.D.AE. - T70AE - Adesivo poliuretanico bi-componente medio/alte prestazioni, indicato per film e foil di alluminio, in particolare, nelle strutture PET/alluminio, dimostra buona aderenza e bagnabilità. Si distingue inoltre per la buona resistenza termica.
• Polurene FP 64A / FP 75 - OK.D.AE. - T70AE - Adesivo poliuretanico bi-componente ad elevate prestazioni, con alta resistenza chimica e termica. È indicato per l’accoppiamento di film trasparenti con alluminio, con o senza stampa a sandwich (confezioni per ketchup, concentrato di pomodoro, saponi e cosmetici, prodotti farmaceutici).
• Rexin 1973/501 / FP 75 - OK.D.AE. - T70AE - Adesivo per accoppiamento base poliestere ad alto peso molecolare. Ha una composizione chimica molto simile a quella del film di poliestere, e quindi offre un’adesività molto elevata su questo materiale.
Adesivi base solvente NCO terminati
• Polurene FP 5623 / FP 43C1 - Adesivo poliuretanico bi-componente alte prestazioni, a base di di-isocianato alifatico. Garantisce alta resistenza chimica e termica, indicato per l'accoppiamento di foil d’alluminio, film trasparenti e metallizzati. Gli accoppiati ottenuti vantano ottime adesioni e veloce polimerizzazione. I laminati realizzati con Polurene FP 5623/FP 43C1 sono resistenti a processi termici di bollitura, pastorizzazione e sterilizzazione, e mostrano una buona resistenza ai contenuti più aggressivi.
Adesivi senza solvente
• Polurene FP 5192/FP 5194
Adesivo dalle prestazioni speciali, con una buona bagnabilità su un’ampia gamma di film o di strutture metallizzate, contenuto di monomero MDI molto basso. Gli accoppiati prodotti con Polurene FP 5192 / FP 5194 possono essere pastorizzati e bolliti, e sono particolarmente indicati nella produzione di accoppiati privi di ammine aromatiche primarie.

Adhesives for flexible packaging
From December 1 2002 (according to the 90/128 EEC: Plastic Directive, 6th amendment) onwards we are obliged to conform to the European standard that sets the maximum specific migration limit for primary aromatic amines, the socalled PAAs, at 10 ppb (with an analytical tollerance of 100% added to this value). To comply to this ruling, the producers of polyurethane adhesive, destined to flexible packaging, have responded by modifying and adding to their product offer.
Sapici SpA, producer of polyurethane adhesived destined to flexible packaging, has not been caught unaware and has broadened its own offer with products wholly without or with a low aromatic isocyanate monomers content and that, at the same time, can be used on existing systems under normal operating conditions.
An offer for all needs
Sapici offers a complete range of adhesives and adducts for flexible packaging. In particular the adhesive systems called Polurene FP have been developed to meet the new European ruling on the migration of PAAs and are available in three categories: solvent based/OH terminated, solvent based /NCO terminated, solvent free/NCO terminated.
Solvent based adhesives (OH terminated)
• Polurene FP 44A/ FP 75 - OK.D.AE. - T70AE
This is a medium/high performance, two component, polyurethane adhesive for films and aluminium foil. The adhesive has very good adhesion and wettability in PET/Alu foil structures. Good performances in terms of thermal resistance.
• Polurene FP 64A/ FP 75 - OK.D.AE. - T70AE
Is a high performance, two component, polyurethane adhesive with high chemical and temperature resistance. This adhesive system is suitable for the lamination of transparent films and aluminium foil containing structures with and without sandwich printing (packaging of ketchup, tomato concentrates, soap cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals).
• Rexin 1973/501 / FP 75 - OK.D.AE. - T70AE
Is a high molecular weight polyester based adhesive for lamination. This adhesive has a chemical composition very similar to polyester film and therefore has a particularly strong adhesion to this substrate.
Solvent based adhesives (NCO terminated)
• Polurene FP 5623 / FP 43C1
This is a high performance, two component, polyurethane adhesive based on an aliphatic diisocyanate, with high chemical and temperature resistance. This system is suitable for lamination of aluminium foil, transparent and metallized film. Laminates manufactured show excellent bonds and fast curing. Structures manufactured with Polurene FP 5623 / FP 43C1 are resistant to boiling, pasteurisation sterilisation and show a high resistance to aggressive filling goods.
Solvent free adhesives
• Polurene FP 5192 / FP 5194
This system is a special performance adhesive, with an high wettability on a variety of film and film/metallized structures and very low free MDI monomer content. The laminates produced with Polurene FP 5192 / FP 5194 can be pasteurised and boiled, obtained laminates are particularly indicated for production of primary aromatic amine save laminates.
