Papeterie de Gascogne presenta la nuova carta kraft Zefyr per l’imballaggio di materiali polverosi speciali come cemento, prodotti chimici, talco, ecc. Zefyr presenta un grado di porosità elevato, adatto al tipo di trasformazione cui è destinata, ottimizzando la stampabilità dei sacchi e l’incollatura dei fogli. Ottenuta con un processo di fabbricazione appositamente modificato, Zefyr presenta una rigidità che ne favorisce la trasformazione e una serie di caratteristiche meccaniche che permettono di ridurre la grammatura. Inoltre consente una degassificazione equivalente a quella dei sacchi perforati, pur impedendo la dispersione delle polveri e conferendo al pack una buona tenuta e un’elevata resistenza. Zefyr permette elevate cadenze di riempimento anche in condizioni difficili e presenta un angolo di scivolamento superiore ai 30° che agevola l’impilaggio dei sacchi. Uno speciale trattamento conferisce maggior resistenza nel tempo.

Papeterie de Gascogne presents the new Zefyr kraft paper for packaging powdery materials such as cement, chemical products, talc, etc. Zefyr presents a high degree of porousness, suited to the type of conversions it is used for, optimizing printability of bags and glueing of the sheets. Obtained using a specially modified manufacturing process, Zefyr presents a stiffness that makes it easier to convert and a series of mechanical features that enable the reduction of its basis weight. As well as that it enables a degassification equivalent to that of perforated bags, all the same impeding the dispersion of powders and giving the pack good overall tightness while also making it highly resistant. Zefyr enables high filling rates also in difficult conditions and has a slide angle of over 30° that facilitates stacking. A special coating gives greater longterm resistance.

I contenitori da 500 ml di PVC trasparente prodotti da Plastibell sono lunghi 230 e larghi 95 mm circa, con foro da 9 mm di diametro, ma possono essere realizzati in diverse conformazioni e capacità (da 350 a 700 ml), con tappo centrale o laterale. Adottati in genere per applicazioni di tipo professionale, vengono richiesti anche dal commercio al minuto, che ne apprezza la forma e la maneggevolezza; inoltre la loro trasparenza permette di verificare immediatamente il quantitativo di prodotto residuo. Plastibell produce anche una linea di contenitori da 1000 ml - perlopiù realizzati con materiale coprente in una vasta gamma di colori - apprezzati nel confezionamento di prodotti ad alta viscosità perché nascondono le inevitabili bolle d’aria che si formano durante il riempimento. Sono lunghi 280 e larghi 110 mm circa, con foro da 12 mm di diametro a cui, su richiesta, viene applicato un contagocce.

The 500 ml transparent PVC containers by Plastibell are 230 mm long and 95 mm across, with a 9 mm diameter hole, but can be made in different conformation and capacities (from 350 to 700 ml) with central or side cap. Used generally for professional type applications, they are also in demand in the retail trade, that like their shape and their handiness; their transparency allows one to check immediately the quantity of product left. The 1000 ml containers - mostly made using non transparent materials, in a vast range of colours - are generally used for packaging highly viscous products, because they enable the concealment of the inevitable air bubbles that form during filling. They are 280 mm long, 110 mm across and are fitted with a 12 mm diameter pour hole, to which if requested a dropper extension can be added.

I pallet di plastica, riciclata o vergine per alimenti, realizzati da Videoplastic hanno un pianale a nido d’ape che conferisce loro leggerezza e robustezza. Dal punto di vista dimensionale rispondono alle normative standard e sono disponibili in cinque dimensioni: 400x600, 600x800, 800x1200, 1000x1200, 1200x1200 mm.
Inserendo una cintura anulare nella prevista scanalatura perimetrale del pallet, si ottiene un box-contenitore con coperchio di plastica iniettata, denominato boxlite®. Le cinture possono avere altezze diverse, sono fornite in cartone ondulato o in lastra estrusa di PP e sono ripiegabili a soffietto. Boxlite può essere impiegato in tutte le attività industriali e commerciali per contenere qualsivoglia genere di merce (anche documenti), offrendo il vantaggio di ridurre i volumi una volta ripiegato. By adding a ring strap to the perimeter groove on the pallet, one can get a box-container plus lid made from injected plastic: the true boxlite®. With know-how matured over thirty years in the business of cartons for luxury products, Aldepack of Turin has specialized in the search for new outlines and forms that can be produced with industrial processes at high speed (from 40,000 to 150,000 pieces/week or more). Sistema 5/2 - che consente di effettuare cambi formato in modo semplice e in pochi minuti - comprende un orientatore lineare che distanzia e centra il flacone, due etichettatrici laterali di massima precisione e lo stabilizzatore. Inoltre è equipaggiato con gruppi per la sovrastampa a caldo di dati variabili e scambio automatico fra le etichettatrici per la massima autonomia. Etipack presents its 5/2 System of labeling oval and elliptical bottles, that reaches application speeds of up to 15,000 pcs/h, with labels of a length between 15 and 130 mm and 20 to 200 mm broad. System 5/2, that enables one to carry out format changes in a simple manner in a few minutes - includes a linear orientator that sets out and centres the bottles, two max precision lateral labelers and a stabiliser. As well as that it is fitted out with units for hot overprinting of variable data and automatic exchange between the labelers for max autonomy. Among the controls/alarms: end of spool, ripping of the paper backing, min and max product load, successful labeling and overprinting with expulsion of defective products.
