SmartLase: l’ultimo nato di casa Markem
Una delle novità Markem più recenti è il codificatore laser SmartLase, esito dell’acquisizione di Laserink Corp., produttore di sistemi laser avanzati dedicati alla codifica di imballi.
Affidabile, flessibile e sicuro - opera senza contatto su prodotti sia in movimento sia in fase statica - lo SmartLase è un codificatore laser CO2 a bassa potenza e dalle dimensioni ridotte, che impiega la più recente tecnologia assicurando, tra l’altro, economicità e efficienza. Il suo costo di gestione totale, infatti, presenta un bilancio economico globale particolarmente conveniente, in quanto la macchina è disponibile a costi inferiori rispetto a ogni altro codificatore laser oggi presente sul mercato e non utilizza materiali di consumo. Garantisce inoltre la massima efficienza, unitamente alla semplicità d’uso. Questo significa, in sintesi, che SmartLase assicura complessivamente risparmi ineguagliabili sul costo totale di codifica.
Con i suoi 10 kg di peso totale, risulta anche di dimensioni più contenute e di montaggio più semplice rispetto a qualsiasi altro sistema analogo presente sul mercato. La marcatura può essere orientata di 360° in base alle necessità. Il nuovo sistema di codifica Markem SmartLase può essere completamente integrato in un processo produttivo con il SW standard di rete Markem CimControl, unitamente agli altri dispositivi di codifica ed etichettatura Markem.
SmartLase marca su un’ampia gamma di materiali di confezionamento. Il laser vaporizza perfettamente la superficie da marcare, formando una scritta chiaramente leggibile e permanente su astucci, etichette o bottiglie di PET, utilizzati nei più svariati settori: dall’industria dei surgelati al backery, dal farmaceutico al cosmetico e, ancora, nel confezionamento di cereali, prodotti caseari, bevande, detergenti. Lo SmartLase è in grado di stampare fino a quattro linee di caratteri alfa numerici, simboli e logo.
Con l’introduzione di questo codificatore laser, Markem dà dunque seguito alla strategia di rafforzamento della propria posizione come fornitore completo di soluzioni per codifica e marcatura, adatte a qualsiasi livello di complessità e indicate per svariate tipologie di linee produttive.

One of Markem’s most recent new features is the laser coder SmartLase, result of the purchase of Laserink Corp., producer of advanced laser systems dedicated to coding packing.
Reliable, flexible and safe - it works without contact on moving as well as static products - SmartLase is a CO2 low power, reduced bulk laser coder that uses the most recent technology, ensuring among other features cost-effectiveness and efficiency. In fact its total running cost is particularly appealing seen overall, inasmuch as the machine is available at costs that are lower than any other laser coder on the market and does not use consumable material. It also guarantees maximum efficiency, combined with simplicity of use. This summing things up means that SmartLase ensures overall savings on the cost of the total coding operation that cannot be equalled.
With its 10 kg of total weight, it is less bulky and easier to assemble than any other system present on the market. Marking can be oriented 360° depending on requirements. The new Markem SmartLase coding system can be completely integrated in production with the Markem CimControl, SW standard network, together with other Markem coding and labeling devices.
SmartLase marks a broad range of packaging materials. The laser sprays the surface to be marked perfectly, forming a wording that is clearly legible and permanent on cases, labels or PET bottles, used in the widest range of sectors: from the frozen food industry to bakery products, from pharmaceuticals to cosmetics and again, in packaging cereals, dairy products, beverages, detergents. SmartLase is capable of printing up to four lines of alphanumeric characters, symbols and logos.
With the introduction of this laser coder, Markem follows on with its strategy of reinforcing its own position as a complete supplier of coding and marking solutions, suited to any level of complexity and suited for many types of production lines.
