Hitachi: la testa più recente - Si aggiunge un altro importante tassello nelle soluzioni Hitachi per la marcatura a getto d’inchiostro continuo deflesso a microcarattere: la nuova testa ad angolo retto, da integrare in linea senza interventi invasivi e quindi costosi. Questa nuova testa garantisce la massima flessibilità di applicazione pur mantenendo inalterate - questo il principale plus tecnologico - gli standard Hitachi di precisione, affidabilità e robustezza. Le caratteristiche di base sono quelle della Serie PX (foto 1 e 2): caratteri fra 2 e 10 mm; fino a 4 righe di stampa; possibilità di marcare testi, pittogrammi, loghi grafici, immagini e codici a barre. Da non dimenticare il sistema di inchiostrazione con controllo automatico della viscosità e pulizia automatica della testa di stampa. Hitachi: marcare pigmentato - La Serie PX di marcatori a getto d’inchiostro continuo si arricchisce del nuovo modello PX-D460E-P, dove la P finale indica la predisposizione per l’inchiostro pigmentato. Per questa macchina è stato realizzato un circuito dell’inchiostro con un agitatore a 2 stadi, che rende la sospensione dei pigmenti omogenea nel tempo, evita i fermi macchina e non genera emissioni nell’ambiente. Il suo campo di applicazione elettivo sono le superfici plastiche di colore scuro, come tubi, cavi, estrusioni o particolari sui quali debba risaltare nitidamente la marcatura (foto 3). A.T.D.: l’IP7000 ad alta definizione - Marking Products introduce sul mercato il nuovo sistema di marcatura ad alta definizione IP7000, recentemente realizzato da A.T.D. (foto 4). Può generare una stampa con altezza di 50 o 100 mm, in cui trovano spazio fino a 32 righe di testi, grafica e codici a barre. La risoluzione è prossima ai 200 dpi (risultato notevole per l’ink jet); inoltre le teste, a tecnologia piezo-elettrica senza parti in movimento, raggiungono i 1,4 m/s. Hitachi: the most recent head - Another important addition to the Hitachi solutions for continued deflected microcharacter inkjet marking: the new right-angled head, to be integrated in lines without invasive and hence costly operations. This new head guarantees the max flexibility of application while - this the principal technological plus point - not lowering the Hitachi precision, reliability and sturdiness standards. The basic characteristics are those of the PX Series (photo 1 and 2): characters between 2 and 10 mm; up to 4 lines of print; possibility of marking wording, pictograms, graphic logos, images and barcodes. Not to be forgotten the inking systems with automatic control of the viscosity and automatic cleaning of the print head. Hitachi: pigmented marking - The PX-D460E-P is the latest addition to the Series PX inkjet continuous markers, where the final P indicates its suitability for pigmented inks. For this machine an ink circuit with a 2 stage stirrer was made that makes the suspension of the pigments homogeneous in time, avoiding machine stops and not generating pollutant discharges. Its best fields of application are darkly colored plastic surfaces, such as tubes, cables, extrusions or details where the marking has to be clearly seen (photo 3). A.T.D.: High definition IP7000 - Marking Products has introduced the new high definition IP7000 marking system to the market, recently made by A.T.D. (photo 4). It can generate print with heights from 50 to 100 mm, enabling 32 lines of wording, graphics and barcodes. Resolution is close on 200 dpi (a significant result for an inkjet); as well as the heads, the piezo electric technology, free of moving parts, attains as much as 1.4 m/s.
