Willett LC300
Il codificatore laser più facile da utilizzare, più flessibile da integrare, ad alta velocità.
Nel 2004 la tedesca Alltec è stata acquisita dal gruppo Videojet.
«Si è trattato di un’acquisizione strategica - ha tenuto a precisare Dario Perenze, Sales Manger Italia - che ci ha consentito di studiare e lanciare sul mercato il nuovo laser per codifica LC300, in grado di soddisfare le richieste più impegnative dei nostri clienti.
Ad oggi possiamo infatti scrivere fino a 1.300 caratteri/s, con una velocità lineare che arriva a 15 metri/s. L’alta velocità ci consente peraltro di ottenere una definizione di marcatura dal livello qualitativo davvero elevato».
Il Willett LC300 ad alta velocità può scrivere più informazioni su un prodotto di qualunque altro laser sul mercato.
«Il che consente ai nostri clienti di ridurre drasticamente gli scarti di prodotto - continua Perenze - per codifiche non adeguate o non leggibili».
Struttura e tecnologia - Il laser LC300 è facile e veloce da integrare, praticamente su qualunque linea produttiva. Ciò è reso possibile dalla struttura estremamente compatta, con uno snodo efficace della testa di stampa e un’interfaccia esterna molto flessibile.
Non ci sono praticamente limiti di font ed è possibile inserire dall’esterno i dati da scrivere sul prodotto, con interfacce software e hardware di facile gestione e immediate.
Questo laser è in grado di codificare un’ampia gamma di prodotti: etichette, contenitori di vetro o plastica, tubi, cartoni, ma anche componenti elettronici, sensori, gomma estrusa vulcanizzata e profilati. I prodotti possono essere codificati con tutte le informazioni variabili: data di scadenza, numero di lotto, codici a barre normali o 2D-matrix, loghi e simboli. La struttura del Willett LC300 è robusta, raffredata ad aria e facile da pulire. Il grado di protezione standard è l’IP54, ma è possibile ottenere anche l’IP65.

The Willett high speed LC300 can write more information on a product than any other laser on the market.
«Which enables our customers to drastically reduce product waste caused by inadequate or illegible coding» Perenze states.
Structure and technology - The LC300 laser is easy and speedy to integrate and can be inserted on practically any production line. This is possible thanks to its extremely compact structure, with an effective print head joint and a highly flexible external interface.
There are practically no limits to the fonts and the data to be written on the product can be inserted from the outside with a userfriendly software and hardware interface.
This laser can code a broad range of products: labels, glass or plastic containers, tubes, cartons, but also electrical components, sensors, extruded and vulcanised rubber as well as section bars.
The products can be coded with all the variable information: best before date, lot number, normal or 2D-matrix barcodes, logos and symbols. The structure of the Willett LC300 is sturdy, air-cooled and easy to clean. It conforms to standard IP54 protection, but IP65 can also be attained.
