La macchina, con capacità produttiva fino a 100.000 capsule/ora, è corredata di PC industriale con sistema operativo Windows NT, studiato per la gestione delle funzioni macchina. Predisposta per ricevere in qualsiasi momento il sistema Nett di controllo del peso netto di tutte le capsule dosate, Planeta 100 è corredata anche del verificatore sistematico SWC, per il monitoraggio del peso delle capsule riempite. Con l’adozione di alcuni optional, inoltre, la macchina può essere utilizzata senza l’aiuto di operatori ed essere collegata a sistemi computerizzati di supervisione.

MG2 presents its capsule filler, the Planeta 100, for powder products, up to 4 different types of cronoids, tablets, microtablets, herbs and liquids.
The machine has output capacity of up to 100,000 capsules/hour and is fitted with an industrial PC running in Windows NT, developed to manage the machine functions.
Capable of being fitted at any time with the Nett net weight control system for all dosed capsules, the Planeta 100 also features the SWC systematic weightchecker to monitor the weight of the filled capsules. By adding a few optional accessories, the machine can also be operated unmanned and connected to computerised supervision systems.

La contatrice rotativa Bosspak RTC200 della Romaco rappresenta una nuova generazione di macchine con tecnologia di conteggio elettronico per capsule e compresse. Grazie al moto continuo il contenitore è movimentato in positivo sotto la propria testa di conteggio. Ogni compressa o capsula è separata singolarmente da un disco selezionatore e inviata al contatore a matrice ottica, sviluppato per questa applicazione. Questo nuovo sistema permette di controllare le capsule o compresse dai 4 lati delle teste di conteggio, incrementando del 100% la resa tradizionale. Il contatore a matrice (brevettato) ha un potere risolutivo potenziato, che permette l’identificazione di molte rotture o frammenti di compresse o capsule. La velocità effettiva può raggiungere i 200 flaconi/min con conteggio di 100 compresse/capsule.
| | Rotary counting machine
The Bosspak RTC200 rotary counting machine by Romaco is a new generation of machines featuring electronic counting technology for capsules and tablets. Thanks to the continuous movement, the container is moved positively under the counting head. Each capsule or tablet is separated individually by a sorting wheel before being sent to the optic matrix counter specifically developed for this application. This new system lets one control the capsules or tablets on the 4 sides of the count heads, thus increasing the traditional count capacity by 100%. The matrix counter (patented) has greater resolution to identify many cracks or fragments of tablets and capsules. The effective speed can reach 200 bottles/min at 100 tablets/capsules.

Pico è il terminale proposto da Sis.Ma per collegare unità di stampa a strumenti accessori - in particolare lettori di codice a barre - senza l’ausilio di PLC, DCS, ecc. Dotato di 8 porte seriali, Pico può comunicare contemporaneamente con più unità di stampa e di lettura e, senza altri ausili, è in grado di attivare espulsori (per esempio, in caso di lettura errata di codice a barre) o di segnalare il successo di un’operazione. Sis.Ma mette a disposizione anche FB Net, un convertitore seriale che consente di configurare e gestire attraverso la rete industriale qualsiasi dispositivo che non sia dotato di porta di comunicazione RS485 o affini. FB Net connette in rete fino a 32 dispositivi diversi, purché dotati di una porta seriale e di un protocollo di comunicazione.
| | Connection terminal and converter
The Pico is the terminal offered by Sis.Ma to connect printing units to accessory devices - especially barcode readers - without the need for a PLC, DCS, etc. Fitted with 8 serial ports, the Pico can communicate with several print and reading units at the same time and, without any further assistance, can activate the ejectors (e.g., if a barcode is read incorrectly) or signal the success of a given operation. Sis.Ma also produces the FB Net, a serial converter that lets one setup and manage any device without a RS485 port or similar through an industrial network. The FB Net can connect up to 32 different devices, provided these have a serial port and communication protocol.

AC9000RX è una selezionatrice ponderale progettata da Tecno Europa Ramsey per l’industria farmaceutica, principalmente impiegata nel confezionamento in astucci, flaconcini di vetro e plastica, blister, buste e bombolette aerosol. Costruita in ottemperanza alle GPM, è una macchina flessibile, di facile pulizia e manutenzione, con la zona di pesatura racchiusa e protetta dalla porta anteriore. La precisione e ripetibilità delle operazioni è garantita da una cella di carico particolarmente sensibile e dai motori c.c. retroazionati. Di concezione modulare, può essere configurata in modo da combinare gli elementi di trasporto in funzione delle diverse esigenze di precisione (± 3 sigma) e velocità (max 600 cpm nel modello a piatto statico e max 300 per quello a piatto motorizzato). L’elettronica installata consente di elaborare i parametri statistici più importanti, visualizzare istogrammi e svolgere funzioni Feed-Back e Feed Forward; inoltre la selezionatrice è interfacciabile a stampante o PC e può attivare segnalazioni visive o acustiche di allarme.
| | Checkweighter for pharmaceuticals
The AC9000RX is a checkweighter designed by Tecno Europa Ramsey for the pharmaceutical industry, mainly used in the packing of cases, small glass and plastic flacons, blister packs and aerosol sprays. Built in compliance with GPM, this is a flexible machine that’s easy to clean and service, with the weighing area sealed and protected by a front door. The precision and accurate repetition of the operations are guaranteed by an especially sensitive load cell and reversible DC motors. Modular in conception, it can be set up to combine the relevant transport elements to suit a variety of precision (± 3 sigma) and speed requirements (max 600 cpm in the static plate model and max 300 for the driven plate version). The installed electronics lets one process the most important statistical parameters, display histograms and perform Feed-Back and Feed Forward functions. The checkweighter can also be interfaced with printer or PC and can set off visual or acoustic alarms.

TGM arricchisce la propria gamma di riempitirici-chiuditrici per tubetti con il nuovo modello S 420 Compact. La macchina realizza una produzione massima di 4.600 pezzi/h se si tratta di tubi di metallo, e di 3.600 pezzi/h nel caso di contenitori di PE, polifoil e laminati. Variabile anche la misura dei tubetti trattabili, a seconda del materiale utilizzato (10÷42 mm per il metallo, oppure 10÷60 mm per la plastica), mentre la lunghezza è in entrambi i casi compresa tra i 50 e i 236 mm. Tutte le macchine TGM, sia nelle versioni standard sia in quelle speciali, sono costruite secondo le più recenti direttive CEE per le industrie chimiche, farmaceutiche e omeopatiche, veterinarie, cosmetiche e alimentari.

TGM has extended its range of fill&seal machines for tubes with its new model, the S 420 Compact. This machine is capable of max output speeds of 4,600 pcs/h in the case of metal tubes and 3,600 pcs/h for PE, polyfoil and laminated products. It can also deal with a wide range of tube sizes, depending on the material used (10÷42 mm for metal, or 10÷60 mm for plastic), while the length in both cases is between 50 and 236 mm. All TGM machines, whether standard or special versions, are built in accordance with the latest EEC directives for the chemical, pharmaceutical, homeopathy, veterinary, cosmetics and food industries.
