Il 2004 ha visto Cicrespi impegnata nella realizzazione di applicazioni significative, sia dal punto di vista quantitativo che qualitativo, dove spicca la capacità di ingenerizzare e personalizzare i sistemi: impianti per l’etichettatura adesiva e non di pallet per la movimentazione di bottiglie di vetro; impianti con stazioni di controllo ottico, celle di scarto e multiteste; stazioni di etichettatura per imballaggi singoli (dalle vaschette ai barattoli, dai blister agli astucci, dai fardelli agli scatoloni…); soluzioni per la bollinatura di prodotti ortofrutticoli e/o con superficie delicata e irregolare. Focus on print&apply per pallet Termologitron DPM 6-2 stampa e applica in automatico etichette autoadesive in bobina, formato A5, sui due lati adiacenti del pallet (un’etichetta sul lato frontale a 100 mm dal bordo, un’altra su quello di scorrimento). Il sistema, che applica a pallet fermo un’etichetta ogni 7/8 secondi, è dotato di gruppo riavvolgitore per carta siliconata, con gestione automatica programmabile dalla tastiera della stampante, e di presvolgitore con sensore di allarme pre/fine etichette. Il modulo di aspirazione include un dispositivo di controllo della presenza etichetta sulla piastra (per verificare l’avvenuta applicazione), il gruppo Venturi per la generazione del vuoto, un’elettrovalvola, un regolatore di vuoto e un filtro antidisturbo acustico. Tutti i cilindri lineari per la movimentazione dell’etichetta sono completi di elettrovalvole, regolatori di velocità e sensori di posizionamento. Il controllo e la gestione del sistema è affidata a sistemi di sicurezza e PLC di gestione dialoghi con il sistema di movimentazione pallet. Il modulo di stampa (modello Avery DPM6) lavora, in stampa termica diretta o con film, su etichette di varie dimensioni (larghezza da 16 a 190 mm, per una lunghezza massima di 1000 m) con velocità di stampa fino a 400 mm/sec e risoluzione della testina pari a 300 dpi (12 dots/mm). Compreso nel modulo è un economizzatore di film, che si attiva a partire da una zona non stampata di circa 9 mm. To end up, we mention the complete lines “guided” by specific software for the traceability and transmission of radiofrequency data. Focus on print&apply for pallets Termologitron DPM 6-2 automatically prints and applies A5 format pressure sensitive labels from rolls on two adjacent sides of the pallet (a label on the front side 100 mm from the edge, another on the flow side). The system, that applies a label every 7/8 seconds on pallets at a standstill, is fitted with a rewinder unit for siliconed paper, with programmable automatic management of the printer keyboard, and prewinder with end of label sensor. The suction module includes a device for controlling the label on the plate (to check whether application has occurred), the Venturi unit for creating a vacuum, an electrovalve, a vacuum regulator and an anti acoustic disturbance barrier. All the linear cylinders for handling the labels come complete with electrovalves, speed regulators and position sensors. The control and the management of the system is entrusted to safety systems and PLC for managing dialogues with the pallet handling system. The print module (model Avery DPM6) works in direct thermal printing or with film on labels of various sizes (width from 16 to 190 mm, for a max length of 1000 m) with print speed up to 400 mm/sec and head resolution at 300 dpi (12 dots/mm). A film economizer is included in the module, that is activated with a non printed area of 9 mm.
