La gamma di terminali per la visualizzazione del peso Evoluzione 2000 (Società Cooperativa Bilanciai) si arricchisce del modello EV 22, presentato come flessibile, semplice e caratterizzato da un rapporto qualità-prezzo particolarmente vantaggioso. La modularità ne consente, con appositi accessori, il collegamento a una vasta gamma di piattaforme e in particolare a strumenti fino a 6 celle di carico a 350 ohm. Dotato di display LCD a 7 cifre retroilluminato, EV 22 ha due uscite EIA RS232 e una protezione disturbi EMI e RF; opera ad alta risoluzione fino a 10.000 divisioni, ma può essere usato anche come contapezzi (fino a 50.000 punti interni in conteggio). Grazie alla funzione “memoria pesi permanente” può essere interfacciato a qualsiasi computer, ottenendo così una stampa omologata alle normative metriche vigenti.

The range of Evolution 2000 (Società Cooperativa Bilanciai - Weigh Scales Cooperative Company) terminals for displaying weight has a new model, the EV 22, presented as flexible, simple and featuring a particularly advantageous quality/price ratio. Its modularity enables, with special accessories, the connection to a vast range of platforms and in particular to tools with up to six 350 ohm loadcells. Fitted with rearlit LCD 7 figure display, EV 22 has two EIA RS232 outlets and an EMI and RF noise protection; it operates with a resolution up to 10,000 divisions, but can be also used as a piece counter (up to 50,000 internal counting points). Thanks to the “permanent weight memory” it can interface with any computer, thus obtaining printing conforming to the reigning metric standards.

La confezionatrice automatica “55 Più” di Automac, robusta, flessibile e veloce (35÷55 pz/min), è destinata ai grandi centri di confezionamento e agli ipermercati. Gestisce 99 programmi di avvolgimento in vassoi e film da 14 a 35 micron, di prodotti con altezza massima di 200 mm. Le dimensioni standard dei vassoi possono variare fra 120x120x10 e 320x230x160/200 mm, ma sono realizzabili anche misure superiori, e la larghezza della bobina va da 330 a 550 mm. Predisposta per la teleassistenza, la confezionatrice è dotata di alimentazioni modulari, allungabili fino a 7 m, e di un’elettronica di ultima generazione. Le impostazioni e i comandi si assegnano da tastiera, collegata a un monitor chiaro e intuitivo nell’uso. L’espulsione avviene in modo delicato e preciso, tramite un espulsore regolabile automaticamente in altezza.

Automac’s “55 Più” automatic packaging machine, sturdy, flexible, and speedy (35÷55 pcs/min), is for the large packaging centres and for hypermarkets. It runs 99 wrapping programs in trays with 14 to 35 micron film, products with a max height of 200 mm. The standard height of the trays can vary from 120x120x10 and 320x230x160/200 mm, but greater measures can be attained; reel breadth goes from 330 to 550 mm. Set for teleassistance, the packaging machine is fitted with modular feed, that can be extended up to 7 m, and electronics of the latest generation. The commands and settings are keyboard controlled, connected up to a user-friendly monitor. Expulsion is delicate and precise, by way of an expeller that can be automatically adjusted in height.
| | 733 Riempitrice-tappatrice
B.F. Packaging Group ha messo a punto una riempitrice-tappatrice con regolazione automatica del dosaggio, adatta al confezionamento di prodotti liquidi, densi e pastosi. La macchina può essere inserita in linea con un tappatore e un’etichettatrice, ed è stata progettata per poter riempire qualsiasi tipo di contenitore. Fra le caratteristiche tecniche di maggior rilievo si segnala l’equipaggiamento standard con testa riempitrice ad azionamento pneumatico, che consente un’ampia gamma di dosaggi (da 0,5 a 1.000 ml) ed è regolabile automaticamente tramite la consolle di comando. Inoltre, la riempitrice-tappatrice del B.F. Packaging Group è interamente realizzata in acciaio inox AISI 304 e tutte le parti a contatto con il prodotto sono costruite in acciaio inox AISI 316L.

B.F. Packaging Group has created a filling-capping machine with automatic adjustment of dosage, suited for the packaging of liquid, dense and doughy products. The machine can be inserted in line with a capper and labeler, and it has been designed to be able to fill any kind of container. Among the most important technical features one notes the standard fitting with pneumatic filler head, that enables a broad range of dosing (from 0.5 to 1,000 ml) being automatically regulated by command console. As well as that, the B.F. Packaging Group filler-capper is entirely made in AISI stainless steel 304 and all the parts in contact with the product are built in stainless steel AISI 316L.

Sis.Ma propone i sistemi di marcatura laser SolarJet per una codifica ad alta velocità con scrittura “vettoriale” a tratto continuo (il modello HD è destinato ad applicazioni ad alta potenza, mentre la versione S tratta lo standard). I laser SolarJet, oltre ad assicurare precisione, flessibilità di riproduzione e costi contenuti, stampano su materiali diversi (bottiglie, carta, cartoncino, film, metalli verniciati, ecc.), sono facili da installare su linee preesistenti e richiedono una manutenzione molto contenuta. Le caratteristiche di marcatura sono: velocità della linea fino a 300 m/min; capacità di codifica fino a 1.800 prodotti/min (con caratteri da 2 mm); area di stampa 100x100 mm; spessore minimo del tratto 0,18 mm; dimensioni del carattere 0,5-100 mm. Il sistema di controllo con PC integrato, l’ampio display grafico e la tastiera di programmazione consentono un agevole accesso alle opzioni di marcatura.

Sis.Ma offers its SolarJet system of laser marking for high speed coding with “vectoral” continuous stroke wording (the HD model is for high power applications, while the S version is for standard applications). The SolarJet lasers, as well as ensuring precision, flexibility of reproduction and contained costs, also print on various materials (bottles, paper, card, film, lacquered metals, etc.), are easy to install on pre-existing lines and require a limited maintenance.
The marking characteristisc are: line speed up to 300 m/min; coding capacity up to 1,800 products/min (with 2 mm characters); print area 100x100 mm; min thickness of stroke 0.18 mm; size of characters 0.5-100 mm. The control system with integrated PC, broad graphic display and the programming keyboard enable an easy access to the marking options.
